The best comprehensive staff available out of all the Pick-n-Pull locations. Friendly, cooperative, and easy to find location map. Highly recommended. If you need parts, 25 new vehicles everyday put out in the lot plus existing inventory...

Only in this Pick n Pull junk yard not the other one in Fort Worth, the staff was really mean and tried to charge extra for no reason, and they even attempted to scam me.

It is a different experience where you can find lots of salvage cars If we need any original parts with a lower price it is the best place.Only concern is we have to pick the parts by ourselves or we have to take a mechanic. If they keep this service with a reasonable rate it will be helpful to general public.

Couldn't put together 1 cashier out of the 4 present. After 20 minutes I nded up just leaving because the possibility of a slightly cheaper part wasn't worth dealing with the chaos the sign in process is at this location.

Always charge too much. Manager pushes staff to charge for anything that unbolts all day long even states she wants to get as much money possible out of each customer. One part on one bracket they charge for two parts because there is two nuts. Always choose the highest value on price sheet especially during sales save your money go to other yards that don't do this. Hire a new manager that knows automotive isnt argumentative rude and yelling scaring off business all day long.

30 days doesn't mean 30 days. Bought something on Saturday February 25th, was told the return policy is 30 days. Didn't work for my application, made sure I went today, Sunday March 26th to return it. February only has 28 days, it's been 4 weeks and 1 day. Unless they've changed math, that's only 29 days. Had my receipt and everything. Was told I was a day late, and couldn't return it. I told them it hasn't been 30 days yet, and they said "we don't calculate it like that, you're a day late." Kinda stinks that a paying customer gets the shaft like that, but so it goes I suppose. Plenty of other junkyards in the DFW area to get what I need.

Don t go to Dallas south central. The manager Stephanie and Tyrone know nothing about rear end and they to justify charging 120$ more than Fort Worth. To listen to her try to explain that it was horrible feeling when you know some one just doesn t care at all and because they have no knowledge of what the part even is. I showed her pictures and the receipt from both locations. Absolute scam with the warranty. They charged me x2 what Fort Worth charged for the warranty. And double for core. Same rear end >>>same!!! Dallas central is a scam and will charge you the highest price if you re not from around there and especially if your from Fort Worth: don t even mention you go there Stephanie just talked trashed about fort Worth and used that as a focal point why she wouldn t help me . Horrible service at Dallas Central location

It's not you can purchase an additional 12 month warranty. It's you will purchase an additional 12 month warranty. They don't ask you if you want it, they charge you for it, and don't even tell you. When you realize that you've been charged an additional 30% of the parts price, and go back to tell them you didn't want that.... It's too late. Offer your customers this option, don't just assume they want it, or refund them when they ask for it.

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME. said they were gonna come pick up cars after it dried up some and i waited days just for it to rain again. It was the second time I've called and was told they wanted the cars just to never hear anything back. Was told I'd get $300 for cars with the muffler and engine I literally got $100.

Good variety of vehicles. I was lucky to find my car here to pull the parts. There are part pullers out there to help you out. Customer service would be better. Not easy to get hold them over phone. My favorite part puller is TC and you can ask for his details at the front desk. He did my job quick at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Everything has been picked. Picture of cars aren't accurate. They don't allow jacks so cannot get parts underneath the cars. DON'T COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I find any part I need between the 3 yards as long as the vehicle is more than 8 years old and the thrift items I love to find. I'm definitely a regular gold digger at these places. Thanks Pick n Pull

Refuses to answer first 4 calls5th call she answered but put me on hold for 11 minutes... Gave up and hung up.Called again... She pretended she couldnt hear me.Can't buy a engine here.

Very busy there but have alot of models to choose from foreign and domestic. Have wheel carts and wheelbarrows to help carry your parts to the cashier. They require facemasks in the lobby. And there is a good food truck white cold drinks out front. The people working the counter are always friendly and super helpful. It does get crowded in the lobby coming and going. Parking lot is usually pretty full.

Very friendly and professional staff.They help you from the beginning to the endIf you are planning on visiting do this first:1 - check the inventory online so you will know if they have a vehicle that you need.2- check for parts compatibility with manufacturer's manuals or Google or youtube... the staff really won't be able to answer questions about parts compatibility. Come on...do your due diligence.3 - prepare yourself to exttact/dismantle mechanical parts. Its a pick n pull after all.YouTube videos are a great source for do it yourself tutorials.4 - take your own tools people!! Again prepare yourself, know what type of tools you are going to need.5 - take a hat and water. You do not want to get dehydrated...and its very easy to do so.Lots of walking.There you are, some simple steps that will make your hunt for special parts a good one.

Friendly staff, decent selection of vehicles (though many have been picked over pretty extensively), extremely fair prices. What's not to love?Pro-tip: admission ends approx. 30 mins prior to closing time (during winter hours, you must arrive before 4:30p to be admitted); no parts may be purchased after 5p and the staff definitely wants to get out quickly.

COMPLETE TRASH. I called for a rim for my car and got cussed out and told there were more important customers. Sep 26 at 4:00pm. Whoever was running the shop needs to be FIRED. Will NOT recommend to ANYONE.

Becky was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me sort through all the models on the lot that were close to or the same as the one I was looking for and then pointed me in the right direction. The wait was minimal and the people were very friendly. Prices were reasonable too and they offered money back if returned in three days. I would definitely come back here for any other parts related treasure hunts in the future.

The counter staff were knowledgeable and helpful even though they were kind of stern at times. The office area was rather kool on a hot day even though the flies were abundant and unrelenting. The prices were average for used parts. This place serves it purpose by providing auto parts even though customer comfort was definitely not a priority.

Please put the actual hour that you close, I went there at 4:20 and you were closed and not letting people in, so say the exact time that you close so people won't waste money driving there like I did, get it straight it's so it's so simple and if you want to get home early then say you close at 3:00.

A lot of mixed reviews but I honestly like this place more than then the other pick-n-pulls in Dallas. The people are nice ( customers and employees), employees have great vibes wether its relaxed or energetic. And they almost always have a vehicle i need.

I called in for a front window windshield at 930am and I came early at 1120 and they didn't have no problem accepting the car early. They started and by the time the windshield was taken out my new one arrived. In and out in 45 minutes. All the guys was nice and people friendly and Not Flirty...Thanks God you can go somewhere without all the drama... The inside of the place was cleaning and organized...YEAH
