I called around 6pm today to check availability on a part that I needed and they told me it was in stock. I made my way around 7ish and got there at 7:20 only to find everything closed and shut off. Online it says you guys close at 8pm and outside the door it says 8pm as well. Will no longer be shopping here and will tell my boss to remove his commercial account with you guys.

This is a brand new location for O'Reilly Auto Parts located behind Chick-fil-A Burger King and across the street there's a Cane's Chicken it's also located in the Aldi parking lot next to a blood plasma center! Lots of parking available. So far with the team customer service is on point. Team members will come from behind the counter to serve customers.n

Two gentleman helped me when I was in a pinch this morning. I don t know the first guy s name but Tony was awesome. He referred me to an auto shop and found me the part I needed. Thank you so much!!!

Went to this new location to exchange a warranted item. Stood in line 10 minutes. Two employees working. Only 1 running the counter. Employee stated he couldn't do the exchange without a manager and suggested I go to a different location. Disappointed with this new locations level of customer service.

I m a mobile mechanic and was in the middle of a job and needed a part. Called this location before going up there and David answered and couldn t find the part I needed on the system but took the time out and looked for the part. I went up to the store and he was even much more of a big help. I highly recommend this location and give BIG credit to David.

Called 30 minutes before closing for a part, and was put on hold. Called again and put on hold again. Went to the store to try and purchase my item @7:48pm and the store was closed. 11/12/23

Wasn't satisfied with this location of customer service. Very rude, to say them least. I would never try using the again.I would go to another location like I have used in past years."The location in Desoto was very pleasant and helpful that where I purchased my part from thank you Sir Charles"Ramo was extremely short unpleasantness.You would think they would be more friendlier since they just opened.
