The Rims & Tires Look good, so far. Tires & rims sick happy 2/24. I like um, I love um. Happy Valentine's Day soon. Something to work hard for. It was, so far, so good. Money is a Tough one. Is the warranty still good after I financed and paid the package deal off in full?

Worst work I ve ever seen. They scratched and zip tied my brand new shocks on. They also can t get alignment right. I have taken it back twice because the alignment was off and it s still off right now. Horrible work.

Worst place to spend you're money at......bought some 24s forgiatos for 7k cash just for the chrome to start bubbling up after 7 months of just sitting , took em back to em for warranty and got charged $500 extra ok i paid it and now that i got em back this is how i got em and they saying theres nothing he can do about it smh.. ...wont ever spend any money on em again.....

They are cheaters don t go in this place they will ask you pay first without test drive . After test drive if there is any issue they will you to pay more money to fix that issue .. I lost 4000$ for getting new wheel and tire for my brand new f150 Leriat pickup .. I told them in beginning after change don t want to loose my comfort drive .. first they put 2 level kit with spacer 22 wheel 305/45/20 tire . But tire shake when I drive 65 mile speed after they remove spacer and level kit and never return my money and they keep that stuff. But still my shake when I dive on 70+ mile speed . For this time they put more big wheel and tire and ask me to pay another 700 this time no more shake .. I did what still my remain te same next they ask me I need to buy better tire if I need to fix this issue otherwise they are not responsible for anything they told me to pay another 1000 to get good tire I did it again this time they go for test drive and told them again issue is not yet solved .. now they came with another idea I should buy better wheel and this one I tired to sold in Facebook or online .. I told them I m going to consumer court to let then they are doing scam with there customer.. I don t know I will get back my money or fix this issue but I will go because I want to let them know they are cheater .. they will told you to pay but never explain about non refundable money and exchange policy before they get money from you

I made the mistake of recommending Omar's to a friend. Heard this was the go to for larger size wheels etc. It's a straight up butcher shop. They have no clue what they are doing. My friend bought 26 Forgiato wheels and tires with a leveling kit for his 2023 Toyota Tundra. They wheels didn't fit due to the larger hub size of the Tundra. They didn't say anything instead the took a drill bit to the $7000 wheels and tried to CNC themselves. They destroyed the wheels now we are getting them fix which is costing additional money. Dont worry Omar your getting sent the bill. Straight up thieves. When I noticed something seemed off and asked about it they said we do this everyday. I highly recommend not going to this place.

They replaced my tires, and when I got in my car, the sensors were out. I went right back to tell them that the sensors were out. They told me that they will come back on after I drove for a little while. One month later, the sensors were still not working. I returned to Omar s to let them know that the sensors never worked again after they changed my tires. They basically accused me of lying, got disrespectful and said that they would give me a discount on new sensors.I will not do business with people who are not honorable. This decision made them lose me and my entire family AND my friends who were all customers. I hope it was worth it. There are too many other options to tolerate disrespect and poor service.

Not sure why the negative reviews but I had no issues with the service, staff or my rims. The car looks awesome. Mo did an excellent job from start to finish. I had to order my rims from the manufacturer which could take up to 6 weeks. 4 weeks later they are on my car. He kept me in the loop the entire time. Every time I was at the shop in person the staff was friendly and very professional. Maybe the bad reviews are from people who don't research what rim and tire works with thier vehicle.If you need rims, tires and know what you want this is the place to go.

I d be very careful coming to this place. I was recommended these guys by a friend of mine, but after getting my leveling kit and and tires set by these guys, I hope noone experiences what I did. They rounded a few of my lug nuts and they weren t even tightened all the way. I don t recommend coming here.

I had a great experience buying wheels from these guys. MJ took care of me. I walked in, picked out some forgiotos for my Vette, and got them installed within 60 minutes, and I also got the best price I could find for my wheels. No other wheel shop could come close on price. I will be back for another set of wheels soon.

When other companies tell you bring your tire and wheel here and we'll take care of it and ends up that they can do nothing for you. Omar's is the answer. This is where you need to take your stuff to. It is handled with the utmost Care, Quality, and in an extremely timely manner. The staff was courteous and the price was just right thank you for such a good job. My husband was extremely impressed with the atmosphere and selection that your store offers we will be back.

A lot of what seems like shady business here, I simply wanted a quote sent to me and they required a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT before they would give me a quote to my email. OR my other option was to drive there and pick up a piece of paper with the quote so I could send to my CPA. This is not good business, gave me all sorts of red flags (As I operate a rather large company myself) Nothing seemed right about this. Be wary, I don't recommend doing business with them at all.

I had to give him a one-star though they don't deserve any star. This is the worst place I ever went to. I got four new tires and I have a 2013 Buick and they did not put the middle cap back on right and was lost somewhere Brian which is the manager there gave me the run-around for 2 weeks until he finally told me that they were not responsible. He said that Omar said that they were not responsible. I told him that he did not have to be brand new just no scratches. It cost me $85 plus what I paid for the tires. Don't GO here. There are many other places. Ask wherever you go if you lose a cap are you going to replace it????? Then decide. Be sure and check for yourself. Later.

They took care of my needs. I needed 2 22in tires in a staggered configuration and they gave me a great deal. $280 for a brand new set of Giovanni's. So if u are ever in Dallas or the Lancaster area check them out. Ask for guy who looks like Drake, tell them guy with the 7series BMW from HTown sent u. The only complaint is after I paid in full , the guys that put the tire on wanted me to show receipt even after they saw me pay, and then they kept my chrome caps on my air valve on purpose bc they put black rubber ones back on only all tires. 4 stars for that.

the staff was really nice and got me in and out quick but for the love of god do not let them install those wheels take them somewhere else. my car has been shaking ever since they put them on even after taking my car to a shop for a wheel balence. they look amazing but it s gonna cost me a lot to figure out what they did wrong.

There were absolutely great on Communication handled everything over the phone and went more then out of there way to take care of me when I ordered 24s and wanted to go bigger they didn t hesitate just said let s make it happen 10/10 great experience all in all go see them they will get you sitting right

I feel if you host a toy drive listed as 1000+ toys at least have that amount of toys you have advertised you guys ran out 45 min after opening and you have upset kids that don t understand and see other kids leave with gifts. And others standing in the cold rain and waste time and gas coming over to the location.

Called in from California to enquire about Forgiato wheels. MJ answered the phone and helped me in so many different ways. I ended up purchasing the wheels and MJ facilitated the entire transaction and shipment to California. Can't Stop saying good things about MJ and Omar's wheels! Wheels fit perfect. Thank you!

Very unprofessional, called to reserve some tires ahead of time since i was gonna be traveling from a few hours away. Once I got confirmation that they had the tires, i drove there and the next day when i showed up to my appointment, they stated they no longer had the tires and also were quoting me a higher price. Just plain ridiculous to confirm items for your customers knowing they're traveling a few hours just for that item, and when you arrive they try not to make it a big deal and upsell you and tell you they dont have the item anymore.

Don't recommend this place. Bought a pair of 30s from this place, Didn't drive it to no where but home, that day. Drove it 3 months later, tires shaking, tire knotted up somehow, they told me I must have done it, I said naw yall to have sold them to me like that. I have bought 26's from them before without any problems, for one of my other vehicles. And then had the ner .ve to tell me 30s ain't for everyday driving after selling them to me. Bought 4 new tpms, went back to get them programmed on my factory tires and 2 went out before I made it home. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Went to Omar's to have my forgiatos wheels repowder coated charged me $1100 paid them in full. being I'm a truck driver I couldn't get back down there rite away I called them told the manager moe.I'll be down to get them soon as I can. He said ok go to pick up wheel and they was trying to sale them to someone else these guys are bad to customers be careful
