This is now car #3 for me at Planet Lincoln and each experience has been amazing! Kurt has been my sales person all three times and I can say he is always so professional and goes above and beyond to get me the car I m searching for. You need to ask for Kurt if shopping for a car!James in finance is knowledgeable and helpful, and Aaron and Shane made sure to make everything possible for me.And Juliana at the front desk was so pleasant and bubbly and is the happiest first face to see every time I arrived at the dealership!The entire team there is so thorough and professional as always, yet made the experience memorable and fun from start to finish! I will always recommend Planet Lincoln to everyone I know.

I love them. They are top tier with service advisor calling and dropping and picking up my car from my apartment was quick. And exchanging the loaner. It only took a few days for repairs, and they had it back to me. The nice was after is always my favorite. Informative as well as my service advisor told me of future concerns and other things outside of what I asked for that would need to be done. I appreciate you letting me know of any possible problems for my baby. Mike McMillan is absolutely one of the best guys I have ever dealt with. His customer service skills are second to none. He was friendly, informative, and thorough. I love 5 miles from David McDavid, and I still drive all the way down to you just to work with Mike. I will definitely be back, and would recommend you to all my friends and colleagues! After PJ dropped the ball twice and failed to provide any promised service, Cameron Garrigan was able to turn the situation around. He provided me timely service and was very hospitable. He kept me updated while my car was being serviced and I was relieved knowing he was taking care of things. Mike McMillan was also a huge help with his kindness and hospitality. Thanks to these two gentlemen, my initially terrible experience at Planet Lincoln Love Field was turned into a very positive and memorable experience. Thank you again to Cameron and Mike!!

First visit to Planet Lincoln for an oil change. Dealership was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, service was prompt and on time so the wait was less than an hour and had a nice waiting area. Location is convenient right next to Love Field. Service adviser, Cameron, answered all my questions and even told me a little history on my car, which I bought used a year ago but was originally sold at his dealership. I appreciate the fact that someone contacted me about the recall and made an appointment to take care of the issue then they explained the issue and the process. I decided not to wait for my car so they arranged for me to get transportation home and then delivered my car to me when they were done.

Planet Lincoln makes it easy to get your vehicle in and out for service. The service professional I worked with was courteous and communicative, and respectful of my time. He ordered me a luxury ride home and offered to pick me up for my return. When I picked up my Aviator, we walked through the work PL s service team had performed and he made sure I was comfortable with the experience.That s the kind of service I expected when I bought a Lincoln.

What a pleasant experience! 5 Stars across the board, from taking my initial request for service without having to wait to get speaking with a human being, their flexibility in scheduling, the courteous and on time Valet Pickup and Drop off of my car and the car was returned to me within the same day, fixed, cleaned and detailed. I took my car to Planet Lincoln for 75000 mile service on my 2018 Lincoln MKZ. I saw John for my service advisor. John very professional and quickly checked me in for service. John asked me if I was waiting at the dealership or did I need a ride home. I informed John that my daughter was picking me up so I didn't need a ride home. John also explained in detail a list of all that was needed and he texted me to keep me updated on the 75000 mile service status, fees and when service was completed. John then sent my car home to me driven by valet service. I didn't get the name of my valet driver but he had my car to me within a hour of his departure from Planet Lincoln. When I left my car with Planet Lincoln for service I was left with no worries due to excellent customer service.Planet Lincoln I THANK you, John and the valet driver for your superior customer service! I highly recommend Planet Lincoln. You will not be disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance
