I unfortunately had to take my Mom's car to be repaired. I have to admit that at first I thought, another repair that would rip me off. But I was definitely wrong. They went above the call duty. their professionalism was outstanding. They were awesome. They were speedy and precise. They did not cut any corners. They did an awesome job. I think I have found new mechanic.

You do need to make an appt. Maybe just the time of year? The people were friendly and were able to fit us in during the week. They called me to inform me of what was wrong with my vehicle and how much things would cost. I have maxcare and while they were giving me a call they were going to call my insurance to see if there was anything they covered. I thought that was good that they kept me informed. While my insurance did cover something it did not cover all and they were back on the phone with me to inform me and to either get my ok to proceed or refrain from completing the work they thought was necessary. I appreciated that because it was not a surprise once there at the shop the next day. I would go back there. My vehicle drives smooth and I feel safe behind the wheel again.

I live down the street but never tried this repair shop until recently. They were able to quote me a price over the phone. Took my minivan in around that morning and it was done the same day before 1. Very nice place and helpful people.

Was charged 620 bucks for headlight issues, only for the issue to continue. The owner won t even raise my hood now without charging me another diagnostic fee. This is very disgusting!
