Rub�n the store manager and the employee named Armando had been very uneducated about the warranty , and refused to turn my battery in while leaking battery acid saying it s safe to drive it like this and while having a stomach on the side of the battery as well , I have warranty on it , and I m denied my renewalDon t keep buying parts from auto parts store when you know you have warranty but it has to break their way to exchange it. Money robbing at its finestHow can someone pay so much for anybting and be denied of warranty

Where do I begin. They don't open the store on time in the morning. They are always late. I've had to wait multiple times in the parking lot for 30 minutes after the time they are supposed to open. They dont have cash to give you refunds, they make you wait until they have enough cash to give you a refund. The staff then scoffs at you like if you're supposed to know they dont have any money. Then when you ask if they can call another store to see if they have money to give you the refund they refuse and tell you to come back later. They make you go to the store you bought the part from when there are inventory discrepancies that are their fault. They make you drive around town when it was their mistake. The entire staff is rude...except Jimmy he's cool. The management is rude. The General Manager doesn't return phone calls. The only reason I still go to the store is because I live down the street and this is the store I've been shopping as since I was a kid. O'Reilly has always had poor customer service. Their policies and procedures are not customer friendly and upper management should work on improving that. Their parts ARE better than most competitors but not all. 1 star due to poor customer service. 4 stars for after-market part quality.

Went to take parts back for warranty and the young kid ask me .Why don t you take it back to the store that you bought it at?And I told him it s the same company why ? And he saidBecause now I have to do someone else s work!!I ask him I hat do you mean?Twice.And he didn t answer me. Very unprofessional!!!Then he said that I had paid with 2 different cards and I showed him and the manager the receipt that showed it was one card .But said I would have to Caine back later to pay me with cash..I went to the location at Hampton and Singleton and got it done within a minute.I the the manager was the dad of the kid and that s why they did what they did.As you all can see it was returned to one card .The same I used.The store that didn t provide good service it s the one on ForthWorth av and Colorado

Absolutely the most disturbing place I have ever done business in my life. I simply wanted a hose made and Rueben refused!! Why because he said it wasn t the correct hose for the application! Then perhaps Rueben should take this up with Peterbilt he s so smart. Actually I have never felt so discriminated against in my life end of story

I asked where the power steering fluid was and they pointed in the general direction and walked off, never buy electrical components from O'Reilly, an employee sold me a starter with a 1 year warranty I had to replace it 3 times THAT day when I got the manager, I showed him my receipt he looked at the receipt and at the starter and said that was the problem I bought that piece of garbage.I tell that story to anyone who asks where they should go to buy their parts.

Never had a bad experience with them. Sometimes the staff can be "stand-offish", but these are the young women that think (my opinion) are too pretty to help someone out.Maybe I'm not young or good-looking enough?!?! Lol!!

Worst service ever!! Two guys teasing each other while the customers are waiting. I understand we are humans and sometimes we do not want to work hard but one guy spent 2 min looking for a pen in the whole store, it seems like he was just wasting our time.I think people need to be more considerate and start working hard instead of joking with each other while you see there is a lot of people waiting.There was even a lady with a baby waiting behind us. Never coming back to this store.

This is my favorite O'Reilly's, you might spend a few more minutes waiting to be checked out, but it's worth it. The employees there are knowledgeable and if they don't know something they are not afraid to say so and ask for help or look it up. They go the extra mile.5 stars.

Associate couldnt even or wouldnt bother to find a part as simple as a daytime running lamp for a tahoe. Trash seevice and knowledgeability

It call commercial for reason! Employee talking not working, not busy at the time I came, but no one ask when I come or leave if I need anything, even they didn t respond to good morning ! They going to waste my time. Leaving

Walked in, no Acknowledgment both of the workers were on their cell phones. I approached the guy for some help he wasn't even excited about it, still didn't get a hello. He rung me up didn't even get a thank you or nothing. 9/25/22 10 am. No stars!

Good customer service... fast service... normally always have what I need but if they don't have it they strive to find it for u... I appreciate the people here making my business and my time being in a part store easy... I'll go here before going to AutoZone across the street...

The guy was some what helpful but he could of did more tbh bkuz i went to get front & back brake & he was asking me for the codes for front & back brakes when all he had to do was look up my VIN number I had to call the dealership & ask when all he had to do was look up my VIN other then that it was decent.

Pedro a employee for this location, is extremely rude when someone is asking questions then was my turn on line and I ask if he can help me to know how to remove the cover of the backsit light and he say naa for Corona virus we can't g out to check inside the vehicle... and he call next person in line... I wait polite for Ruben the manager and he helps me showing me a video that explains how to remove it. That lazy Pedro shouldn't work there even make fun of my accent. Terrible.

Whent today around 8pm and this young girl named Rebecca helped me on this oil purchase and a couple of other things she was patient and whent above and beyond to help me awesome experience and there is als8this other young ladie named named I think Nancy she is always great to work with

Came in for a upper radiator hose and the attendant was really helpful she even let me borrow a screw driver to replace the hose she gave me her name but I forgot she was a young cute girl definitely recommend this place great staff

How is their picked out the tools I needed weren't many customers in there but they're starting to get more and more there was one person at the counter do you want off in the back and never came back I got the other people back there no one ever would take my money so I just gave him the tools back do now do not come to this one they will not wait on you they don't want to do their job apparently

Store had a very cheap version of car code reader. You had to take a picture to show the store clerk. Couldn't tell you what you needed expect for reading the computer readings.

Went in looking for a special type of oil for my truck and There's a young lady that works in this place she's very nice and very helpful seems like she just might be able to do anything for you always wearing face mask and keeping safe distancing protocol is in place it's very easy to find it's right on the corner at Fort Worth Avenue very clean store hours suggest anyone to go to this location and get the stuff that they need for their vehicles

Horrible.. I went for a battery ontop of trying sell me the wrong one.... Jose the sales person tried. To remove the battery n compare to see which on matches.. Call me pink but rnt these things made specifically for vehicle type? Smh i went to walmart smh
