Found myself in a pickle with a flat on my trailer and a blow airbag on my tractor. PSI sent two very capable service men to get me up and going again. Tire guy Andy Reyes showed up first. Had a new tire installed in literally minutes after arriving. He gave me an accurate estimate as to when the mechanic would be there to replace the bad air bag. Right on estimated time Steven Basham arrived and installed new airbag also in minutes. Great company for sure!!!Service: Tires

Great place to take your trucks for inspections, inspector Curtis Crawley did an amazing job. Checked everything to make sure our equipment is safe & road ready to avoid any DOT violations on the road. Very happy with the service, will come back for oil changes & any other maintenance needs on our trucks. We recommend this place ! Also well cleaned and professional with their service.

It s hard to find a company that hires incredibly talented people and one that treats their customers as if they re family. PSI is THAT company! My husband and I had a blown tire and full load. Our tandems wouldn't slide so the receiver wouldn't touch it. PSI got us in fast, repaired the tire Thanks to Austin!! As for the tandems, after lots of hard work and persistent Gary and Brent got our tandems to slide and found the core of the problem! Now we can get this unloaded! Thank you for such a great job!! You guys are awesome

It's no wonder these guys have such a good reputation. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. Darrell especially was incredibly helpful on the purchase of some equipment, secured them on pallets, and got helpful pictures of everything. Even after the sale was done, a few days later he forwarded over some service info on the machines. 10/10 would recommend these guys. Thank you!

Patrick Services is awesome! I work directly with Austin to schedule truck and trailer PMs and the service is always quick and super efficient. Definitely recommend them! The mechanics do a great job and the office folks are very helpful.

This is the best service in Texas! My truck had a problem and the electrician fixed it in 2 hours. I believe that the guys saved me thousands of dollars + changed the tire in 10 minutes and also at a good price! Thank you

I work for a pretty big company CowtownMaterials GMS so I ve seen my share of mechanics and maintenance companies. I can say the Patrick Services has shown an outstanding amount of work diligence and attention to details to my Fleet. I m extremely excited to start using them and other my locations.I want to give a big shout out to Mario Nunez and David Cupps they have shown tremendous dedication and outstanding communication. The customers service I received is top-notch.I would suggest Patrick Services for any Fleet Managment services from the communication to their services. They are definitely trending to number one in my book.

We've used PSI at RNDC for over 20 years now. Their service and expertise is truly amazing from Les and Evan to all the boys in the shop plus all the ladies in customer service. Just plain great service from them. Their professionalism, integrity, price comparison and customer service go well beyond any expectations. Aaron Brooks, our on-site wrench wizard is one of the best diesel mechanics we've ever seen. Every year the entire shop comes out and helps us with our annual truck rodeo, we cant thank you all enough for everything you do.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Had several projects that someone else started and messed up or didn t even finish. Cupps came in and fixed everything and did an awesome job! Will definitely call him first the next time we have another welding job!

The company I work for has been doing business with Patrick Services for years. They have always been able to help with any mechanical needs. George always helps with any mechanical needs as well as all of their technicians. They are all very skilled and knowledgeable and do repairs right the first time! Their billing dept is top notch as well! Kristen is always super friendly and takes care of getting invoices to me quickly and always able to help with any questions I ve had. Their entire staff is very friendly & knowledgeable and always willing to help! Couldn t ask for better customer service!

Just got a new a/c compressor put on. This was my first time here. I was happy with service. The ladies in the office Shannon and Dana were really nice. Chris took care of me as far as getting my truck done. They are even doing a bigger job of rebuilding my '07 Freightliner Century Classic that no other shop wanted to do. Seems like they are real good people.

The trucking industry has a real winner with PSI!! We are very thankful to have a company like PSI handle our PM services. Matt S has been working on our trailers for months now and he does a great job getting our list completed on time every time. Darrell and Kristen do a great job communicating to make sure the scheduling gets done and the invoices are complete. Matt P is a wonderful representation of PSI and always checks in to make sure the customer is happy, and the company needs are met. Thank you for all you do!!!

Patrick services is Awesome. We use them for our fleet oil changes, and PM services. They are fast, friendly, and they can come to you. Shannon is also a breeze to deal with on the accounting side. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire company. Excellent job y'all!!!
