I have never had such a great experience from an auto body/mechanic. Susie, front staff/owner, is the sweetest. She is patient with me, answers all my questions, never pressures me. Her husband, Chris/mechanic, comes out to inspect my car, gives me a pretty accurate idea of diagnosis and orders my parts quickly. They have done body and now mechanic work on several of my cars. This includes my 1969 Ford Bronco. This business has a customer for life and has proven their honesty time and time again!

Great place to get your car taken care of! They handled my repairs with professionalism and extreme customer service. My car was with them for a couple months after an accident and they helped me every step of the way keeping me updated and explaining things the whole time. They truly care and do amazing work. I recommend this place to anyone with car issues!

Premier Autobody is INCREDIBLE!!!Unfortunately my daughter was hit by a hit & run driver. We had problems finding a body shop to help me out with my daughters car. Having recently moved to Texas, we didn t know any Autobody shops, nor did we even have a reliable mechanic at the time.So I just started asking around if anyone new of a good Autobody shop. An employee from Lowes highly recommended Christian from Premier Autobody.I am so glad I found Chris & Susan at Premier Autobody! Susan was wonderful to work with! They were both incredibly knowledgeable and did the work in a timely manner!From the first day we contacted them, Chris and his staff got to work on the car trying to assess the level of damage while Susan got to work contacting our insurance carrier. They were on it, and stayed on it throughout the process, even while insurance dragged their feet.The end product was a win, win all the way around! Premier got a life long happy customer, we got our daughter s car fixed properly and safely, and the insurance company now has a reliable Autobody shop!

I had a great experience working with the team at Premier Auto Body for repairs on my Volkswagen CC Sport. I initiated an email describing the issues I was having and I got a quick response to discuss further action. Chris was very thorough in all that he did! What made my experience so great was that they communicated very well and in a manner that was easily digestible, the transparency about the overall condition of my vehicle before and after repair, and a very fair price. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and they addressed any concerns and questions I had graciously. As a woman entering an auto shop alone, I didn t feel pressured at any point in fact, I was welcomed from the initial point of contact. I am back on the road again and my car is driving so well! I would highly recommend Premier Auto Body to those looking for a reliable repair shop. 10/10Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto interior vacuuming

I tore the passenger-side fender liner off on my Hyundai. I was given an appointment months away and for over double what Premier charged me. I can t say enough about their professional and HONEST service. Would highly recommend!

I won't take my Lexus (aka Tink )anywhere else now for repairs! Chris goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is covered and is very honest and thorough! I haven't experienced this kind of customer service from an auto repair shop in a very long time!! Premier Auto Body cares about their customers first and making sure they are happy!Service: Auto glass replacement

This company from step one to the end was the best I have dealt with. I wanted to know pricing and what they could do along with other questions. They were all answered amazing fast and accuratly. Service was scheduled ASAP when asked and done within 24 hours. They kept me updated becaused I live in another state and this was for my younger daughter who lives in Dallas. Everyone I talked to, texted with or emailed with was top notch! When my daughter showed up to pick up the car she was explained to what was done (which they had already done with me over the phone but they took the time), and super excited that when she got in her car it smelt super clean and fresh, they pretty much detailed the interior and organized all her stuff. She was super impressed which is hard to do! They saved us over $1000 vs having mercedes fix it directly. Nothing agaist mercedes dealership but money is money. Plus Premier gave us way better feedback at all steps of the process! My daughter will be taking her car back there for oil changes and all service going forward. As a mom with a young daughter living and starting her own life in another state it's nice to know I can count on a place for her to get her car worked on by knowledagable customer service oriented people!!!

All I can say is WOW!!! Amazing service! Embarrassing to say how long I ve been without A/C in this Texas heat due to having to replace my whole compressor system! It was extremely pricey everywhere I went! Luckily I ran across Susie on a group and she gave me a cost to install the compressor and the price was 3 times cheaper!! I was kinda skeptical, being that everywhere else wanted to charge me a million dollars lol, but it turned out to be TRUE! All I can say is thank you and god bless your place of business. My AIR IS BACK BLOWING COOL!! I will be back again and also referring everyone your way!!!

I followed Chris from a few other shops he worked at and now Im excited he now has partnered up owning this new shop. He just fixed my wife s 2022 Camaro with front and rear damage and it will turned out better than expected and definitely better than the dealership would fix it because the dealership is all about volume. Not only was I referred from the dealership a year ago to him, they did not want to take my 1969 Camaro ZL-1 because of my modifications but Chris gladly took it used the best quality parts and paint which I was a little afraid at first not having it fixed at a more well known larger collision center but to my amazement you couldn t tell anything was repaired to my baby. There is no other shop I would take a damaged car to speaking from experience my 2nd time around.

Just moved to Dallas a few months ago, don t know anyone down here. Luckily I met Chris, extremely helpful guy! He does good quality work, super responsive! Everything was great!
