I called into the dealership for assistance with finding parts prices. Josue Alemn was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and provided me with accurate and detailed information. I was impressed with his professionalism and how he went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, I had a great experience with Josue and would definitely recommend him for any future assistance.

Working with the service team has been awful. Not only is there never a loaner available (for small service or longer services), but the new vehicle I leased from Park Place was riddled with several engine problems that required months of service. Never received any accommodation - horrible customer service decisions on their part. Definitely will never be working with this particular dealership or service center again.

The experience was great, they also have pre-own vehicle if your looking for a vehicle right away, if you meet the requirements. But overall you can get a luxurious vehicle or a pre-own vehicle, all the car's are luxury. I shall be returning to this location if needed for my next purchase. Park Place Motorcars Mercedes-Benz has a great selection to choose from, if you can't find what your looking for, they will work with you settling a deal a their dealership.

Since Park Place was bought out a few years ago, the service has gone really downhill. The service manager , CJ Harper, treats loyal customers horribly. I will never purchase a Mercedes at Park Place again after being a loyal customer since 1999. Not worth the cost when you get treated like trash after you buy once you get transferred to the service department. CJ Harper, service manager, told me he didn t care how long I d been a customer. Really? Just wow.

I was really amazed when I called to make appointment for my vehicle s air was not cooling. She took me in immediately. The service advisor was really nice and helpful. She kept me updated the whole time while I was waiting. She assured me that I was being taking care of. The job was satisfactory done. The cooling was amazing especially with this hot temperature weather we have for several weeks now. The vehicle is running smoothly as well after being serviced. I m very satisfied with the job well done. I surely will recommend this place to anyone who needs service or help with their CAR /SUV and to all my friends and family. Thank you so much to this Park Place Dallas for their amazing work! I will continue to use this place for my car service. The total cost is reasonable compare to other places.

Very poor customer service. No one cares. You can never get hold of anyone. Left several messages with the service advisor and the service manager, CJ Harper. But no response. Take your business somewhere else.

Horrible experience! I wish there is an option for NEGATIVE star.I bought my car from Park Place Dallas, brought the car over for Tire service due to nail in the tires.I had to wait 20 minutes to get an advisor, totally understandable since they are busy.Stefan was my advisor and he told us to wait for 1 and a half hour to 2 hour, he would give me a call to update.Guess what? No call at all, I tried to call him and even left a voicemail, no callback whatsoever. After more than 2 hours, I came back to service center, had to walk around and wait to get someone to help us. When Stefan finally showed up, I was boiled up with anger and disappointments with his attitude. Now that I don t want to think I was discr*****ed due to being Asian, but the way I was being ignored was unacceptable.Stefan saw me, did not even ask me to have a seat, just sat in his chair and told me that they just started on my car and I had to wait more. When I questioned him about nothing being done during 2 hours and no call back from him with my angry tone, he still did not offer an apology. Only until I had to raise my voice and told him to give me my car back because I had to go to work, he got up and went to get my car.The whole experience was just full of disappointments. Such a big dealership like Park Place should not have any problems dealing with Nails in Tires like that. I even purchased the Tire Warranty. As much as I understand not every time things will be smooth, but at least as a customer, I am deserved a better attitude and service after having to waste 2 hours of my time for nothing like that.Service: Tires

The system is flawed. I scheduled service for my car for a check engine light. After the diagnosis, I let them keep it overnight to do a repair that typically takes 3.5 hours. They told me that it would likely be done the next day by noon, latest 2 PM. Cool. I called at 1 PM, and the receptionist said it looked like it was about done. I asked if that included the wipers that I also asked them to check and replace when I dropped off the car. She didn't know, but said that a service advisor should be calling me. No call. I call again at 4:18 PM. Again a receptionist says the car looks almost done. He also did not know about the wipers. He tells me that they close at 5, so I ask if should just come over there. Instead, he says he will transfer me to a service advisor, but no one picks up. What is going on here? This is ridiculous. I can't be without my car for another day, so I just go over there. I call again on the way and tell them to pull it from whatever is going on and have it ready for me. I go in to pay, and a service advisor hands me an invoice. Nothing at all about the wipers, and this guy has no clue. He asks if I want them replaced now. Speechless, especially since they were closing up shop for the day. I don't understand why no would talk to me about any details until I showed up on-site. Also, is it too much to ask that when some says an advisor will call you that someone actually calls? There are some gaps in the call flow that really need to be addressed.

If I could give this zero stars I would have, but I had to put something. Took my car in for routine service and left with an issue they created. I was told the software they needed to fix the problem they caused would take 2 days to come in.. I didn't get it fixed till a month later. Throughout that entire month, I spent what probably added up to hours of time trying to get in touch with literally anyone to get updates and the struggle of even getting to talk to someone was absolutely horrendous--when I did, they were dismissive, condescending and unprofessional. Don't ever take your car to this location unless you want to leave with more issues and a huge headache.

Worst dealership I have ever been!!! Just Horrible. I got a call saying my car is is ready to be picked up. After it s being seating in the shop for more than a week. I come here and waited 30 plus minute to get my car from vale and next thing you know oh the car is not ready they are still working on it and I have to wait for it to be done. So unprofessional. I don t even like writing review it s so infuriating.

When I first walked in I was greeted immediately which speaks volumes to their customer service. I was assisted by a gentlemen by the name of JD Daniels. He answered all one million and one of my questions. He was very patient and not forceful just to get a sale. He ensured I got everything I wanted and more in my new car and I am so thankful for that. He walked me through how to work the touchscreen and other aspects of my car. I couldn t be more pleased. I will be definitely returning to buy my next car from them as well!!

I was going to delete this review after the call I received from a service manager there but I don t see a way to do that. Long story short - there were issues with the maintenance agreement and what it includes. I think if it take more than 10 words to say what it doesn t include like: tires, belts, hoses and wipers then that is an issue. The maintenance agreement is simply too complex for most of us to unpack the exceptions and exclusions. We have agreements on other vehicles we own and those agreements are that simple. Since a maintenance agreement costs more than just regular service I think anyone dealing in cars should be thinking about how to make it all encompassing. Otherwise it is questionable to even offer it. I was told that what I was seeking was last in their maintenance agreement in 2006 so I was probably under a 2006 service agreement last time I needed brake work which was probably in 2013 on a car with 35k miles on it. So the quality of the braking system and maintenance agreements have both declined. The service manager was responsive and very professional in addressing the issue but ultimately it can t be a 5 star experience if Mercedes doesn t fix the problem of a maintenance agreement that doesn t cover all of their manufactured vehicle (tires are understandably made by another vendor and tubes and belts are inexpensive so who cares). Thank you to Park Place though, for your efforts in providing a positive experience.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Brought my car in for an airbag sensor. It was in the shop for a week before it was ready. When I pick it up I was told the battery was low so they replaced it. Now a few days later I get a message in the middle of my commute to pull over immediately and let the engine run because of low charge. When I called to ask for help I waited on hold for 15 minutes just to get transferred to someone s voicemail.

Zach did an outstanding job of customer service and making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed prior to the work being done. It is refreshing to know that this young man understand the value of excellent customer service in today society were it is getting hard to find good employees who care . He not only called me on the phone to keep me updated but would follow it up our conversation with an email. He is a great asset to Park Place Mercedes and I hope he is rewarded for his strong work ethics. Very impressed!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I had a frustrating experience with the Park Place Mercedes Dallas service shop compared to other dealership and non-dealership service shops I ve been to in the past.I arrived right on time for my appointment this morning and had to wait almost 20 minutes to speak with anyone. The service reception area was packed and chaotic. I was then given the sales pitch about the prepaid maintenance package. I like to review and take a more analytical approach to any decisions I make that are ~$1300 and think this should be provided at the time of setting any appointment rather than the under pressure approach.I knew I needed an oil change and state inspection and asked to be called if anything else was needed. When I hadn t heard anything (that the vehicle was ready, information about anything else that should be done, etc.) after about 2-3 hours I followed up to learn that they had not yet started anything on my vehicle. It took 5 hours for an oil change and state inspection to be completed in my vehicle on a weekday, which exceeded what I have experienced at other mechanics by about 4 hours. I also only received updates when I followed up to ask rather than updates being pushed to me. Other places I have been push communication which I appreciated.Upon arriving to pick up my car, they wanted to payment and communication to be handled through the same person that did the sales pitch earlier in the morning. He was with another customer, and then another customer, which required more waiting (about 20 min) even though my car was ready and they had other employees around that were not busy. This did not seem like an efficient use of my time. While waiting, I overheard other customers complaining also about how long their vehicles were kept, sometimes days, and that their vehicles were returned dirty.Overall the experience was inefficient, chaotic, poor service, expensive, and not worth the hassle.

Attempted to buy a pre-owned car thru Shilo. Over promised and under delivered. Ran my credit and didn't even have vehicle available? What a rookie. Stay away!

I was treated quite rudely and disrespected by the Service Director, Cam Mayfield during my visit at Park Place Mercedes-Benz on November 23, 2021. Keep in mind after waiting over a month to get my car in for servicing with a loaner car being reserved for this day this was very disturbing for me to leaving work early so I could make my 2:30 pm appointment . Up on my arrival I was advised that I would not be able to get a loaner car due to me having a third party warranty on the vehicle. I was also told that this new policy went in effect in January 2021. I specifically asked why was this information ever explained to me up front over a month ago. No response. He clearly brushed me offand never asked me for my warranty provider information to verify. And refused to answer any other questions. This was such an embarrassment to be treated this way in front of other customers in the lobby area not in a private room. After many years of doing business Park Place Mercedes-Benz I have never been treated so UNPROFESSIONALLY !!

Each time I go to this dealership, drop off is super smooth. Every time I pick up my car, chaos ensues. I ve never waited LESS than 45 minutes to retrieve my vehicle. They can t find it. They need to clean it. Lots of excuses. Super frustrating and I keep thinking maybe I m doing something wrong. Or is it that I didn t purchase my car here, so I m not as valued? Today, I ve been on hold for 47 minutes trying to reschedule my service that is set for tomorrow. On another line I called to see if I can just leave a message. Nope. I m continuously the 4th caller in line for 45 minutes now. I m done with this place and moving on to another Mercedes dealer who values my time, any suggestions?Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Overall great experience. Jahn was excellent to work with. He went over in detail what was included in Service B. He also called me with updates. He even recommended a few items that could hold off on having the service done until I was near or at the recommended mileage.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Michael Crowder inherited me after the sales guy I use to have retired. So, he has served me for many years now. He is ALWAYS available, kind, and he feels like a family member. I was in there towards the end of November to take care of some business, and as usual he made it easy like a Sunday morning....only Commodores fans will get that.
