The store gets 5 stars because of the men that works here ED but I give it 1 star because of the customer service the lady with glasses gave to everyone that was in line. One of her friends came in and she let him skip when there was 4 customers in line waiting she needs more training and need to be thought that while being at work she needs to be professional and respect the customers that was here 1st. 1 guy walked out because it s not fair to us and I feel his frustration. 3/23/24 her name is Gaby..

The Manager Ed is very rude and un professional waited in line for 20 min one guy working the counter at lunch time. Not a good experience at ALL!!!

very bad attention from the manager Adrian, very bad mood when serving and racist, he says I only speak English and the worker Gaby and the other worker are very friendly, I wait and remove Adrian, really terrible service.

One of my of the employees (Adrain) was playing games on his phone the entirety of my transaction. Extremely unprofessional. Next time I ll just go to Autozone around the corner or order my parts on Amazon!

White guy at counter is very rude . Apparently at other locations they have more sense to get an umbrella or to cover the diagnostic machine to check a customers car . After my husband was rudely told by this guy that he couldn t go outside bc it was raining I ve seen in the past they can cover it or carry an umbrella . Dude was rude and lazy and rudely responded to my husband . I ll make sure to report to store manager . Other instances at other locations he was helped and was given an explanation and talked to correctly instead of raising his voice and speaking to my husband like he had no sense especially in front of other customers.

I bought a part for vehicle and they gave me the wrong one main power relay but when I went back no questions asked and they exchanged it out for the proper one also they just need to pay attention a little more to what the customer is saying other than that pretty decent

Went to this location to get a/c recharge kit. I tried to use my military discount, wince I'm a veteran, but was denied. It was clearly on my driver license and I even presented a dd214, but was not allowed to use it. I was told that I need a actual military ID as proof. 8 years of service and I can't get a $0.65 discount. Will never go back to this location, ever. AutoZone took care of me!!!

I just went to the store and I was looking for a air freshener and some napkins to clean my car . And when i couldn t find the napkins I went around and left the trees around the corner and told my husband to come look for them and pay because there was a long line. And there was an old guy telling my husband that I was stealing and started telling him that they were gonna call the cops . And I didnt steal anything . PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERAS BEFORE YOU MAKE FALSE STATEMENTS .

Car battery died outside their story.I don't need to explain the events that unfolded but let me give it to you like this -I arrived at 3:30pmIt's now 8:30pm and I am still stuck here.These people are sorry. They won't give me a jump or nothing.

I stopped at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store to purchase some Bosch Wipers for my vehicle. It was raining in Dallas and my wipers were on their last leg. The gentleman that helped me out was so friendly and knowledgeable! He was able to make recommendations on what wipers would be best suitable for the weather here in Dallas and for my vehicle. The gentleman even helped me replace my wipers and did it very quickly. He was such a kind person, going out in the rain and helping me out. THANKS AGAIN! I recommend stopping by this store for your auto needs. Awesome customer service!

Great location I put a red Christmas bow on front of my white car for holidays when I looked the bow put a red spot on top of hood from me driving on freeway I didn t tighten it down good I ask agent for cleaner he said wait one moment then he returned and said u good to go I looked out at car red spot gone BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!smooth just like that yeahhh 5 stars

I really like O'Reillys and this review is basically for every one I have stepped inside. They have great products, usually having the parts I need in-stock, however checkout is a pain. I usually go in for a quick detail product and want to check out quickly, but they are usually under staffed and you have to wait in line and most in line are wanting to look up some car part they need. O'REILLYS needs to install one quick checkout like Walgreens utilize where those who just need to buy a product quickly can get in and out quickly. Hopefully this will happen one day. I give it 3 stars due to its a pain and very time consuming if you just 2ant to go in pick up an item on the shelf and check out.

Manager or assistant manager (not sure), from El Salvador, was SO nice and helpful. I went to AutoZone first and they had the car battery I need but wouldn't sell it to me because they said Mazda 6 could only change the battery at the dealership. I knew that didn't sound right. Went to this O'Reilly and had a new car battery installed by the nicest staff member in less than 15 minutes. Plus it had a better price. Thank you

I found everything I needed and then some! O'Reilly's is a great place to shop with good values and super friendly staff. They helped me find what I needed quickly and then I grabbed a few more things on the way out. you can always count on O'Reilly's no matter what town you stop in :-)

The person who help us was very rude and unprofessional.I understand now I m days they are understaffed but the person at checkout was just standing there we ask for help and had an attitude.was racist too asking my dad what ethnicity and being racist

Went to go buy an exhaust gasket for a miata of mine. Their assistant manager kept telling me I needed an exhaust manifold gasket, and I kept telling him no I needed an exhaust gasket by the muffler, not by the header. He argued with we about this. I was the one working on the car, not him.I try to avoid this location.

I just want the people to know that this store location 3931. Alberto that works there first said he was the manager and then supervisor. When I order a starter for my truck I got the wrong one. Same day try to return that guy Alberto said that he can t return my money and couldn t exchange for the right one which was their mistake. He said the company doesn t allowed. He was very offensive and insulted me. He feels like he is the owner of o Reilly. O Reilly is a good store, but having people like Alberto the store looks really bad. O Reilly need to do something about it.

I needed a new battery. I was helped immediately and sold a battery. The guy behind the counter gave me a wrench and wasn't much help. I didn't have any tools with me. Right when I was about to give up and get a refund, Jorge saved the day. He came out, got his own tools out of his car, and helped me change the battery. He went above and beyond. As a business owner, I understand the importance of having great employees that take pride in their work and represent your brand. Jorge earned a promotion/raise. Take notice before a competitor does!

I had terrible luck ordering windshield wipers from other retailers (they were shipped with damaged or missing parts), so I decided to give this O'Reilly's a try. Not only did they have the brand I wanted in stock, the manager showed me how to install them so I can do it for myself next time. Now that's customer service!

came here and they gave me the wrong windshield wipers and the wrong oil filter.only good thing is if you know what exact parts you need they have it.big variety but if your gonna need help don't come here,they will give you wrong parts.edit-wind shield wipers where actually the right one but had a different way of getting installed, worker came out to install them for me.i was wrong,oil filter was still wrong but I'll still give them 4 stars since I was quick to judge

Just left and I m very satisfied with the service that Gerardo the assistance manager gave us he even went out his way and helped me put my battery in my car !!! He was also very nice and professional!!!

the sale person who was a mexican girl was rude and unprofessional with a attitude, it was my first time shopp from this store and it's ganna be my last time. i know it's not a owner problem but they have to watch who they hire.
