Found this place on Google, saw a few good reviews online, so I decided to stop by After my visit to the VW Dallas dealer.I had already a quote from the them to replace the water pump on my Volkswagen GLI. Doesn t hurt to shop around rite ?No do they only beat the price, they did it a little faster than the dealer.I received an inspection of my car at the end, Marcelo explain to me what needed attention in the future. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me some extra stuff like the stealership.Overall great experience, good service, definitely finding my love again for euro cars. Seems hard to find good independent Euroshops that are affordable and do good job definitely saving their info for future needs. Hopefully Not to soon !!!

These guys are amazing , one of the most friendly shops I ve been to and they get your car repair done right and quickly. If you are looking for a repair shop that will stay in touch with you and actually honors your business go with them! I took my Lexus sc400 in to get a few minor mechanical things fixed which most shops won t do because of the age of the car and other reasons, but they gladly took it in and are getting it done right.

I found them on social media and was immediately impressed by how clean their shop was . I decided to give them a try with some repairs needed on my Audi and I am so glad I did! They had great communication and upfront pricing. They explained everything detail of the repair and even set up the estimates of the next service that would be needed. If you are looking for a shop that works on euro cars, this spot is legit! I took in my 2011 328i for a complete front-suspension refresh, and it drives like new. Im very happy of having someone who knows very well the VW service and repairs in the area.They did very good job on my 2 vw cars a tiguan R line and CC R line.I think really work spend a bit more on specialists who guarantee the job done than general mecanic.Highly recommended.

I've used OZ for multiple cars that i've needed to get repaired. They always are able to find the issues and repair them fast. The mechanic there is very talented and saved me thousands of dollars compared to what BMW was trying to charge me.

Turbo diesel pump went out in an Audi A3. Fuel unknowingly ate through all of the hoses and belts. Dealership denied fixing the repair under warranty. Marcelo replaced the engine and all other necessities on the vehicle within 3 days. It runs better than when we bought it. Marcelo is an amazing mechanic, but more an amazing person. Honesty goes a long way. P.s. engine replacement was $7k cheaper than the dealership. Thank you for your dedication.

I love taking my car here for Marcelo to work on, he is the best mechanic that has ever touched my car. When I have a problem even when it is at midnight he will answer and help you figure out a solution to fix your car or to temporally fix the problem so that he could fix it the next day. Marcelo is also really fast at fixing my car even though he was busy and he keeps you updated through out the process.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I service my Audi Q5 at this shop, and they replace car water pump & Thermostat.Marcelo is the master mechanic of this shop, and Issac is the General Manager. They both made my dad feel at home while he was waiting for my car to be completed.Their team has experience working with imported cars. During my visit, I notice numerous Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche, Bentley, Land Rover, and others in the shop. If you plan to visit, Do not hesitate to ask questions about their prices, diagnostic fees, and process upfront; this action will give you a clear expectation. My Hyundai SUV has been broken/not working for about 4-5 months or so. I tried driving it and many things were broken. The engine light was on and there was no air conditioning at all. I ended up bringing my car here and they fixed it within a week. I'm extremely happy with everything. I met one of the engineers and he was extremely nice and hardworking. I took my bmw 335i in for what I thought was major transmission work. They ran their diagnostics and found that the issue was caused by a malfunctioning sensor. It was a much faster and cheaper solution than I anticipated. OZ autowerks also charges very reasonable prices for their services. They take the time to walk customers through exactly what's going on with the vehicle in an easy to understand way. It's been about ~2 months since my car has been to OZ and it s running perfectly fine - definitely will be returning back to this place in the future, thanks folks!!

Traveling through, needed the ac fixed so we could continue our journey. They have great reviews so tried it out. They got our car fixed up with a couple of hours. Would recommend especially with the customer service!
