Sydney C provided outstanding service. We could not figure out why a tire was leaking, and he and his team took great care to fix a complex problem. Will always return to see them for tire needs. Very honest and timely service and saved us a lot of money!

Wow! The service was absolutely amazing. I had a tire replacement and an oil change. I thought it was going to take them forever but they were surprisingly fast and precise with their work. Everyone did an amazing job and Ma kayla had impeccable customer service!

The service here was exceptional. Got a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it super quick and it not cost an arm and a leg. We were in a bind trying to get back home to Austin and get our dog who was boarded and they did everything they could to get us out of there in time. Not to mention it was a Sunday and most places were closed or had 2+ hour waits. 10/10 recommend their services, thank you guys for helping us. We are feeling truly blessed.

My appointment was at 1:00. They randomly changed it to 2:00 p.m. because their ONLY mechanic had to take care of personal things.I arrived at 2:00 and was told that it would take about an hour to get alingment and balance.At 2:40 p.m., my car was still in the parking lot and the manager stated that if I could not wait, that I should come back some other time because he did NOT want to risk not getting the work done on time.Horrible Service and horrible Manager Attitude!I have been a customer for over 17 years and have spent over $20,000 on tires, brakes, struts, and all types of services, but I will definitely not be back.There are plenty of other shops that will be happy to take my money and treat me with respect and appreciation.

Had a leaking front tire for a few weeks and needed to get it checked. NTB got me in and out in a timely manner, no cost for a patch, and got me back on the road for my trip this weekend. Definitely will be coming back here for any more problems!

Excellent customer service WOWJustin the manager help me out today with the purchasing of my tires. Everything went well he was very cordial and knowledgeable about the subject. Give me a good deal and definitely will keep coming back because of him. My 3rd time buying tires from them. Amazing hands down

Justin was a tremendous help with getting me right in there to replace my battery the day of. They have excellent customer service and I recommend their service to everyone. They have never been anything but polite, professional, and accommodating. I will not go anywhere else going forward in the future. Thanks again to all of their employees.

They damaged my brand new painted wheel on my BMW 535i with multiple deep scratches. When brought to their manager, Justin's attention, he promised to get them repaired at their store. However, since then he's been giving me runaround and not following through his promise.Note: I'd spent $400 the day before to get two wheels repainted just so that this shop could damage them the very next day.Also Justin lied thrice before:1. Day one when I dropped off my car for them to check air leak, he said new run flat tires have been ordered and he refilled air in it so I could drive off. He didn't. I had to do it at a gas station.2. Few days later he said new tires had arrived and I could drop off my car. I did. An hour later he calls back to tell me the tires have not arrived and I would have to pick up the car and drop it later when they come. Clearly he did not check if the tires had arrived and still made me leave the car there.3. Before going to pick it up I asked him to fill air in the tires, he still did not but said he did. When confronted, said he'd double check and finally did it.I've never seen a tire shop being run so incompetently by someone who straight up lies to his customer's face. I'm going to pursue the wheel repair through proper channels and do everything to spread the word about their unprofessional services.

Great place, quick check in, accurate time frame estimate. I dropped off in the morning and picked up on my lunch break. Wayne made sure to go over all services needed and the purpose as well as all findings. I ll be back when it s time to buy tires!

Amazing service. The manager is a true professional.I got a flat tire and they were able to patch it. Also they had the 19inch tires in stock just in case.This place is great and manager gave a great experience.

I had a leak in a tire and I took my car to NTB Inwood in Dallas yesterday. A big shoutout to Makayla and Ramsey for their courteous and very fast service. I had the car back in less than 15 minutes, a nail extracted and the tire patched, and I was not charged. I have taken cars to NTB Inwood many times over the years and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks very much.

My girlfriend came in with a nail in her tire. There was a miscommunication between the assistant manager and my girlfriend regarding the repair required, but the assistant manager went above and beyond to treat us with respect and do anything she could to help better my girlfriend s experience. I hate that I didn t catch her name, but the assistant manager at this location is top notch!

Took 2 hrs for an alignment and an oil change. They didn't let me know my car was ready, I just saw them drive out the car and waited a bit and just walked out after 10 mins and asked. When I paid, I asked for my alignment report and they didn't have it. So he called the mechanic in the back and turns out he never did the alignment at all. So had to wait 30 more mins and If I didn't ask for that, I would have paid for a service that wasn't done.Also when I called they said they had coffee, they didn't. They also said they're printers weren't working for the alignment report. So texted me a picture of it instead. Just not how a business should be functioning, not trustworthy, and not valuing my time.

Dude thought I was a some dumb kid and tried to take advantage. Told me 2 new rear tires would be better than one rear tire. He said this because it would look better which is true but he also told me my car was rwd and this would help with performance. My car is not rwd and it s not even an option, even for an older model it s still not an option. My car is fwd and whoever I spoke to thought they could get extra money out of me. Don t come here.

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet and do business with the NTB Representative Ms. Makayla at 14107 Inwood road - Dallas. She was very pleasant and customer service oriented upon speaking to her about an oil change I needed. She directed me to this location, knew it was me upon walking in the door and immediately took action to get my car taken care of prior to the close of Business! Thank You! Thank You! Ms MaKayla for taking good care of my car services along with Johnathan the Oil Change expert! I was on my way in a timely manner. Great Job to these two employees as I will surely return in the future upon the next oil change! Thumbs Up! :-)

Came here in July with rear driver side tire leaking air. Found a nail close to the side wall so tire has to be replaced. Called the shop and they have the tire in stock. Got it taken care the same day. Great service. Fast forward to Sep, the passenger front tire also leaking slowly. Brought it back and they checked thoroughly but couldn't found any leak. I asked if they could just remount the tire and put it back since the tire is only 1.5 years old and threads are still good. I told them if I still see the leak, I will bring it back to purchase a new tire in a couple of days. I was willing to pay for the labor for checking and mounting the tire. But the manager (sorry forget to ask for his name) did not charge me. Honest people and great service. Will definitely go back for other car services in the future.

Just came in to get our vw tires patched up, and Justin the service manager knew we were on a time crunch (heading out of town). They got to the suv quickly and efficiently and we will be back for all future tire issues!

I attempted to drop off my vehicle on January 18, 2024 at 8:45 in the morning spring valley and inwood location. . I tried to explain to the front lady that I was receiving a check electrical charging on my dashboard when I was cut off stating we don t do electrical here at national tire and battery really ? I asked if they could check my terminals she said they don t do that here even though they have done it at NTB many times before she asked at this location. ? saw another customer runoff with a better tire price and front lady didn t seem to care, not the reception I want to hear after I just spent $500 a week before replacing battery at NTB. I guess I won t be attempting to ever come to this location again

I go here to get my wheels aligned. They are very reliable on that service. I have read the other reviews and can't speak to what other's say.I was at Discount Tire this weekend. What struck me was I was the only female customer here. They had a small area with toys that felt sad and sorry for reasons I couldn't identify. The whole store felt male focused. I was treated with respect so not totally sure what drove that feeling.The one thing I really liked was being able to look into the garage. Great view of what was happening on my car.

I completely trust and recommend the NTB on Inwood in Farmer s Branch. They are always courteous, polite and trustworthy. We bring all 3 of our cars here. I have often come in just for air and they will do it for free, which is so amazing! They never make you feel forced to do any service and treat everyone equally. Their technicians are also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I had the most pleasant visit to this NTB site for an oil change last minute. They made space for me, had the most pleasant attitudes, and got me in and out in a timely manner. Store manager Justin was a great help, and very kind and personable. Shout out to Alex also for getting my girl s ride RIGHT

I have been an NTB customer for over 10+ years. Going to different locations in the metroplex. All gave good prices and customer service. Yesterday I encountered the most unprofessional manager. She was sitting down on her cell phone off to the side. She lacked empathy and customer service and sales skills. I told her I have never paid $100+ for a simple oil change. I was not given the options & prices for blend or conventional. Which is much less. Every NTB I have been to would turn around the monitor and show me the options. She didn't. Just insisted that their oil change was better than other places. Since my car was sitting at 28%and I am a busy person I went through with it. She offered to take $10 for a good review. Which is a red flag. I honestly can't in good conscience lie just to get $10 off. I definitely should have just walked out. I am no longer a customer anymore. Due to this horrible experience after 10 years.

Justin was the best! He helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and made sure it was fixed and safe to drive. He also hooked me up with a free oil change!!! I felt like I could trust them and they only did work that I actually needed instead of upselling me. I will definitely come back for any future repairs!!
