They did a great job in a fast timely manner. They gave my car back better looking than how I dropped it off including the parts of my car that weren t damaged and there for repair. The detail they did before returning it had it looking new again.

Thank you, my car looks amazing. My car was super clean, even opening my hood was great. Mo helped me with my keys and the front desk lady was nice to explain everything. You can tell they all get along and it s great environment to work and leave your car at with complete peace of mind that they ll communicate with you.

I'm delighted that I chose Carstar MVP richardson for my car repairs. After browsing through various local options on Google and seeing the seemingly impeccable reviews for this shop, I was initially skeptical. The reviews were almost too good to be true, making me nervous. Despite my reservations, I decided to give them a try, and it turned out to be an outstanding experience. The customer service was top-notch (A1). They kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, providing step-by-step updates. True to their word, they completed the work on my vehicle by the promised date. It's clear why so many people give them 5 stars they truly deserve it.

Due to a run-in with an unavoidable pothole in heavy traffic, I had to pay these folks a visit at the direction of my insurance company. I have been and continue to be VERY impressed with them. I was having issues with a repair due to a mistake made by one of their vendors and the Carstar MVP Richardson team went above and beyond to get the problem solved with no questions asked and minimized any inconvenience to me in the meantime. They are also just super nice people who made sure to communicate with me in a timely manner about any issues that came up (right now in February 2024 there are some supply chain issues with car parts so delays were to be expected.) Sometimes it can be super intimidating walking into a body shop as a woman who only has entry-level knowledge about auto repair, but everything was explained to me in plain English and I never felt like I was having a fast one pulled on me or being talked down to/condescended to. Renee and Mo are both super smart and kind and will take time to answer all of your questions and the gal who works the front desk (I didn't get her name) is also clearly very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The facilities are also spotless (aside from the repair bay, obviously, but even that is clearly organized) which is a huge plus - I have been in autoshops before that were filthy even in the customer-facing areas. My car was spotless when I got it back which was a nice bonus, especially because it was pretty messy when I dropped it off. I hope I never need to go to a body shop for repairs again, but if I do, I will be going to these guys because I know they will go to the ends of the Earth to make sure the job is done right. I will also be recommending them to my friends as well if the need ever arises.

They cleaned the inside of car so well, was super communicative and fixed my car up so well! The only thing is . there was a lot of tape residue on the top of my car.

I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and quality of work done after getting into an accident. They took amazing care of me from the second I came in to when I picked up my car. They did an amazing job of keeping me updated, and walked me through the whole process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I took my car to get som scratchesremoved and they did it less then 48 hours. Also,They cleaned the exterior and interior! Awsome work and the customer service was great! Highly recommend!

CARSTAR MVP really came to help when I got into my first bad accident! I didn t know where to start and I was to scared to drive my barley drivable car. They sent someone to tow it in. The guy was there when he said he was going to be and right on time! I did get a phone call or two with updates as well as text messages with the status of my car. They answered all my questions and got me taken care of in a timely manner! I really appreciate their hard work!! I missed my car!!

Carstar exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Carstar made me feel right at home. They were incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen and answer all of my questions. This level of customer service immediately put me at ease, and I knew I had chosen the right place for my car repairs. The attention to detail and precision in their work is incredible. All the damage to my car was carefully repaired, leaving my car looking as good as new. I LOVE THIS BUSINESS SO MUCH.First they did a fantastic job of fixing my car after someone ran into me.Then a few months later, I had an electrical issue in the same area (not their fault). They quickly fixed that at a discounted rate (even though they were clearly not at fault for it and I didn't ask for a discount or complain).A few month after that, my son was having electrical issues that would cost almost as much as his car was worth to fix. Renee called all around the city to find used parts so that we could afford the repair. And his car works perfectly now.At all points there is kindness, professionalism, accuracy, and speed. They are at the top of their game. Renee is really, really nice. I am so impressed with them I am in the process of having them restore my classic car, a 1973 VW Type 181 (Thing).Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I am very pleased with the service and repair work completed. Renee who runs the office was wonderful from start to finish giving me great communication. My daughter smashed my front bumper and they were able to order the part, install and paint in a matter of a few days. I know the short turnaround probably isn't normal due to this being a small job but I'm impressed they treated me so well despite this being a low profit job with no insurance involved. His work ethic was impressive, him and his right hand man did absolutely amazing work, and he delivered my car back to me looking like it was right off the showroom floor!! Frank s obsession with getting things fixed to perfection sets himself apart from all the other body shops I ve experienced. So I knew at that moment that Frank and CARSTAR MVP we re going to be my go-to guys with ANY body work.When I called my insurance, Farmers, to report the claim, I immediately chose CarstarMVP to do the work. They make the entire process, from start to finish, seamless. Their attention to detail is precise and they work unbelievably efficiently. Each employee is an integral part of the team and teamwork makes the dream work. Renee is the manager at the Richardson location and she s a HOSS!!! Had my catalytic converter stolen and these guys were in my preferred network. Renee was super helpful and always kept me up to speed. Cats are all on crazy back order right now, but she managed to find one and get me back into my truck as quickly as possible. And they detailed my truck which was a bonus surprise. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. I tend to go to the dealership for most things, but I will absolutely use them again if i need repairs.Service: Exhaust

MVP does the very best body and paint in DFW. They are super fast and the quality of their work is unrivaled. I've referred several friends. No job is too large or too small, they do it all. Fantastic company to work with. Frank and his whole team are always very helpful and curtious. Highly recommend.

This shop is the best body shop considering timing and result. And they will work with you if you pay out of pocket a very reasonable shop. I drive a Mercedes CLS 450 and I love my baby. I brought my 2016 Sentra to Carstar MVP for bumper repair after another driver rear-ended me at a red light. They supplied a rental car on-site, then completed the repairs quickly, with an exact match to OEM paint.
