I called in asking to see if they had a battery. They said you have to bring it in to check if they have stock.... what a waste of time for me and horrible customer service on Napas part.

I hate to say something like this. I've been a mechanic for a long time using NAPA off and on. I would never buy a battery there because it won't last very long and they usually don't stand behind them very well.

If I could give a 0 star I would I wend on a Saturday for an alternator I had just confirmed they had less than an hour ago the price was 154 I went an hour later and they said that the first two hours had passed and the prices just went up 20 percent what it that bull. Also they have the 20 ton bottle Jaks at 500 dollars when they are very worth 100 10:45 am Saturday August 13 2022 I am the owner of Kings truck repair and other shops and you just lost my business. Your guys lack motivation or pressure they drag their feet and treat customers like they don't need their money

Knowledge employees. I own a dealership and need parts for cars all the time. I value Knowledge employees when I'm shopping for parts. Nothing is worse than buying a part, going to install it, and finding out they gave you the wrong part.

These guys are prompt. They closed at 5pm the day I was headed over and I made it at 4:58 and there was a guy who locked the door just after I entered. Really helpful once I got there and the transaction was fast. These guys seem pretty knowledgeable too, thanks!

This place really need more people that know what they're selling and more stuff that understand or that are trying to understand what customers need if you don't know what you're selling and you don't know nothing about cars why are you working at a place like this if you try to do a return they say it's too late and come back tomorrow

Great staff. So friendly. I'll drive out of the way to cone to this location . They almost always have what I come to get. Clean store. Never had any issues when making returns.

I come to this location frequently usually to restock on shop supplies. I have always been helped when looking for odd ball items. When the not so often time they dont have what im looking for they recommend other locations nearby to get it. Shows how customer service driven they are.

Went there a couple of days ago to pick up some parts with a friend of mine for his truck they ordered the parts we had to go pick him up at another location but is every all the employees were wearing their masks and physical barriers and place man I seem to be very nice not appreciate the all their help my name is Arnold and I approve this message

Alan, phil, jr, ricky, and symone.......completely amazing customer service. As a firestone employee, I make about 20 or so calls a day to this location, I will NEVER take my business elsewhere. I use this 1 location for all my personal needs as well. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The best parts next OE and lots of their parts are made by OE manufacturer's .in chain parts stores you won't find better quality . I recommend stay away from Autozone and O'Reilly's most of theirs parts are cheap China knock off . Really underrated parts stores .

Poor customer service walked in there was about six people behind the counter in the back nobody would help me the lady that did help me she had an attitude won't be back to that location let's do or die situation

Is it at this place and got all the things that I needed for a tune-up on my car the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable definitely recommend this place I will be back
