Always hv the parts you need. Lines move pretty fast. Most times it's in and out. I appreciate that they will come out and assist you. That's what the world needs more people helping each other doing what God intended us to do. Each one teach one. Helping is caring.

On Christmas eve i stopped at O Reilly because my check engine light came on the man that helped me was so nice i think his name was Wayne he looked at my car in the the cold and put the part on for me thank you so much customer service was great.

The customer service here is really good. There are a few employees that don't care but the ones who do more than make up for it. The guy with the hot rod is my favorite employee

Never busy in and out if you want something off the shelves great if you need them to bring you a part from the back forget about it it will be the wrong part

Went in looking for a part OReillys website showed in-stock. Csr didn't even checked stock or inventory location inside the store. Just said they didn't carry it.

At the O'Rellys location on Lancaster in Dallas I was charged $191, for a wheel bearing hub, but at The location on Great trinity trails in Dallas, I was charged $126, I think the guy was trying to steal my money.

I don't know anything about cars. They're always helpful and understanding. Sometimes certain parts aren't in stock, but they'll order it for you
