I originally took my car to a different shop who took a week to diagnose my S5 and quoted me $6k. Didn t feel right. With recommendations of trusted friends I took it to overseas Haus. Within 24 hrs they diagnosed my car and provided me with a quote. They kept me up to date when a new expense would come up. They fixed all issues in a timely manner and transparency. The actual issues my car had were fixed for about half of the original shops quote.

I wrote a review previously but am updating it because the problem has been fixed. So...Absolutely 5 stars. Roy and his team took great care of me and Roy was nothing short of communicative, professional, honest and friendly. I won't hesitate to bring my car here and have already recommended these guys to several co workers and a neighbor. You should go, too; you most likely won't be disappointed. As a small business owner myself I value honesty and professionalism. The staff at Overseas upholds this standard to a T and I am very grateful I found them. They worked up my car and told me all I needed done and brings it up in an easy to read and understand text message link that gives me confidence they are doing the right thing every time! I stopped going when one of their employees recommended I change the timing belt on my 1995 BMW 318i. It has a timing chain. This was 15-20 years ago, so, hopefully that guy is not there any more, but that was my experience.

Roy is always so honest and knowledgeable on what I actually need to get done on my car. Had a tremendous experience here. After taking my car to Sewell where they recommended a $2200 repair, Roy was extremely honest and informed me that there really wasn t a problem at all, and only charged me $108 for the diagnostic.Honesty and doing the right thing will always earn business in my book, and I fully intend on utilizing Overseas Service Haus for my future repair needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I use to love this place till the last two times I went there. I feel like this place like to take advantage of your money. First time, I bring my car so they can fix something and they were like now is fix and you will not have any more problem and that was a lie, because I had to comeback two more times for the same problem and then they want to keep charging you when they told you the first time that it was all fix. Then few months after I went back again to fix something on my tires and they charge me almost 2k and again they were like now your car is fix it will not give you more problem, another lie because now my car is making more noises in the tires and I told them and they were like bring the car back so we can check was wrong and now they are saying they need to fix something else that the cost would be now another 3k. I really don't get them, they charge you so much for nothing because the car never end up been fix.

Quoted me $4200 for a new turbo, which is more than double than any other estimate I sought out afterwards.Tried to charge $3000 just for the part, which VW dealers sell for $2000 and that can be found online, factory new, for $1400. Quite the markup.Moreover, they failed to notice that technically I was still under PZEV warranty. The dealer did everything for free.

My Mercedes mechanic retired in 2020 so I began looking for a new shop with good reviews. I found someone near my home and their work was fine, but didn't feel like they listened to my concerns or answered my questions well when I picked up the car. I continued to look and found very good reviews on Overseas Service Haus. Both the manager Roy and technician Eduardo were very knowledgeable and professional, addressed the things I was concerned about and needed, let me know what work I might need in the future, and delivered this at a very competitive price. I'm glad to find an auto shop and mechanics that I know and trust.

I received a quote from the local Range Rover dealership to replace the back brakes on my car. It was astronomical based on the fact that I had replaced the front brakes last summer. Came in for these guys to look at my AC, they end up doing an evac recharge on it after originally saying they couldn t without even consulting me. From there I m told I owe $340 for a job I didn t approve, got that reconciled but after I bring my vehicle home my car makes a hissing noise when turning the AC on and my trunk doesn t open via remote anymore. Communication is lacking big time.Left with more issues than problems solved. Maybe I could be one of the unlucky ones judging from the reviews but this shop hasn t done my car any well. Roy was fantastic! Very communicative about what was going on with my car. Quickly fixed but unfortunately I couldn t make it there in time to pick up before they closed for the weekend. Once I got there, fast prompt service getting me checked out and guarantee on the work! Will continue to use them!

Came to Overseas on the recommendation of a friend and by way of a tow. My car was having trouble starting. MB said it was the battery. I told them to change the battery. They said it was on backorder. So I changed the battery myself. Same problem. Take it back to the MB dealer. Can I get some help here? Oh, it's the battery. Right. I just changed the battery. Well MB cars like MB batteries. But that one's on backorder. Could it be anything else? Nope. Car finally wouldn't start. Tow it to the dealer or Overseas? Let's try Overseas. Overseas diagnosed the starter as the problem and had it replaced pretty quickly. Car starts perfectly now. So much for using the "experts" at the MB dealer.

The manager/owner, Roy, at Overseas Service Haus was very polite and helpful when I called to let him know my car broke down and was being towed to the shop. Him and his team were able to diagnose the problem with my Jeep s engine and got everything fixed all within about 48 hours. During that time I received phone calls with daily updates on my vehicles repair. I would like to commend them on their communication because this helped me worry less and really built my trust in their business.They were also willing to help with some minor maintenance with my husband s car while we were there. Even though they were extremely busy with cars loaded into every dock they treated us so well and took care of all of our needs. They offer great service and deserve the highest rating! We are grateful they took good care of us and our vehicles, and are extremely appreciative of their service. We will definitely continue to give them our business in the future.

This is a great place for Mercedes service. They are fast and friendly and very accommodating. They recommend services needed, but are not pushy nor do they scare you into doing work like the dealerships do. I totally appreciate that! Roy is the best and very sweet to work with. I will always use them! They make things right every time! Amazing service! NTB was trying to upsell me on 4 new tires. Overseas said I absolutely did not need, selflessly gave me advice on where I should go that would honor my tires warranty better since he didn't carry this brand. His knowledge was AMAZING! Furthermore, said if they didn't replace for me he could patch my tire no problem. Full service shop will be using them for life!
