If you own a Rivian, I hope sincerely you never need a body shop. But if you do, there is no better place to take it than Payne and Sons. Unfortunately, my R1T was hit and run back in December and I was left to navigate getting a really unique vehicle repaired. My insurance company (Geico) seemed to not really know what to do with my truck. They sent me to a reputable local chain, but they said they couldn t even provide an estimate for my vehicle. I decided to contact the manufacturer and they sent me a list of certified body shops in Texas. There are only two in the DFW area, with the other being a franchise dealership. I took a gamble that a family owned company would be more likely to help me through this situation. Boy am I glad I did!From the jump I was given such a confident feeling that I was in good hands when the owner, Logan, called me to put me at ease. He stated they have gone through a training and certification process with Rivian and have repaired many of them. He also told me that given the complexity of these repairs he handles the entire process front to back! From there it only got better. Logan showed he valued my time by having me bring the truck out for the estimate, then told me since it was still drivable that I should keep driving it while he worked through the process of getting the necessary approvals from the insurance company, ordered the parts, and then scheduled the repair. Many other shops would have just had you drop your vehicle off and let it sit for that time period.Once it was time to schedule the repair, Logan called me and offered several options. I dropped my truck off and he estimated it would take 2-3 weeks. Throughout that time, he communicated several times to keep me informed of each step. After about 19 days, he called me to say it was complete! Nailed the estimate even with several supplemental requests and other parts that were needed!I showed up a little early for my scheduled pick up appointment and Logan was out of the office. No matter, though, his staff jumped on delivering my truck to me. Not only was the repair done at the highest quality imaginable, (I ve been in the automotive business for nearly 20 years) but they detailed it and it showed better than the day I bought it!I cannot recommend Logan and Payne and Sons more for your body repairs. Best experience I could ve asked for when it seemed this would be trickier than ever. Thank you, Logan!

Someone sideswiped me on 75N in March and caused over 11k in damage. Logan was quick to get more in for an estimate and went right to work dealing with the insurance company. State Farm kept delaying the process, but Logan and his team made sure to keep me in the loop. 10 out of 10 customer service and quality of work. Where do I even start. I hit something in the road and it put some scratches and dings down the drivers side of my 2021 Alfa Romeo. It didn't look bad but being that I take great care of my vehicle I wanted to go ahead and fix it. I thought it would be a very quick fix. Nope!!! Progressive had no interest in fixing the car correctly. They wanted the cheapest and fasted paint job. Prgressive set up the appointment with 3 different body shops and all 3 declined to work on my vehicle. They asked me to call the dealership and they recommended Payne and Sons. Travis Butler sent numerous emails and had numerous visits with 3 different Progressive employees and after requesting their supervisors contact info, they finally agreed to repair my car correctly. It took 7 supplements to finally get everything coverred. He went way beyond what was required to get the car repaired correctly and my car looks great. What I thought would be a week or two repair took 7 weeks and Travis kept me informed the whole way. Excellent communication. They will be the only shop that I deal with moving forward.

From the get-go, everyone at Payne & Son's was very respectful and ready to help with anything I needed. I was rear ended a few weeks after purchasing a my car, so I was referred to the shop by an old friend that has spend over 30 years in the collision industry. He pointed me in Logan's direction for help. When you're dealing with the insurance company, rental cars, and the financial losses, the feeling of having a collision specialist that you trust is unmatched. Logan and the team at Payne & Son's are who I will recommend for collision repairs and professionalism, any day of the year. Thank you all so much for everything.

Had some damage to the front of my Giulia. Payne & Sons worked with my insurance, submitting multiple claims on my behalf in order to get as much service as possible covered. They gave frequent updates, the work was done quickly, and the car looks and feels amazing.

My wife got in a bad accident in our Ram. Entire front end smashed in. They made it look like brand new. Did it in reasonable time as well. Kept us updated on the process. Will definitely use them again and we bought recommend their services.

I chose payne & sons when I got rear-ended because I knew that they would not skip any steps and would repair my car completely. They are an honest repair shop. Ask for Tyler.

They took FOREVER to fix my car, tried to foot my the bill for some stuff that insurance wouldn't pay for (they eventually did after I pushed them) and when they gave me the car it was all jacked up. They said "well it's the best we could do". Save your time and go elsewhere.

My bumper had to be replaced and I had a door ding as well. Logan and the team were highly communicative throughout the whole process and worked well with my insurance provider. Their service was great! The bottom of my car (the cover) was hanging off and my husband and I thought it was going to have to be replaced or at the very least cut off and we would owe a couple hundred dollars. Instead, nothing was damaged and they cut off the piece that needed to stop dragging the ground and sent us on our way, no charge.I know it sounds simple, but a company could charge anything for any type of labor they do (even something as simple as cutting a piece of plastic off) and it would be their right; however, they were super nice about it. We will be back if we have any other car needs.

I haven't even gotten my vehicle in for the collision repairs yet but the customer service Chris has provided so far has been excellent. He has been great with communication and was prompt getting my estimate done and keeping me in the loop of communication with my insurance agency. The supply chain issues are causing delays in getting parts in a timely manner and he was very transparent about the timeline of what it could be. I'll update this once I am able to finally get my vehicle back but I have no doubt that it will be back to it's brand-new appearance (I have a 2022 vehicle) when that time comes. the family company fixed my side window, the job was very good. Was kind and had someone else consider ration in mind. Plain to use them again to have a frontend to be fix in future time. I highly recommend them there job is excellent.

My vehicle was unfortunately involved in an accident. I called my dealer and they recommended Payne and Sons, so I called them. I spoke with a gentleman and explained everything that had happened and he was very nice, he broke down the process and all possible scenarios for getting my vehicle fix. I brought my vehicle in the next day to have them take pictures for the insurance and my rep Bill Noble is simply great. He has kept me informed and was kind enough to answer my constant questions. I'm positive my care is in good hands.

Really quite surprised by reviews for Alfa Romeo here! Other then Logan being very helpful thru out, when I went to pick up the vehicle, Logan was not there and I was told that he moved to some other location! 3 days before delivery, Logan had called me informing that my Alfa Romeo Stelvio will be taken to Alfa Romeo of Plano to fix the indicators as many sensors in the front were replaced due to accident. However, at the time of delivery, they did not tell me if it was done or not. They 'jump started' the vehicle, which I did not know, and I was just happy to see my SUV back in shape, drove the vehicle back home. I noticed all the indicators popping up but just ignored them (my mistake)! I already bought and EV due to the delay and thus was not driving Alfa any more and was trying to get online quote to sell it off. 2-3 days later, when I jumped on to the vehicle to take it to a dealership, noticed that the battery was dead! Somehow, managed jump start and took it to a dealer for trade in who offered almost half the value of the car as all the indicators were on! Thats when I noticed the issue(s). As of now, the indicators are not reset, I have to take it back to Alfa Romeo service to get it fixed. Not sure how much they are going to charge!FYI - 2*'s are for Logan, else it would have been zero!

I hit road debris on the tollway, which significantly damaged the right side of my Mazda CX-5. A friend recommended that I have my car repaired at Payne and Sons. I m so very glad that I did.I recently changed insurance companies from Safeco to Encompass, and have had nothing but trouble with Encompass. Logan Payne of Payne and sons stepped in and helped coordinate with the insurance company adjuster. As difficult as the adjuster made it, Logan s professionalism and commitment to customer service got my repair going and just completed today. Communication with the repair shop has been excellent as is the quality of the repair.I attribute successful on-time completion of my repair to Logan and his team. I went in knowing nothing about this company besides that it was FAMILY OWNED & I MUST SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST I EVER RECEIVED!!! I went to Payne for an estimate and everyone was super professional. As a female, sometimes you wonder if you are getting a run around! I had been to other places and knew the work and quote was valid. They also worked with me on "timing" so that I would have fewer days without a car. Great follow up and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

These guys are top notch! I worked with Curtis, but I spoke to a few other individuals at the shop throughout the process, and everyone I dealt with was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.I took my vehicle to Payne and Sons after an accident that I was involved in and they walked me through the entire process and worked directly with my insurance and I got my vehicle back looking better than it did before my accident! We had a door replaced, dents taken out and a new bumper put on our Suburban. Logan and Curtis did a great job! Their customer service was excellent and they handle the insurance claims flawlessly. I'll definitely bring my car back to Payne and Sons!
