Clean, very friendly team who go above and beyond! Park Cities seems to do a better job at services offered than chain 5-minute oil change shops

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my experience. I was promptly met at my car upon pulling into the driveway, and my issue was addressed and solved promptly. I felt that they were very honest and transparent about solutions and pricing - this is truly rare, as I have not had the best experience with multiple locations in town. I highly recommend Park Cities Auto Care! As a matter of fact, I already did.

Had a great experience with Park Cities Auto Care. Needed to get my front brakes replaced due to warped rotors. Reached out to them for a quote and got a quick response from James who runs the shop. Had a little clarification on pricing that he was nice enough to look at and update, and he was helpful in clarifying why they used certain parts over others. The quote was fair and I set up the appointment. Took my car there in the morning and they had it ready to go early afternoon. The bill was the same as I was quoted even after they ended up using a more expensive part, which I thank James for being fair on. The new brakes are working great! I would take my vehicle there for service again.

After calling so many places for an Oil change for my Giulia. Many places said earliest to get done was 48 hours due to ordering filters specifically for my vehicle. Then having a mechanic that can work on my vehicle. Spent about 3 hours calling around until I ran into park place autos and called James. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Even apologized that it was taking longer than expected( 2 hours). Work and service were great but the customer service was even much better. James and Paul stayed after hours since I was running late. Stayed around and had great conversation with Paul. Kudos to the team!

Staff and owner were very friendly and honest. Best price I could find for a brake change. Had them do the oil while I was there. Very professional and helpful, taught me a few things I didn t know about car care which was useful to know. Will definitely be back!

I needed to get an oil change and a few parts fixed on my car and I had a wonderful experience here! The team provided clear communication about what needed to be fixed in my car and gave me an estimated cost before doing the work. There was no increase in cost after the repairs were completed. They are nice, efficient, and fair!!

This used to be Kwik Car and I would come in here for service. I tried out Park Cities today and the service was much higher, the prices were very reasonable and most importantly the mechanics were honest. I wouldn t normally write a review but I was impressed since I have had so many bad mechanics in Dallas.

I know they were new they don't have the oil I needed which was the mix, so they actually upgraded me for free. I know I was there as a newbie but they took care of me. Everyone was nice. They are very accommodating

Service representative, recommended a purchase of new tires, to pass state registration inspection. I purchased new tires last year, my car passed inspection and received registration sticker expiring in 2025, from another automotive company. (Additional time out of my day) The level of service from Mercedes Benz Plano, is questionable as to whether actual services paid for were performed.

I had a great experience here! I had to get an inspection done and they did it quickly. I also had them double check my alternator because another shop said it was bad - they said I didn t need my alternator replaced and showed me the proof!
