This is the best PepBoys location!!! I was very close to giving up on my car & getting a new car. I was tired of taking my car to other car shops because EVERY shop gave me different issues with my car and every quote (even if it had the same issues listed) was over $3,000!!! The same issues I had at other car shops that cost $3,000 PepBoys was able to get it fix parts & labor include for LESS THAN $600!!!! I appreciated getting updates from the check-in & ready for pick-up process about the issues with my car and the explanations! All the info was thorough and well explained! The customer service very friendly, helpful, understanding and not a single time did they force any additional repairs! They repaired exactly & ONLY what I came in for! I highly recommend taking your car to THIS PepBoys location!

Juan and the entire PepBoys Staff were very professional and were great to work with. They were always very upfront of what my vehicle needed and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and their cleaned up after the job was complete was excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing new tires....

The folks at Pep Boys very nice and easy to work with. Scheduled alignment online, and I arrived a little early they even take my car in and work on it. My car ride smoother after services, and thank you for professional service.

In practicality this is a wonderful place. I brought my car in for a spark plug change and to have the ignition replaced but they held my car for 3 days just to tell me that I can come pick my car up because they can't work on it since it has transmission damage. They knew it had transmission damaged when they started it up and the acceleration was really bad because they told me beforehand I need to get my transmission checked. So then I paid $110 for a diagnostic that didn't get done because they can't do a diagnostic on a car that has transmission issues.

I took my vehicle to this location to get my back brakes repaired and was told and shown why my back brakes were squeaking. They replaced my back brakes and grant it the staff was professional. I was told my front brakes will eventually need to be changed so I will still hear a little noise. I drove 25 minutes away to pick my husband up from work and all of a sudden my front brakes not only squeaked but now they are grinding and riding very rough in which none of the brakes were grinding prior to my visit to Pep Boys. I feel like something was done in order for me to come back. My husband and I are very disappointed in the NEW issue that happened. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to get my front brakes done because I don't trust the this establishment. I won't be doing business with then again. How does fixing the back brakes cause the front ones to grind hard when they weren't doing that at all prior to my visit. I canceled reservations for Valentines Day to pay for new brakes because I am not comfortable driving my vehicle not knowing what was done to make them sound like that.

This was the absolute worse experience I have encountered at Pep Boys! KEN has no idea what he's doing and neither does the young lady assisting him. These 2 employees are primarily cashiers with zero knowledge of service work. I am completely disappointed with this location!

I decided to buy 4 new tires through PEPBOYS website and made a appointment through their website to get my tires put on and upon arrival they said I could not get my tires on because they only had one service guys and Keein is the absolute worst he has no customer service skills and seems to hate his job. He offered no help or way of resolving the situation. I paid almost 600 dollars and for them to say they will not stay after to put my tires on and I completely understand situation that occur but at my job if I have to stay late I will stay late beucase IT IS MY JOB ! I recommend pay more and getting your tires somewhere els

These guys have been great. I took my vehicle in to get the AC repaired and they had it done same day. It happen to go out again due to a faulty part and they owned it and fixed the issue. I appreciate that they took the time to explain what was going on and provide me with updates and information. It s nice to receive good service from an auto repair shop and a group of people that are personable. It s appreciated.

Called the day before ,spoke with Juan he verified all that I would need and the need to leave my vehicle due to the battery would need to be programmed ,and the programmer travels. Upon arrival Ken informed me that they would not be able to service my vehicle due to the installation process. I informed him that Juan had assured me of the process. And leaving my vehicle was not a problem. Ken then looked at the notes from Juan . Apologized and said I missed that. Long story short. Battery installed, programmed. The toughest time I had was finding a ride to go get my car.Called a former Co worker. " No problem I'm just around the corner visiting my aunt. "I'm now riding without worry of whether car will crank or not.

Overall experience was great. Got a new radiator and water pump installed. My car was in and out of there within a day. Prices quoted were as they should be and I have no issues from their work so far.

I had the pleasure to speak with Kenneth. He gave me a Quote that was what I was looking for for tires. Next I worked with Juan who provided me with detailed information. I had stop going for 3 years because all the clerks were rude. I am happy to be back. Great experience.

I went to the store closest to me but they didn t have the tire I wanted. They were able to locate it at the next closet store. There, the staff was very professional, efficient and effective. Very satisfied with Pep Boys again!!

They completed wrong service and didn't bother double checking before working on vehicle. I went in for a wheel alignment, signed up for an appointment time online, was given an oil change instead. When asking about the status, team didn't seem to concerned that wrong service was completed. Gave me a "free" oil change since they messed up and eventually completed wheel alignment. Staff was friendly but can't trust this location with my vehicle.

They do not give free AC checks at this location though that is what their website states. Instead they tried to charge a fee and stated it was due to the model of the car, when in reality they did not want to provide their services. Would highly recommend staying away from this place unless you want to be nickeled and dimed.

Mr. Ken have Excellent Customer Service, very nice and helpful when it comes to my SUV. Mr. Jerome is also very nice and Mr. Bo and Mr. Alexander also. I have been bringing my SUV to Camp Wisdom location for a long time!!!!! I enjoyed dealing with them!

These Guys are Awesome. I ll start with Luis. Luis is very kind. He listens to the customers problems and does everything he cans to help lower the cost of your repairs, Luis helped me out BIG TIME Bruce did an excellent job fixing my repairs and explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. They all are very honest and they are only going to tell you what absolutely needs to be done. They provided the best customer service I have had in a very long time when it comes to my car repairs. They ordered my parts and got right on my car. They even did complimentary services on my car as well, checking my brakes, fluids , and my tires. They even did complimentary services on my daughters car and recommended a brake fluid exchange and the price was very reasonable. Mr Kenneth and the rest of the guys are very nice as well , they all provided excellent customer service and has a great sense of humor. They all deserve a pay raise. I watched them treat every customer the same while I sat there. They were very calm with each customer and didn t seem irritated when customers were asking questions. I would recommend the pep boys on camp wisdom to anyone in need of car repairs.

Grandson took his car there for an alignment, they said they did that, and charged him for it, car still drove bad. I looked at his receipt and they noted he had bad front end parts. I'm no rocket scientist but even I know if you have bad front end parts you can't do an alignment. We took it to another shop they showed us the bad parts one had no bushings, the car was dangerous to drive.Avoid this place at all cost.

I called in panic mode for battery, The guys answered and said they had what I needed. Once I arrived, he immediately brought my car in for service and finished within 30 mins. I will be back

Have been taking our car since the beginning of this year, store manager Ken will go above & beyond to make sure you re in good condition, & will work with you. Great customer service, Trustworthy guys & knowledgeable, highly recommend this store for your service & tire needs

Ordered tires online and this location was listed as my closest installer. Unfortunately there was an issue with my order that I had to return a week later. Let me say Ken was the man. I had to return a 2nd tim and not only did he remember me and my car. He had my car in and out quickly. Everyone is kind and helpful. I'd recommend this store location and be sure to ask for Ken.

I had a crazy day. I was advised to go to Pep Boys to get a new positive post for my battery. From the time I arrived until the time they fixed my car I received the best customer service. The manager was leaving but made sure he assisted me before his departure and Rey took it from there. Excellent customer service by the entire staff. I highly recommend them. Thanks for all you guys do to assist us ladies in distress,we appreciate you.

Oh my! This is the best service ever! The pepboys off of Camp Wisdom in Dallas , TX. Ray is excellent, his customer service is off the charts....His attitude was great and the young man by the name of Alex who worked with him today was fast, accurate and on point with his work... Ray was so patient and organized. You don't see this much in today's world. I only came to get a quote, but Ray's customer service was so great until I decided to get the work done because I know that the work will be done right and I can have ease on getting back on the road... Less stress... My husband usually don't go to pep boys, he usually uses side shops or garages, but when he got done talking to Ray he changed his mind!! Great Great service.
