I recently moved to Dallas almost two years ago and have always been lucky enough to work with Paula! She is very welcoming and easy to talk to. I appreciate how she always makes sure to take the time to explain what is going on with my car and double check it everything was done to the NTB standard. I am always happy to work with her!The mechanics are also very friendly and get the job done well and within a good time frame. It seems like they enjoy their job and have good relationships with each other.

Having car issues is something that nobody enjoys. However, I will say Mr. Sanders made this experience less overwhelming. He provided a great and comprehensive break down of my diagnostic. Taking the pressure off I knew I was able to trust everyone in the shop. If you are having any complications with your vehicle I would highly recommend coming up to this location!!! Thanks again Mr. Sanders and everyone else on the team.

Having come out of work to discover a very low tire, I drove to NTB on Central Expressway. The store was actually closed but the manager, Noe' G. and his staff stayed even later to fix my tire.This was not the first time that I had experienced good customer service from this store. In Oct 2023, I purchased a new set of tires and was please with the service that day.

Absolutely best customer service hands down. Every time I come in for maintenance I m greeted by Laura she always helps me with all the questions I have and just makes me feel at ease with my vehicle. I ve been coming here for a few years now.Definitely come to NTB and ask for Laura she s so sweet!!!

Mikayla ( Hope the spelling is right) is a rock star.. not did only did she get me in late on a Friday, but after calling for different tow places I called and asked if she recommended a company. The company she recommended was here within 25 minutes and was half the price.After being stranded and on the phone with low phone battery she was the bright spot of what was turning into a horrible Friday afternoon.These days customer service seems to be lacking but in NTB Dallas on Inwood seems to still see the value and how they treat their customers. I live 30 minutes away and I will continue to come to this location for all of my tire needs.

Great experience today. I was a little late for my appointment, but they got me in right away. Forest took great care of me - made sure the right filter & oil from another store, kept me updated, and I was in & out quickly for an oil change, alignment, tire balance & rotation. Thanks y'all - I'll be back!

Mr. Forrest was able to help me out despite being extremely busy himself, I came in for a simple air inflation. He was able to inspect my tires, give me a quick consultation and warning of when I should anticipate having to return. Though I use NTB currently for all of my vehicles Forrest will be the reason I return back to this specific location. Like I previously stated he was extremely busy and found time to help me out while being consultative and extremely pleasant. Highly recommend asking for Forrest!

James and the entire team over at NTB went above and beyond to assist me with replacing my tires. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and George and James promptly stepped in to help. They thoroughly explained the various tire options available to me, ensuring I made an informed decision. Thank you so much for all your help, and I just say my car now rides smoother than ever!

Great quick service but they seemed really confused about how to change the tire on a Tesla wheel I brought in. They apparently have a cash-only policy for walk out tires (where you just bring in the tire and not the whole car). I had to come in again after dropping it off to put down a cash deposit before they could order it.If you just bring in a tire be sure to bring some cash with you. You don t need the full amount, just enough for a deposit. Also they ll think it s sketchy.

Had a trip planned and wanted to make sure the car would make it. Took it to NTB on 75 and Shane Callicoat did a great job on 4 new tires and a break job. I really appreciated his attitude and the way he took care of me and my car. Now I ve no worries about my upcoming trip. Thank Shane!

03/9/24Not sure what s going on with this location now but I was told they can t do an alignment on my newer truck with stock size all-terrain tires. I ve had my other truck with bigger all-terrain tires (35s) and they knocked that out with no problems.* Front desk guy was nice enough to contact another NTB (Forest) location to get me taken care of.

I stopped by today in my Jeep due to low tire pressure light showing. They checked all 4 tires and filled all with air for free. While walking back the employee looked at the tire on the back of my Jeep and checked the spare. It too way very low. They are so through and helpful. I get all my tires replaced by them.

My husband stopped in for a tire/rim issue and happened to be helped by Noey the manager.We thought it would be one of those impossible fixes and were so thankful for their prompt service and knowledge of the problem. Less than 5 minutes to fix and great customer service!Thank you NTB, Noey and the staff for their help!

After struggling to find a good reliable mechanic shop, I found NTB, I thought they only worked on tires but boy was I fooled. This is such an awesome place. Paola is always willing to help and be a problem solver. She goes over and beyond to make sure I understand everything going on with my vehicles. I'm thankful for the whole crew because the guys take their time to inspect my vehicle and get the information back to Paola in a timely manner. I can honestly say I only trust NTB with my vehicles now.

A 5 star experience from start to finish. My appointment was booked quickly and started on time. My tire issue was also diagnosed and resolved quickly. Rick and the NTB team were friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have been a customer of NTB for over 20 years. There s a reason. They have worked with me and honored warranty s for both vehicle batteries and vehicle tires. I bring my family s vehicles here as well. Dealt with Randy Dicken here in Dallas and followed him to whatever location he was sent. Randy, over the years, has progressed to the position of Regional Vice President. Today s visit was special. Came in for a new battery and had the pleasure of working with Paula Menjivar. I mentioned Randy Dicken s name and Paula s face lit up and shared that Randy had hired her 10 years ago! Great hire Randy! Paula, excellent customer service, keep up the great job! James

I had a mystery leak in my tire that took 3 tries to fix. Rick the sales person and Jonathan the tech who found the leak were very helpful and professional. I will definitely come back to this shop when time to replace all 4 tires. Highly recommend this NTB location!

I had a wonderful experience at NTB today. My car had a flat, and since it was Sunday, nowhere seemed to be open, except for NTB. When I arrived, they told me there were several cars ahead of me and that it would be a handful of hours. They recommended I head out and come back when my car was ready. Of course, I was not thrilled to be car-less unexpectedly for the day, but I appreciated the honesty, as opposed to having to sit there and wait for hours. NTB ended up calling me a couple (about 2) hours later; they got to my car quicker than I d anticipated! When I picked up my car and learned they were able to simply patch the tire, they didn t charge me! This was a very pleasant surprise. I was very impressed by the level and quality of service I received at NTB and will surely go back there next time I have an issue with my tires.

Don t think I ll ever go anywhere else when it comes to any issues that I have with my car. They always do a friendly, fast and great job. I always end up paying more than what I hope to spend on my car like in any car shops, but I can t regret spending my money in such a great place.

Customer service was incredible. Even during a very busy day, every member of the staff was friendly and affable. The work was done quick and efficiently. Great experience and I ll definitely come back to them in the future!

I was about ready to go on the long 3000 mile trip and thought it best to get my air pressure checked in a tires not being very mechanical I felt it was best to go to a professional I was greeted by your technician Joelle and without any question without any pitch he was so willing to do my tires a simple act but a safety act as far as I'm concerned Great dealership great people even the manager came up to say hello thanks for having these really wonderful people in your employee Guess where I'm buying my next tires take care

Amazing Staff. I booked online and they had my car in the bay with in 10 minutes of my arrival. I asked them to check all my tires for any issues as I had been feeling a shimmy and the tire light had just came on. They found a nail, patched it up and it all cost $0 due to the tire protection. I was in and out in under an hour. They didn't try to sell me anything else and thanked me for be a customer and sent me on my way. I like that they keep the records of my protections and warranties and I never have to haggle and or have proof. There is no other place I will go to get my tire needs tended to.

I m giving 3 stars, not because of the quality of the actual service or product, but due to misleading me on the time it would take to complete.I made an appointment on a Thursday to replace all four tires and get my alignment done. I did this due to my schedule. Paula called me on Tuesday to confirm my appointment, let me know they had my tires, and that I could come in early. I voiced concern about how long it would take since I had work meetings. Thursday I had more availability. I was promised it would be under an hour. I thought, Wow! This is great! They found a broken sensor which was unexpected. I was told it would still be under an hour to complete service. An hour and a half later I asked for an update. At this point I was told the sensor had to come from another store. I understand things like this happen. However, no one communicated to me the delay.A customer can buy most major tires and services from well known stores. Many tire operations run similar specials. What separates you from others is customer service. It s listening to a customer s concern, with things like time, and following through or communicating when you cannot.I understand surprises happen. If someone would have updated me as soon as they realized it couldn t be done within an hour I would have been able to make a decision to not get the sensor at that time, move my meeting, or possibly Uber where I needed to go. By the time I realized my car was going to take much longer than promised it became a severe inconvenience.I am giving 3 stars because my tires were installed well, my car was in good condition at the end, and product was as expected.Unfortunately, I will not return. I don t feel like my concern for time was taken seriously. I was passed around each time I requested an update. I kept being told a few minutes when no one was checking with the driver. One employee offered to remove the cost of the alignment ($99) due to the inconvenience only to realize they just didn t do the alignment. I was not coming back so I stayed for that to be completed and was charged for it. Then another offered to remove the cost of the sensor ($65). I do appreciate that.Communication internally and externally could use improvement. I just cannot justify returning when I could get better service for a similar cost elsewhere.All-in service took 2.5 hours.

BEWARE. My tire blew up with 11/12ths of the tread left. I went to get a replacement. They said they were under new management. They tried to access my information using license plate, name, etc. They had deleted all records that predated their takeover 2 years ago. They would do nothing for me despite the promises they made over the phone to get me to drive over whereupon they then tried to sucker me into buying more tires whose warranty would then not be honored down the road.In response to this review, NTB aka mavis tires gave me a number to call. Now 6 calls later, over a 4 hour time span OVER 2 DAYS and not once did they even answer the phone other than to say Mavis tire. What lousy operation. Nov 27 results. I guess they are too busy ripping people off to answer the phone.
