these guys are extremely helpful and really go out of their way to do a good job. finding a place that is honest is really rare and automotive shops these days and they do a great job. I went to a different auto shop and they quoted me $450 for a job and when I brought it to motion automotive they did it for half the price. i wish i would ve known about this place sooner! this is now the only shop that I will take my car to! 7/5 stars!

I brought my car to them because it wouldn't start. After diagnosing my car I needed a new engine. They did excellent work after I received my car from them it drives smoothly without any problems. I recommend this place to service your car. They did an outstanding job.

My visit went well for a simple car state inspection $24.50. However I decided to look at reviews as I considered an oil change from this location, I think I'll pass.Also, the "owner reponses" to unhappy customers need some work....Leadership training/course or something.

I recently visited this location because I had a leak in my tire and inquired if there was a nail or if the tires needed to be plugged. It took 3 employees to check the tire only for them to tell me there was no nail but I need a new tire. I left and a few hours later , my tire pressure indicator alerted me and I took it to another tire shop on Polk and within 3-7 minutes they were about to find the nail and plug it. I went back to the shop to explain to them that the tire indeed had a nail and he told me and I quote well, time is money . That s crazy to me! A waste of time and money. 10 dollars for them to put air and send me on I m appalled! Do not recommend. It s not about the money it s the principle.

Absolutely top notch place. The service exceeded most. They are personable yet professional. Very nice clean shop. The Mgr. Ronnie and Edixon shop mechanic great service. Thanks will take all my cars to these guys.

I've had some extensive work done on my 94 Silverado and I have absolutely NO complaints at all. These guys have treated my truck as if it was their own. I recommend this establishment to anyone

I bought a coupon on Groupon, and when I arrived at this location, it was EMPTY, the guy that was inside (middle ester). Asked what I needed, I showed him the groupon and said, "Next time you need to make an appointment!" With a bad attitude. Then he said he had to charge extra for extra oil. I show him I only needed the 5 quarts the groupon was good for. He insisted on charging me $10 $15 extra. What good is buying a Groupon if this dude is trying to charge the money we are saving by buying a coupon? He was trying to be intimidating while talking.I don't recommend this business to anyone.

I put three stars because they never put a pressure test on the car to find the leak the water pump is internal if there a small leak it not going to show up just by running the car and letting it set you have to do a pressure test to find the leak all they did is run the car and let the car set he never told me that they put a pressure test on it and I could just visually look like they did and tell you there no leak but you can see there antifreeze sitting on the air compressor orange thick antifreeze all they did is ripped off the insurance company so if your vehicle is warranty they want touch it if it a major job maybe hood for small job like alternator and oil changes if they got to tear down a motor forget it they want touch it if they do your vehicle probably get screwed up by these peaple look like they illegal working there the guy you speak to barely speak English and to get an update on your car if you leave it there you will never get a call you will have to call to get any updates oh he left the hood up and show me antifreeze still the same but just to let this guy know I put yellow antifreeze in it and you sir put orange antifreeze to put it back to wear it was if you would of look in the back of my explorer you would of see yellow not orange and yes yellow is a universal antifreeze that ford said I could use all these guy should of done just tell me they could not do the job and the warranty so they can send it to the ford house under warranty oh and by the way I call the warranty company and they said they never got a phone call from motion automotive for it to be diagnostic so ya rip off peaple or lazy peaple

I came here to get an alignment on my 2013 Avenger, they just made it worse....for reference my steering wheel was misaligned the OPPOSITE direction before the alignment.I basically paid $100 for nothing.

So me and my husband came to do a simple oil change and gave us a piece of paper saying that the oil was changed and that they checked everything so it say on the paper that they gave us..they never did anything to it! Went back told them and they want to come out saying that we had a leak which it was false my head checked my dad check nothing was wrong with it just didn't have no oil on it! And we went back that's when they told us we had a leak which we didn't and the guy had the nerves get in and press on the gas like it was nothing(roughly) and had the nerve to slam the door on my husband which and didn't get a refund back.

Went for a simple oil change and they messed up the plug and it got stripped so now I m having to hope the plug can be replaced without having to get a new pan. Customer service was poor, would never recommend to anyone.

I took my car in because it at first wouldn't turn over the first time , making the noise, when it seam like a starter problem. Second it started not turning over at all. I would have to wait anywhere from twenty to third minutes & it would start back up.I explain this to the supervisor, when I went in. Well after being there all day, I was told I needed a fluid pump & start relay. Well guess what two weeks later, my car started doing the same problem, I explain to him the first time. So now my car half works & I probably need a starter it self. This should have been fix the first time I came in.I don't have a problem with if there was more then one thing wrong with the car. My problem is that it wasn't taken care of the first time. I had my grandbabies with me, waiting for my car to cool off over the holiday week.I won't be back, I need a shop who will make sure my car is up to par in all areas. I don't need my car partly fix.Thank you for your reason response. I just want to report the truth. First I never said my car didn't start. I informed your supervisor, that at first it took several times to turn over. After two weeks, it started not turn over while I was out shopping & I had to wait 30 minutes for it to start. This is the reasons I brought it to your shop. I had two problems & only one was fix. Nobody want to have half a job done to there car.Like I said I won't be back, I should have stayed with my last mechanic. They need let me leave the shop without letting me know everything that need to be fix, so I wouldn't be with proper transportation.I wasn't aware there was a new owner. I never had these problems with the last one. You are right there was another problem & I needed my car fix professional.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went to 3 different mechanics to swap the ignition coil and get my oil changed for my scion fr-s and motion auto was undoubtedly the place to go. Mike is great, honest, and truly does whatever he can to provide you with the best service. the experience was quick and smooth. Would highly recommend this place!

It's a lot better under new ownership. Last owner's "repaired my car " at a cost of nearly $600 to have the same thing happen again 3 days later. Something that took days for them to "fix" took me and I'm not a mechanic 45 minutes to repair with no more issues.

Worst automotive repair place ever! I needed a wheel alignment. They charged $336 plus $76. I was there from 10am Saturday until a little after 3pm. They waited until 3:07 to tell me that they only repaired one side and that it would cost the same amount to do the other side. I said this must be a joke! I asked why he didn't tell me that initially, he didn't give me a good reason. My car still needs an alignment! I think they took advantage because I'm a woman and I would NEVER, EVER recommend this place!Service: Wheel alignment

My experience was good at Motion Automotive. They did a excellent job on my truck. It's very hard to find quality mechanic that gets the work done right.. I highly recommend this place. Matter of fact my whole family will be bringing their cars there.. Thanks Motion Automotive

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE .. good thing they have a sign on their building advertising many of the services they offer, like alignments. I have searched for days trying to find a place to do an alignment. . Most shops around Don't have the machine or want to charge a fortune. I called motion automotive after passing by and they offered to service me immediately. I explained I needed a new tire first and after all that I showed up and they were waiting for me. Got me right in and out.. the customer service was bomb.. I wish I knew the gentleman's name who did the work.. it wasn't like other shops. He kindly let me know he was done, asked if I would be needing anything else.. didn't try to pressure Me or tell me some bull I didn't really need done.. would recommend this place to everyone I know. THANK YOU MOTION

They are complete rip offs I was told my service was going to be $3,000 and when it was time for me to pick up my vehicle I was charged additional $500 and when I asked the manager or whoever he is why am I being charged an additional fee he couldn't give me a direct answer. Before he took this USE to be a great place. Ladies beware he likes to take advantage of women because he know that a lot of us don't have any knowledge of vehicles. Beware of scammer. I wish I could give them zero stars. Run the hell away from this place if you don't want to get ripped off.

I went here today for a wheel alignment and I m glad I did! I had mechanical issues that were throwing my alignment out. Mike pointed it out, addressed it and got me squared away! There s very few people I trust with my vehicles, Motion Automotive is now one of those shops! They also had a very clean and spacious waiting room! Also because of this service my vehicle qualifies for Roadside assistance through the TechNet program! Try them out, you won t regret it!

These guys are amazing. Had last minute truck issues before I was about to get on the highway. They were super busy but they fit me in.They repaired my truck and I didnt feel like I was ripped off.

I came back around to l leave another bad review. Because they were supposed to have performed a tune-up on my car along with the other problems I was supposed to have 'repaired'. I'm not sure that they even did because now my spark plugs have backfired on me and I did not select the cheapest ones either. I hate this place I do not like the way they run business. Please do not come here. Please do not spend your money here. Please do not give them your business. Please shop around.

This place is terrible. Look at all the reviews !!! They do the same thing. They clean parts not change them. They scam customers. They lie. The owner is really creepy. He always tried to touch you and stuff and so does the manager. Both have pending sexual assault cases. Anyways don t take your car here unless you want a blown engine. Or frame damage. They also don t have full synthetic oil make sure you see where it says full synthetic before you get the oil changed ! Terrible place

Motion Automative took my car to get my alternator repaired. They took care of me very well and gave me an excellent deal. The mechanic, Mo, is super nice and helpful. Very honest. Will definitely bring my car for maintenance and future repairs for sure.

I went to this shop after seeing their billboard of "free" state inspection to support local community which sounds nice. I should have known better that nothing is free! These crooks (Mohamad and Mike) attempted to sell me windshield wipers blade corresponding in fact to the price of a regular inspection and tires to make up their money for the absence of customers. When they saw me declining their bait and switch attempt, they went on to fail my car's inspection although they could stop the process. I went to another center and finally passed after overcoming troubles generated from the inspection failure record on my car. I do not recommend this shop for anyone. Please, avoid it.
