This Pep Boys location is great! All the times I ve had my car serviced here, they have taken great care of me and have not tried to sell me additional services to my vehicle. Recently, I had my oil pressure low alarm go off from time to time when I drove my car and I brought it here to have it serviced. Since I had my oil changed here in December, they did another oil change for free! I m very grateful to all of them for their great customer service!

This particular location always provides the BEST customer service. Going to get your car maintenance in general can be a frustrating a task but these guys always make it a little less stressful. I have been coming to this location since I was in college and moved to Texas from Louisiana in 2013. They have made so many upgrades since then. They have a great waiting area, and their text service that allows me to stay in the loop about my car is AMAZING! Keep up the great work and I highly recommend them.

Had a REALLY great experience at this Pep Boys. I got into an accident after driving all the way from Nashville for the weekend; I had to return a few days later so had a quick turn around and they were able to have my suspension fixed so quickly and allowed me to get back to Nashville on time. Really impressed with the customer experience and work they did!

This is the Pep Boys for me. These guys worked on my car in a timely manner, great customer service attitudes. I trust them, there is also an auto parts store next door so if you have a black thumb bring them your parts and they can help hook you up. This is how I remember car shops to be! Thanks y all you got a new loyal customer.

I don t usually leave reviews but needed to leave this one for the fantastic service I received at this Pep Boys location; they found the part I needed and replaced it in under 24 hours. Very professional and friendly as well. The manager Lou took good care of my car.

The guys were great. I would've given them 5 stars but it was the timing. I was told an hour but it was 2hrs. If I was told 2hrs I would've scheduled a different time and date to come in. But overall the work and customer service were great.

What a joke! Deserves no stars. Instead of just fixing my air issue. Fat guy states We don t put air in tires we let y all do it. He must have been doing you a favor! It s not a favor if I m paying for it. If you don t know about different tires DONT WORK AT A TIRE SHOP! Instead of smoking cigarettes and not helping patrons maybe you should be applying somewhere else!

Got a newer BMW and battery died on me. all the shops i called didn t have the program tool, dealerships asked for double the price than here. didn t have to wait for days, just a couple hours. def give them a try! thank y all

All the guys at this location are great to work with, but special thanks to Ramon. The staff here are that rare combination of expertly knowledgeable, total pros, but also gracious, kind and thoughtful. It is actually a pleasure going to this shop for vehicle maintenance and repairs because of how awesome the team is.

Called ahead and was told to come in and they could look at my battery issue immediately. Brought the car in without an appointment and they jumped right on it, diagnosed the issue, and repaired sufficiently within a reasonable amount of time. I only trust this pepboys (NW Hwy) with my car. This place is the best.

Took vehicle in for twice-yearly oil change in which both times they did not add windshield washer fluid which is part of the oil change. The price he quoted for an oil change was way too high ($98) for synthetic oil, which I questioned. He did bring it down to $48 for conventional oil, which was good. Their State Inspection system was down that day and he had no idea when it would be back up, which I fould strange and questionable since most IT departments can fix a computer issue within 24 hours. I don't think this locaton is as good as it used to be. They have lost my business.

Unfortunately I will not be doing business with pep boys anymore they take too long to service people , yesterday Jan 29 I waited like 5 hours to get my tire repaired , and today I had another nail in my tire waited the same amount of time. I will go to a different business for my needs people don't have time to wait that long , time is a necessity.

This is a review for Pep Boys, but I just wanna say SHOUT OUT to DISCOUNT TIRES! One of the specialists was trying a bit too hard to sell me replacement window wipers , but besides that, they were super nice and sincere, and I ALWAYS feel well taken care of when I go. Anyhoos, my front tire was looking a bit flat, so I went to Discount Tires to get it checked out. It was leaking air and the specialist suspected there was also an issue with my wheel bearings. I asked for recommendations on a good mechanic and Pep Boys was one of the options. It was right next door and the only one still open at the time, so I went in and arranged the drop off my car the next day.Ethan was super funny (hilarious, actually ) and made me feel at ease. For all the long hours he works, I was pleasantly surprised he was still so peppy so late in the day... although, I shouldn't be cuz he works at PEP Boys. Get it? The manager (Jonathan, I think?) was also very pleasant when I met him the next day. I really appreciated that Ethan was sensitive and sensible enough to let me know of some other issues going on with my car and only recommended taking care of the necessities right now, and not all at once as some other places would.Ethan was nice enough to find me a coupon online and he canceled the diagnostic fee. His kind gesture went a long way, and the service and overall turnaround time were great! The bill was a bit pricey--not gonna lie--but the peace I felt on that drive home was priceless! Thanks, Pep Boys! You've earned a new customer! UPDATE: FEBRUARY 2024I did an electrical evaluation here less than a year ago for a broken tail light. I was told that water damage caused issues with the wiring, which I already expected. I got the tail light assembly myself and brought it for installation less than a year after the first evaluation. When they were done, either the park/brake light wasn't coming on. I told the rep about the previous evaluation and asked if he wanted to see the invoice. He then suggested a new evaluation, as there might be a new issue, so I reluctantly scheduled one for the next day.When I got there the next day, the rep from the day before and another guy were discussing whether or not the light actually worked. I wasn't charged for labor again, which I appreciated, but I was charged $66 for an evaluation I didn't need. My non-mechanic friend knew enough to clean out the wiring (previously) due to the water, so why didn't these professionals think of this too? The whole thing ended up costing me almost $200, and I'm not happy about that.

First time at Pep Boys and I m very pleased with the experience. Brought my vehicle in to validate that my alternator/batteries/starter system are working as normal because I had a few issues with my vehicle which were repaired.Luis and Johnny at the front desk were extremely welcoming and polite I appreciate their exceptional customer service. I was able to be in and out in less than an hour and was reassured by them and both their mechanics that my vehicle is performing as it should.

Ok so i am under a Carshield warranty my starter went out on my car, had it towed to Pep Boys, there was nothing wrong with my battery, they said it was low i beg to differ and plus i had a mechanic to check the battery meanwhile they found out i was with carshield and told me i needed to replace my battery so if the car didn't start it wouldnt be their fault because i needed to replace the battery so i had him to do it knowing full well if i didn't i would have other car problems in the future ..know what i mean ? When i went to get the car i took a friend with me the guy whos counter i stood in front of just walked off , very nasty needless to say i wont be going back i left very annoyed and am thinking of getting rid of the car and Carshield!!

How very outstanding these men are very informative and professional each time I have a problem they are quickly to find a solution and very respectful Thank yall for providing me with knowledge and helping me!And may I add store is very clean and neat!!! No way I rather have it while waiting for my vehicle

Service took a total of about 40 mins. All my questions were answered, & the team was quick to give any feedback on any other issues or services the vehicle would need. In short, leave it to the pros!

Came in for annual safety inspection on a weekday, mid afternoon. Greeted upon arrival and work commenced immediately. Rep indicated 45 minutes but work completed in half that time. Recommended. Would use again.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after my visit yesterday/today. The hospitality displayed by the manager, Johnny, and Ethan was absolutely amazing. They took the time to understand my car issues and explain the process step by step. I find it very intimidating visiting auto shops usually, however, this one was different for sure as they made me feel at ease! Thank you guys!

They fixed everything that needed to be done but do not trust their estimates. Took 3x longer than estimated. Also needed to be explicitly detailed in what services I wanted done with the car.
