Great service and work done by Antonio M! Because of him I brought back home what looked like a brand new car. He was such a reasonable and understanding person. He was reassuring and knew exactly what to do and how to help. He went above and beyond to make sure that i was going to be satisfied with his work and i was! It s been a couple days now since I got my car back from the shop and I can really say I am super happy with what I brought home. 10/10 customer service. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

It is rare that people give good google reviews. I had such a good experience with Adam P, I wanted to make sure he got recognized. Adam was professional, courteous, attentive to our needs and answered all our questions without hesitation.Though we would have liked our vehicle back sooner, Adam communicated with us every step of the way and put our mind at ease, knowing we were in good hands.I would highly recommend the Mercedes collision shop and if you need someone you can trust, look up Adam P.

Park Place really knocked it out of the park!Raj J and his people did an absolute amazing job at taking care of me and my poor damaged Mercedes. He explained everything very clearly from start to finish! I felt very at home with his guidance, feeling that I was getting the best quality repair at more than a fair price!I would highly recommend Park Place for getting your auto body needs taken care of, and especially my estimator Raj!

Antonio M. did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I appreciate his outstanding work ethic, and him keeping me updated throughout the process of my car getting fixed. Very knowledgeable and assured me that everything would turn out perfect. You can never go wrong with coming here! Make sure to ask for Antonio, he will make sure you re taken care of.

Parkplace Bodywerks is by far the best body shop to take your vehicle for repairs. The second you walk in the front door, you know you were at the right place. Their team will keep you updated throughout the whole process, they even have excellent rental car service inside their shop. No matter how big the job or how small the job they have never let me down. Thomas Milner Took care of everything, all I had to do is drop my vehicle off. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I have enjoyed working with Jeff White at Park Place BodyWerks on 3 separate occasions. He is consistently responsive and professional. Communication through him regarding status of repairs is reliable and constant. He insures that my vehicle is returned timely and in perfect condition. Finally, I believe my insurance company enjoys working with him as well!

Took my Mercedes in to fix the hail damage. Adam Perry was my estimator and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very professional and communicative. The car looks absolutely perfect after their guys fixed the hail damage using dent repair. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Thanks again!

Thomas M was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He kept me updated throughout the process of getting my vehicle repaired after my accident. I will definitely be returning if the need arises and recommending any friends or family that need vehicle repairs to him. He makes a tough situation to go through easy with his constant updates and follow through.

It is always so hard to find car places that are trustworthy and reliable. Yet I can say out of all the places I been this has most definitely been the best place for my car needs. Especially their employee Raj! He is well very knowledgeable in being and estimator. He is also very patient and takes time to make to inform us. One of the best people in the game!

Five stars for Albert!He used to work on cars as well, so he understood exactly what I meant when I explained what I wanted done. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up even better after their thorough cleaning. The pre-delivery wait in the cool AC lobby was a nice touch it almost felt like taking my car home for the first time again. Thanks, Albert, for the great experience!

From repair estimate to completing the work, Brent was my go-to person, he s easy to talk to & empathizes with you. He helped me every step of the way, he was always available/reachable when I had questions or was stressed. Best part was he got my car repaired in 2 weeks! Will continue going to him if I m in need in the future.

Jeff White and Matt knocked it out of the park! I was ready for the typical body shop fight but, my experience was the total opposite. My truck has never looked as good as it did when I picked it up. I highly recommend jeff and his team!

These guys did an awesome job for our family car. Raj was our estimator and he was courteous, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process of the repair and dealing with the insurance company. We would highly recommend this body shop and especially Raj and the guys who fixed up our car!

When I walked in this place and told Antonio M what was happening and how I got into an accident he knew exactly how to help me. Because of him I was able to fix my Dodge Charger after a horrible wreck I had. Antonio M was super reasonable and very understanding on how I couldn t pay so much money on a work that wouldn t get done right. He was very confident about how he works and what he needs to get done. Because of him my car is looking good as new, no marks no broken front bumper everything looks perfect. And for the price I payed for was definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here anyone in general. Would not be disappointed by Antonio M work because he will leave you obsessed with your new car again!

Went in to have my vehicle repaired, my experience was wonderful. I wanted to give a big shout out to jeff White and Matt for making everything run smoothly and painlessly. Absolutely the only place I will take my car. The service and professionalism is second to none. When my insurance company tried to deny necessary repairs on my Mercedes Davis provided them with photos and documentation to get my car fixed safely. I cannot recommend them enough!

Brought my car in to get worked on due to some cosmetic issues and was blown away by the speed and quality of service from the shop and the tech Antonio M in particular. I've been to my fair share of shops, but you can tell this one was a cut above the rest. Antonio gave me peace of mind (which is very very rare these days) as well as a quick turn around and what's even more impressive was I swear my car came back more pristine than when I first drove it off the lot! Check them out, I can't thank them enough!

Well, going through the process of getting an accident repair is never fun with all you go through, but I gotta say that Park Place made it all as good as something like that could be. Mainly it was Raj J who was my estimator, who walked me through everything and was clear and friendly throughout the whole process. He did especially well with dealing with the insurance company and that is usually always my biggest dislike. Hats off to Raj and the crew there for making it all as painless as possible and getting my car looking great again!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Jeff White recently, and I gotta say he put a huge smile on my face! His positive attitude and helpful insights regarding my car issues put me at ease. This young man has straight shooter with upward management written all over him!
