Walked in after being disappointed last night that a young man did not know how to put my battery in that he thought I had to take my windshield wipers and more off to place it WOMAN POWER prevailed !!! Ruby did with no problem ! I then decided to buy air filters from Alicia as Ruby was helping another customer professionally !!! Yes yes !!!

This is one of the better run O'Reilly stores here in Dallas. Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful even though it turned out they didn't have the right alternator for my RAV4.Customer service is all that distinguishes one company from another, so it's important for the employees to be on board like this fellow is.

Eric was absolutely INCREDIBLE! With the seasons changing (a Texas winter) AND the fact that my battery was 3 years old (no judgement please!) I was extremely pleased with my experience today. I needed a new battery and the manager, Eric, not only informed me of my options, but also took the time to install the battery himself. He gave me some recommendations and was very helpful and kind through the entire process. I would give 10 stars if available!

ERIC at this location was GREAT! He assisted me with battery testing, replacement, and mounting and did it very quickly and proficiently. ERIC was knowledgeable and skillful with the best customer service I've experienced at any oreillys or Autozone, even among other good customer service reps. I recommend this location based on ERIC'S service alone, and will return myself in the future for the service.

My old battery was about dead, I pulled in the parking lot and Mark tested it, replaced it in the rain and replaced a faulty terminal clamp. Mark was upbeat, patient and dedicated to fixing my problem. Thank you, Mark.

Got a battery replaced today and after buying a new one, the employee (forgot to ask her name) went out of her way to go back and check if the OLD battery was still under warranty, something I didn't even consider. It was, and they refunded me in full then installed a replacement for me. Plus she helped me pick out a ratchet set that fit my needs for the best price. Will 100% keep coming back to this O'Reilly for every service they offer.

Who s the OLD Mexican with tattoos that person is just rude with no help or motivation. I feel like he hates that place so bad that I had a bad experience. You should let him go. He shouldn t be working there making all your customers leave. ZERO STARS!!!! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!! HAHAHA

Damaged my vehicle resulting in hundreds of dollars in additional repair costs and aren t taking steps to resolve it. I have tried multiple times to get a labor claim processed for the damages caused by this store and the company is giving me the complete runaround. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere - you have been warned!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I came in and needed to buy a new headlight bulb for my car and not only was the guy behind the counter trying to sell me things I didn t need, but when it came time to put my headlight bulb in, the men refused to help me and even went as far as ignoring me when I tried to ask if they could provide assistance. Shame on them for refusing to even try. Thank god for YouTube and my common sense. Will NEVER come back.

Very helpful staff getting me the right replacement bulb for my headlight and topping me off with the right antifreeze. I don t know a great deal about cars, but they made it easy. I d recommend the staff at this auto parts store fully, and they had what I needed in stock both times despite it being for my 2011 old car.

Had unexpected battery issues and the garage I normally use couldn't get me in. The two guys were very helpful at this location. Had my battery size in stock AND swapped out with bad battery no additional charge. Thanks for your help and definitely will return.

Went to O Reilly to get a car battery tested and ended up buying a replacement and then swapping it out in the parking lot. Mike was very helpful and loaned me the necessary tools to get it done right there! Thanks!

01/11/2022I continue to be a regular customer here, for five days straight they graciously lend me their patience, space, and assisted me and my endeavor to repair my vehicle after a major @#$&% up due to my poor driving skills #driveitlikeyoustoleit.Today, I am excited to say, all repairs were successful. Though I'm still barred from parking in my own apartment complex with risk of getting towed by the management. At least I'm not taking the bus. Not today Satan!----By far my favorite O'Reilly facility, think I come here so often because of the team here. They are knowledgeable, had assisted me in many projects, and are patient with my antics. They are the bomb dot com, thanks for helping me keep treads on paves! Y'all are the best.

Ms. Alicia, has been the "GREATEST!" Every time I went to the other company(competitor) nearby, I got snappy and rude responses with everything and I went to O'Reilly's on Lemmon Ave and got great service, even after having to come back when I didn't get it right. She goes above and beyond in the services provided to me and always with a smile. Thank you very much Ms. Alicia, keep up the good work and happy new year to all of you

O Reilly adjust the closing hours and turn off your open sign if you are closed. I arrived at 9:55 and while I was getting out of my car the employee locked the door and refused to give me service.All I needed was one part.
