I went to O' Reilly's on Lake June Rd and Masters on 7-17-2022 after 530pm in Dallas. The African American Man was SUPER HELPFUL that this store should proud to have an employee with such high caliber. I hope the corporate office give this gentleman a high recommendation. Thank God for knowledgeable people who take pride in their jobs.

Customer service was alright, they tend to curse a lot. The way lines for register checkouts are set up are awkward and lots of missing items in containers, most likely due to theft.

Elias....Mr. Robert...Ralph.......exceptional service from all 3 ALL the time....I get a positive vibe every time I walk in and see either one of these guys. One time I called to speak with corporate bc Elias helped my wife with a flat on his way to work ...that kind of person is seldom commended and rewarded...Thanks Elias and keep up the good work!

I have been doing business here since this store opened. The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If the parts are not on hand, they are normally there within a couple of hours. This is the nature of the business. Thanks for the great overall service over the years.

My steering wheel locked. The clerks were courteous and VERY helpful. They checked the oil and power steering levels as we requested. They called a mobile mechanic who said take it to a shop because we noticed a loose belt and they found a tow truck for us.

I bought a car battery and the Clark doesn t want to help me to install it, even though they have a sign that says Free battery test and installation for most cars I understand some car battery take time to install, but he didn t even see my car. He just said he can t help me. I guess I have to speak Spanish to get help in that store. I don t know if the Clark wants to be gangster or Clark.
