We went in Friday and the experience was so positive. John helped us get a new car in a great timely matter . It wasn t just John . It was everyone there . I think it starts with the great management passing a hospitality message to everyone working there. I will be back.

The service manager that we use is personable yet very professionally. We have lived in several cities and states because we were once a military family. Once we get a service manager who we are comfortable with, we typically stick with them. Iris Maldonado is one of the best that we have ever used. We trust her, which makes it easy for us to keep coming back.The work done was mainly focused on our annual maintenance, but they took care of a few other things for us. The attention to detail was very impressive! My wife had a stain on her passenger seat that we could not get off, but Park Place took care of it and that seat looks brand new.

Cade was helpful, Emily on the other hand who was my originals sales person very unresponsive, and unprofessional. Unfortunately this was the only dealership that had the vehicle I was looking for in entire DFW area, otherwise I would not have given them my business.
