The store was quiet and clean, nobody there at that moment. It was impressive just how uninterested the person was to help me find what I needed. I was just told to look online, and then to keep looking, I had to specifically ask if it could be looked up in the system, and once I wrote down the part number he was gone with a quick polite bye before I looked up from my phone. Nothing discourteous, but boy did I dismissed.

I went in this store the young gentleman i asked for help was very rude i explained i didn't know how to get my tail light cover off and he looked at it then said this one and walked off i also was telling him about an issue i was having and he just acted like he didn't care !! So i went to AutoZone where the man not only looked at my lights but changed it for me so i was really disappointed in the service i received

This O'Reilly is by FAR the best auto parts store we have ever encountered! Arturo deserves a raise and the whole staff should be commended! Just stopped in with an issue on my work van. I have 6 batteries in a circuit. Chris took the time to test them with me individually. We found out what the issue was. He lugged the old ones in for me while I hooked the new ones up to get back on the road. Chris went above and beyond what he needed to do. I can see why he is the manager and why this store has great reviews. Keep up the good work!

My Lexus was in need of a new battery and some spark plugs, Johnny the assistant manager was extremely helpful, polite and very attentive. He even checked on us to make sure we didn t need to tow or leave the car. Definitely went above and beyond on his customer service.

The employees are chill and just let me walk back to dump my old oil. They pretty much always have whatever I need and don't ask stupid questions, like if I have a 4 or 6 cylinder engine when I'm just getting a light bulb (I'm talking about you, Autozone).

Arturo came in clutch, I came in with something odd. Going for a 2.5 inch exhaust to a 3 inch. I couldn t find the gaskets at the Autozone up the street, he made sure to go out of his way and take the time to find the gaskets for me. Kept a great professional attitude and found all 3 that I needed without even needing to be ordered.I wish there were more guys like Arturo at parts store. They really make the company look better, now I know not to go to the Autozone up the street because I can trust Arturo to find the parts I need.

While I like the store I don't like the experience I had with the guy selling me wrong spark plugs and pcv valve for my vehicle even though he had looked it up in the computer. So had to make a return trip to exchange items and will have to go back again in the morning for a part they are having brought from another store which is awesome. Apparently with this employee this happens a lot cause it was a known issue and seems to happen frequently so I don't get why they don't offer him more training or fix the issue rather than let him keep selling wrong parts to people with car problems knowing it may not be just as simple as driving back to get a new part, at least they had my parts cause the autozone just up the street didn't and told me they couldn't even order them and I would have to take my car to dealership which would have cost an arm and leg... No thank you autozone. O'reilly's has my business now.

Took in used oil, and they readily accepted it. Had a nice conversation with Andrew about my pickup, and I bought some power steering fluid. My only concern was no one was wearing a mask, except one guy that came in, possibly after a parts run.

I love O'Reilly's. The manager today talked me through adding freon to my classic car, and gave me the confidence to try it myself. Success! O,O,O...$34, Mercedes estimate $300. That math is easy for me, even without a calculator!

The Manager Sollis Is Awesome I went to Auto Zone they didn't have the part for my car sorry Thank u. So I went to O'Reilly's right down theStreet Solis was at the counter to help aked for part she checked for part . went checkedmy car to see if she could order couldn't she called Lexus and ordered part for me having it delivered her store for me I couldn't asked for such professional and knowledgeable Service anywhere and she found Engine for my other vehicle Thank you so much for your help this morning I really appreciate Her. It was very professional..tha young man tht waited on me was on point was patient explained 2 me wht I was needing fa my car an y it was 2 make a high difference cause of tha maker but he aught me a few pointers an I appreciate him very much fa tht...but I like tha service there
