I've been dealing with an annoying rattle in my car for months, and no one could seem to pinpoint and fix the issue. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to me describe the rattling noise. Within a couple of days, they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and affordably. While they had my car, I also had them do an oil change. Their prices are very fair and competitive. I was bracing myself for a huge bill after previous repair shops quoted me outrageous amounts, but the pricing was refreshingly reasonable.I'm so relieved to finally have my car running smoothly and quietly again, thanks to the skilled mechanics at this shop. They have my highest recommendation for their excellent service, quality repairs, and fair prices. I'll definitely be returning for all my future auto repair and maintenance needs!

My car was making noises Monday when I got up for work and I had a hard time getting an appointment at the dealership. Found a shop sat there for almost five hours just for a diagnostic test I called Mr.Lube to see if they were busy they told me come on over. Moe was very nice, and professional he got me in and out. He knew what the issue was immediately. I spent a little more than I wanted but overall the service was good and I would definitely see them again. Thank you Moe!!

Came in on a Saturday for an oil change and was seen immediately. My daughter's car had a small issue and they took care of it the same day, providing the first least expensive repair. It has been ok since then. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I don t recommend oil change at this place. My car was noisy after they performed oil change. Went again asking the manager to look over the mechanics and make sure they use the labeled oil type. After the second time, the noise still persisted. The third time I went to another place; this time personally making sure they use the right oil and filter. Now the engine runs as it should.They re not trustworthy.

This place started off ok. I've been going here for almost a year since I moved into the area. My oil changes were on the cheaper side but like another reviewer...there was noise and my car would act funny every time. So I stopped that here. But would use for other purposes..UNTILLLLL I needed a state inspection. My front left light was out. One of the mechanics tried to get over on me. Told me to give him money and he'll replace it and don't ask for anyone or tell anyone. Then he tried to get me for an additional windshield blade since he couldn't find anything else wrong with my car. He pulled the rubber part down as he was changing the other one and then came out talking about I need the other as well. Mind you, I looked at both before I came and I only one was tore. Not sure why he thought I wouldn't check my own things...that's why I told from the jump of what was needed. He wouldn't pull the camera. He started to argue with me after I told him that he can leave while I talk to the manager. The manager started to argue with me as well because I went off on the worker after he started with me. Telling me I better respect him after he disrespected me. This is America. You want respect from women that you can disrespect, go back to your country. We don't do that here. All this over a windshield and a sneaky employee trying to get over. I used to like them. I'm no longer a customer. Just watch what they do and the sneakily things some tell you. He wasn't trying to give me a deal..he was trying to put extra money in his pocket without anyone knowing. Yet, the manager was taking up for him lol. I hope he rob him blind!!

Excellent, excellent service. I only had my State inspection done, but the guys were super courteous, and the service was prompt. Perfectly located before the corner of Central and Forest ln.Truly a super positive experience.

This place is really convenient for me. And one of the guys was nice with me. But I do not recommend there services I tried to give tips to them to pull fairness out of them and I felt like I always got the short end of the stick. I know about autos and I can see. Iv spent $4-5k with them and I m not satisfied. My last visit for sure.

After spending over $1,000 in Inspection fees, New Tires, and Brake job I was told that they would rotate my tires on this most recent brake job and they did not.I will no longer be doing business with Mr. Lube.

I had my oil change at Mr. Lube last week. It was very efficient and took about 20 minutes. My 2011 Rav4 needed a special filter. The owner did not charge me without asking as he said they did not tell me in advance. Thank you!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Excellent job. They got me in immediately and took care of a synthetic oil change and a recharge of the A/C system in about 90 minutes. The car is back to feeling like a refrigerator once again
