Within weeks of being in their "care" and completing a multi-ppint inspection, the vehicle suffered catastrophic failure beyond repair, and blamed the customer for the failure, for items this shop repaired. Repairs and maintenance were completed solely by this facility, including complete suspension, tires, brakes, headlights, oil changes, spark plugs, coils ...you name it. What did I get? A swift kick in the pants and the shortest path to the door. I am told the Houston Bentley shop take real care of their Clients, and I have a shop locally that is taking care of me now. Run fast!

Brandyn Atherton was my assigned advisor. The Customer service was so horrible and confrontational here just getting an estimate (which was $11,600 for glass repair). He refused to print the estimate, refused to turn his computer screen around to see the breakdown of the estimate, and when asked so if this was a quote for my insurance company, you d still be unable to provide a printed estimate? He replied There are no *discounted??* insurance quotes! Like what!? He also refused to take the $5k down payment to order the parts while we were there in person saying he d send a payment link which ultimately is why he lost the sale. You d think on an almost $12k cash transaction a person would be a little bit more professional and non argumentative. We left feeling appalled & disgusted.Service: Body & Trim

10 days to get a loaner with 2 check engine lights and a window that won't roll up. This is the quality service you get here. Of course, this is AFTER I just had the car service here last month for another (you guessed it) check engine light that I had to wait over a week to get a loaner. I had better service at Chevy dealerships. Look... don't call yourself 5 star if you can't fix cars properly the first time and/or if you don't have enough cars to loan to your customers who are having continued CHECK ENGINE problems!

I wanted to express my appreciation for Joaquin, the Asst. Manager from the Service Dept. He went above and beyond to accomodate my schedule and resolve any outstanding issues with my car before the warranty expires. This place deserves 10 thumbs up. I entrusted in them to doctor on my babies (cars). Each time, they are reborn to perfect health. :)But seriously, the level of quality of service is very refreshing. From the gentlemen who greet you when you drive up, to the service managers like Andres that efficiently communicates the diagnosis, to the technicians that restores the cars, this place is the best around.

One of my worst service experience I have paid 4k for the service and the check engine light came on right after the service was done and they want me to pay another 10k for that as well as they made me pay for the loner flat tire 328 dollars will never trust them for anything no one should
