This is the place for Friendly fixing of Tires. The person Ty has all the abilities to do better in any situation you face when you get tiers from them.I haven t got road hazard while I got new tiers but TY the service manager made my day by giving the best price in any possible situation and helps out to get new even without road hazard. I have got my Tire replaced them for FREE. The service manager Ty has good skill and he s very calm and listens to customers first to suggest the best. If you are changing tiers here and there, probably you should give a try next time when you change tires

My experience was good. I came in for a tire repair and Ty helped me with everything. The whole process takes around 2 hours so make sure to block out time to get your car fixed.

I came in at around 11:40 am. I asked how soon I could get serviced (looking for four new tires). I was told that they had one man ready to get started immediately. So I agreed. It is now 1:20 pm, and I'm still waiting for my tires to be put on... I've got two kids at home waiting for me.When I asked what was taking so long I was told that they did get to the car immediately (as in it was moved into the bay, which is what I was left to assume). But the truck just sat.They now have two tires on and are rotating and mounting the other two...The ratings don't seem to be justified. I will go back to Discount Tires in the future. With them at least I know why I'm waiting. Here I was the only customer in the shop. A bit taken back by how long it has taken to replace 4 tires.

Ty helped me out with my coolent. He is so professional in his job. I loved doing business with him. The location is great have enough parking space and waiting area. The location is safe and clean. I love being here and would recommend this to location to everyone.

These guys were really helpful with explaining the issues that came up when I came in to get some wheels installed. They pointed out the issue I was having with the brakes rubbing against the inside of the rims, provided some options for me to follow, and overall just kept me informed about the problems that I would have run into if I hadn t had gone to them. I d highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

So I could only post one review. So to give credit where it's due I screen shot original. Again nail in tire, needing to get to work on time. Ty comes and saves the day. Not only do I get to work on time, but he shocked me. He remembered I had the same issue and since I bought the tire here, he patched it for free. The fact that he remembered me, that he was honest, and didn't try to scam me into a new tire was amazing. Would come back. Well he'll I did!

I cannot say enough about how helpful, educated, prompt and fair Karl & Ty have been. We own a big European Auto repair facility in Plano and they do all of our tires and a lot of alignments for us! Thanks for all of the help guys

I've been a long-time customer of NTB for 25+ years. It has definitely changed (and sort of declined) over the years, especially with the recent buyout by Mavis. But the one thing that matters the most is the staff, the customer service and their ability to communicate well and problem solve. The team at the G. Bush location were outstanding today: Lauren and Ty took care of me at the front and I greatly appreciated their desire to make sure I was satisfied after a confusing estimate provided to me the day prior. And Tyson in the back made sure to get my tires on quickly and got me out of there just an hour or so after my scheduled appt, which was great! I highly recommend this team at this location. I will return. Oh, it's also very clean and comfortable to sit and work while you wait. 5 stars all around.

Impeccable, unmatched service. Came here in a big rush. I told TY the situation and he had my truck pulled in before I could even finish my sentence. Genuine, true, customer service is unheard of these days. This place (specifically TY) brought my hope back. Very appreciative. I d do 10 stars if I could. Best tire shop in DFW, hands down & without a doubt.

The managers and team at this location are good people. Carl has been amazing to our family when we had emergencies, and today, Ty was incredible following up and communicating so we were safe for our 10 hr road trip.Thank you guys for doing great work and having a great attitude towards your customers.

We've been taking our cars here for many years, but this time I had a near 20-year old import 4x4, that had been sitting broken for almost three years, towed to Karl's shop . He and his crew didn't bat an eye, and got that old heap running like new. Amazing work from a great bunch of techs.

Ty and Karl do an amazing job of taking care of their clients. I have been coming here for about a year now ever since I got new tires on my truck. Doesn t matter if it s an oil change, new tires or a free service such as patching a tire they are always there to greet me by name and help with a smile. Highly recommend this NTB.

I can t brag enough about the staff at this location! Everyone was so nice! They even gave me a ride to my home instead of waiting. My alternator went out yesterday! They replaced it! Even stayed late until they finished!!! I really appreciated it!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Ty is outstanding and friendly and is usually running the desk when I come for service. This place is always top marks for service and communication.Ty is no-nonsense, no-upsell, very clear, and will always give several options so you aren t making bad decisions.I bought my tires here and after a blowout, he had me in quickly, showed me the various solutions and gave me the best pricing on a quick turnaround.He also noticed my oil was overdue for a change and made that happen during tire work as well! I highly recommend this convenient and clean location and the main guy, Ty, if you need tires or service.

Y all have got to come and see Ty and this Team!! This NTB location is over all the best in Texas. The Service Manager Ty went above and beyond with customer service!!! Ty explained and informed me about tires and stayed open late to take care of my car and tire needs. I will ONLY be bringing my car here for any services needed moving forward!!! Thank you Ty and Team for being amazing and delivering excellent customer service!!

Stopped into NTB as I was having issues with one tire losing pressure daily. Ty greeted me as I walked in, he was very welcoming and willing to help out even an hour before the store closed. He located a nail in my tire that was not repairable. He gave me my options and walked me through the process. I appreciate the help from Ty and definitely will be back to this location if any more issues arise.

Ty was amazing! Came in desperately to swap out my tire, he was very patient and reassured me that everything would be okay. He was very quick and did an amazing job! I highly recommend the staff and location!

My appointment time was honored. Being short staffed, my wait time was not as long as expected. The store manager kept checking me and apologizing for the wait. Offered me a seat several times and let me know the waiting area is equipped with my needs. The 2 guys were very nice and let me know when they were and were not working on my vehicle. I was informed every step of the way during my wait time. Would definitely recommend and come back to this location:)

First let me start by saying I had lost all respect and confidence in customer service in NTB as a whole until I came to this location and met Karl Caballero! Not only did he rectify the F up of another location 4900 W Plano Pkwy and their incompetent Store mgr (Billy) Karl went above and beyond to make sure there are still good people in this world that care about right and wrong! Thank you my angel

Awesome service as always. Ty made sure that my car was taken care of and if I needed my tires rotated. My only place that I come to get my oil changed and inspection taken care of. They are reliable, friendly and super helpful.

Can't speak highly enough of the crew here. Karl, Anthony, and others have done a great job looking after my vehicle. I had never bought a used car off Facebook before and I had lots of anxiety about what I had gotten myself into. They worked carefully, methodically, and thoroughly to make sure my car was safe and functional. She runs great, probably better than she has in years, and I truly feel like I have an ally to keep me and my new lady on the road! Thanks, folks.

Ty and Josh at the George Bush location really did a great job taking care of me today. I had a sudden and large leak in one of my tires, right before setting out on a several hour road trip. At 30 minutes before closing (on a Sunday!!), I called them to see if they could take a look at the tire. Ty answered, and with a smile I could hear through the phone, he says, "No problem, we'll take care of you!" Once I arrived, Josh immediately put the car on the lift, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new tire. They were both so friendly and accommodating. Terrific customer service! NTB needs more employees like these two :)

If I could 6 stars I would! Ty got me hooked up, morning of, all new tires in less than 2 hours. I called probably 5 stores, NTB had the best prices. Easy transaction, fantastic experience. Will be back if I ever need anything.

I had been avoiding getting my headlight replaced. I went to another auto shop and they didn t have the bulb I needed, so I came to NTB and worked with Ty. Ty made me feel comfortable, and he was not pushy at all. He updated me each step of the way as my bumper had to be removed in order to change the bulb. He told me he could tell 2 of my tires were relatively new, but that two could be replaced if I wanted to do that. I had been at Toyota of Dallas a week ago where there said all my tires were in horrible shape and that they all needed to be replaced immediately. Ty was honest and didn t pressure me to spend more money than needed. This is the kind of place my dad would feel good sending me to for car troubles knowing I m in good hands.

5 star (wish I could give more!) review due to one person--Ty, the Service Manager. He is terrific! Very friendly and helpful and very customer oriented. He gives something that is sadly lacking in today's business dealings--GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wish this young man could train ALL NTB managers how to make a customer happy!!!!

Karl, Ty, and all of the wonderful gentlemen who work here are extremely kind and hard working. Every time I come here they always go above and beyond to make sure they take the best care of my car. They never try to upsell and the cost of their services are the best I ve seen in the area.

My service was superb once again! I would like to personally call out Carl, Ty, Josh, Anthony for the amazing customer service. My car started smoking, I was one light from NTB, and they were about to close. I pulled up, hopped out all panicked. Ty came out immediately as he saw the smoke and liquid coming out from under my car. He went over what it could be. Ty, called Anthony over who was under the hood of another vehicle as he was more knowledgeable to assist me. I thanked Ty, for calling him over. Anthony, said it s probably this because I see this and this. As they were closing I was trying to find a ride home since I had to leave my car as a part had to be ordered. Ty, made me feel comfortable and told me they wouldn t leave me and to take my time finding a ride home. I asked about Carl, as he was off that day. I was surprised cause he s never off. Ty, said he would be back tomorrow and asked if he would remember me. I said oh yes he will!! Ty, said he would get him up to speed. I called the next morning. Carl, answered and he knew exactly who I was. He was very patient, assured me my car needs are being taken care of cause I was calling for updates on the regular. I was back to pick my car up. Had friendly conversations with Josh and Ty as Carl and Josh was working on finishing my car. I left with my car and it started smoking again and I panicked. Called the NTB, talked to Ty and he said what it probably was. I asked to speak to Carl as I needed some reassurance. Carl, said it s probably this, which was the same thing Ty mentioned. Carl, asked if I wanted him to tow me to store, stated no not far. He said he was leaving but he will have them wait on me. I pulled up. Ty, Anthony, and Josh came out immediately. Anthony, looked under my hood and assured me it s all good, fluid that was burning off that if it continued to smoke or I smell burning bring it back and he would wipe it off. He turned light on had me look under hood so I could see nothing was leaking and it was fluid that previously leaked out burning off. It was just that as no more smoke or burning smell. Again a special thank you to Carl, Ty, Anthony, and Josh!!
