Slow and never enough people. There can be 100 people in like with 1 person at the register. 10 other people in the back and no one will open a se one line. People love to ask 100 questions at the register so prepare yourself for a 20 min wait for 1 person.

Count your money when you leave or pay with a card. This store doesnt have any cash to provide correct change or the little boy doesnt know how to count. This store doesnt provide good customer service!!

I went to get a battery that I had to take off and carry out myself because the big guy manager he wasn t going to do it the store was bringing ran by two ladies that he left alone

Didn t catch the guys name he was a African American gentlemen who was the extremely rude to Hispanic dude who was looking for a filter. The employee wasn t even doing anything besides standing around and logging easy hours not working the Hispanic dude was ahead of me in line he literally waited in line to get helped and all he asked for a filter everything he had gotten himself and the employee refused to help despite not doing anything and literally said the Caucasian employee should he the one to take care of him why should he wait in line twice ? Why was looking up an item so much work? The dude offered to go get it too all he needed to know was which oeuvre he needed I left the store too that s super distasteful and lazy for no reason if the employees can t handle this kind of job they should go to McDonald s or elsewhere no type of customer service at all.

I thought I needed a new battery, but didn't. The guy checking it was so honest. He could have sold me a battery that I didn't need but didn't. How often do you get an honest worker like that these days? Praise God for him!

The girl with cakes on eye makeup and big eyelashes won t help you. She won t offer to look up a part for me and when I tried to ask she just said aisle two which after I spent several minutes looking was not there. Left and went to the dealership, would rather pay more and have customer service, I am not a part or car person that s why I asked for help, shouldn t be an issue. Lazy attitude!!

4/16/2023 came looking for a brake tool. Guy took 15 mins looking for the tool that he said it was in stock. Comes back says we dont have one. Asked if another store has it just said no. Didnt bother to look at his computer. Was more busy looking at videos on his phone.

My 5 stars goes to Simon! I was looking for a new battery and he went beyond the service of just a battery. He explained the process of charging the old battery, installing the new battery and perhaps a courtesy check up on my radiator! Everything work just fine and I ended up purchasing a new battery! You need help, ask for Simon! Great employee!

I brought a battery to get charged and after an hour and a half, the battery wasn't charged! This is the first time this place has done something like this! The customer service reps sell you parts that are not what you need, don't charge the batteries in an attempt to sale you a new one from the store even when my battery is not old, just drained. I should have gone somewhere else!They used to be better, way better. But the recent employees are no help.

Whoeverer the woman answering the phone the night of 5/24/22 was very snobbishsly rude. I don't know where she got her attitude if she even has one but she definitely needs to go back and get a better one. With people answering and conducting calls like this tells me all I need to know about the store. And quite frankly I'll never go there

Nina and the GM went literally above and beyond today I was getting turned around by auto zone and another oriley store. But this one on garland road!! Id leave my job and work here lol great workers!!

Derrick disrespected me an refused to assist me with my check engine light. As a valued customer I don't appreciate the level of of disrespect from employees of O Reilly's. I feel singled out. And as if he didn't want to service me so I can find the issue wrong with my vehicle and buy the part. He need to check his attitude and his weight before disrespecting customers. I've been coming here for years never been treated like this

Dont know what was there problems never had problems always buy parts from them and do business with them came in to check engine light is on and always buy the parts on the spot but they are not checking ?when ask why ? Just because ! well I guess autozone here come new business

Service was pretty run of the mill. It didn't feel like they really cared if we were there or not. We found what we needed easily enough, but when it came to check out time, the cashiers (specialists?) had zero control of the line, or what was supposed to be a line. Doesn't seem to me like they are trying to hard to earn my business.

Assistant manager is unhelpful and rude. First they got my part wrong and then gave me the run around. Overall unpleasant experience. I felt with a lady that helped me out just fine, per the two star review, but I won t be coming here again and I recommend others go elsewhere too.

Today,January 26, 2022 I went in to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Garland road and the young man a Andrae and a young woman who refused to identify herself made me come to the conclusion that I will never again purchase auto parts from O'Reilly in the future.The warranty on a $110 part on my vehicle vanished from their computer and rather than assist me to resolve the problem,they contributed to the problem It was 30 minutes before closing. They had no interest in the customer and the young lady kept chiming in regarding a matter where she was clueless with no regard for the facts. I will be certain to steer all those that I know away from O'Reilly Auto Parts,because this business does not Honor it's warrenties, also selling me unecessary expensive parts.You earned zero stars.

Bad service way get people the dont like the job I was try to pay brake fluid and the girl the she work was on phone make personal calls and we waited like15 min to see if she was going to help my to pay naa she was walking on the store like she was help people on the phone. she was make personal phone callsthe better check you employes was today April 21 2022 7:51 pm I left to buy my stuff to autozone

Awesome guys there, like Adrian, who came out to check my wife's battery and alternator at 9 pm to give us assurance that it was good after a guy at Kwickcar lube had claimed it was bad. Thanks Adrian! Guys like you are the best!

I shouldn't even give it a star!I went in there and told the guy I needed them to check if my truck had any codes since it has the check engine light on... and I waited like 40 min and not one of them was able to come with me to check on that... I had to walk out! That made me sooo mad! Just because I am a female that does not mean you can just treat me like that! that's just not right!

Got a faulty part, tried to return it, was told that it couldn't be returned because the wiring had been cut. Apparently it was missing other faulty pieces. This was my first attempt at returning something after frequenting O'Reilly's stores for years. No longer a loyal customer.
