I purchased my blue 4-door hardtop 2016 Mini Cooper from Mini of Dallas on Lemmon Ave in November 2015. Without fail, I take my Mini into the dealership for routine maintenance and repairs because I appreciate the high quality work they provide.My service advisor, Parker Adams, always provides exceptional customer service every time. Parker always listens attentively to my needs and preferences, and provides personalized recommendations tailored to my specific requirements.What sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to excellence. Parker goes above and beyond to accommodate any requests I have, demonstrating a true dedication to customer satisfaction. He also offers thoughtful guidance and wonderful insights.I always feel valued and appreciated as a customer. It is evident that Parker takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience.The customer service provided by Parker is nothing short of outstanding. I can t say enough good about this place. Let s start with the friendly, professional and over the top service Steven Saroyan provided us! I love my mini cooper so much! Steven had us in and out of there w/ my car in a flash!We asked him to be on the lookout for another one but a stick shift, for my husband. About a month later Steven gives us a call and sets my husband up with his mini!We absolutely love them both,they were both used cars and we haven t had a single problem with either one!I drive back and forth from Dallas to Houston every weekend so I ve already put about 6500 miles on mine and she is still purring like a kitten, and it s literally cut my fuel bill in half!

This dealership is amazing. From the minute I drove onto their lot, to driving away in my new Mini Cooper S, I was treated like royalty. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble. After finding two cars that I liked, Kate Kim drove a 3 hr round trip so that I could test drive them. Eventually settled on the BRG Mini Cooper S. Thank you MINI of Dallas. They will come highly recommended by me to anyone that asks.

Took my mini if for some brake pads. I scheduled the visit the previous day. My service advisor was very good and kept me informed, he had great communication skills. The master technician that work on my car set me a video of him walking around the car, what he looked at and checked, and told me everything else looks good. Waited for 1 1/2 for vehicle to be done. The reason I gave 4 stars, once the service advisor said the vehicle was completed, it took 45 minutes for them to wash it and bring it up so I could leave.

Awful dealership. Initially, there was an X5 with a set price, accompanied by shared information and videos, and I inquired about details. However, they altered the price once I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. In my opinion, this constitutes terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Great service. We test drove the electric Mini. Really good car. One with a bigger back seat is coming out later this year as a 2025 model.Jaylin was knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy at all.

It was a horrible experience from start to finish. I was told I couldn t get a loaner car because I didn t make a reservation for service then 2 minutes later was told they just released some cars into the loaner program. The service advisor then told me I would be required to pay for the gas and demanded my credit card, but did not have me sign an agreement to take the loaner car. It took them 24 hours to notify me that, in addition to the shredded tire that the original service was for, the battery needed to be replaced. Too bad they missed the fact that the back brakes needed to be replaced also.I called 45 hours after I dropped it off to see when it would be ready as my husband and I were near the dealership and didn t want to have to drive almost an hour from our house on another day to pick it up. Imagine my surprise when no one answered the phone number on the website. So we ended up going to the dealership to get the status. My service advisor was off that day so we talked to a second service advisor. I was told that the battery still needed to be replaced although they had replaced the tire before they notified me about the battery. In comparison, the other Mini dealership tells the customer everything that needs to be done before they do any work on the car. Since we were expecting an ice storm in two days I said we would pick up my Mini and I would take the car somewhere near our house for the battery. I was then told that they would have to find my keys. Two hours later they gave me the paperwork and asked me to pay for the new tire, but told me they were still looking for my keys. They finally found my keys in the original service advisor s desk drawer. Apparently there is no process to keep track of keys while they work on the cars. The third service advisor we talked to and who took my payment said that our original service advisor had asked him to look after my car and take care of getting the battery replaced. Yet this person had not contacted me to let me know the status of the car and give me an estimated completion time. Long story short, it was a complete cluster from start to finish and, if Mini of Dallas was next door to my house, I would not return to them.

I bought my Mini here and bring it back to Mini of Dallas for all service. Every visit has been great! I simply drop of my Mini and the dealership calls a Lyft to take me home. I get videos of their inspections and they always take good care of me. Most recently, Oscar found one tire with a puncture and another with bubbles in the walls. He was able to replace both for free under my warranty. I could not be happier with their service.

Our service advisor was attentive to identifying and keeping us informed of the necesssry repairs and costs. He kep us up to date on the status of our vehicle and when we could expect it to be ready.

Servero Lopez, service advisor, made my experience less stressful. My situation was quite traumatic I discovered my tire ruptured late evening on Sunday, Super Bowl Sunday at that. The vehicle had to be towed to the dealership . Severo called me first thing Monday morning things ran smoothly thereafter.

I left my car for service on a Friday. I heard nothing from my service advisor until I called him the following Wednesday-still no response- then left him a text on Wednesday evening which he responded to Thursday morning. He thought he had sent me a text on Monday, but he hadn t. Anyway, long story even longer, they installed new wipers right before I picked up my car on Thursday. The wipers are apparently installed incorrectly. They make an incredible racket. I ve texted twice for an appointment to get them corrected, but I ve gotten no response. Parker seems like a very nice guy, but there really is no excuse for just ghosting a customer.

MINI of Dallas continues to take excellent care in the maintenance of our '22 Countryman. Our last visit was a pleasure and Oscar Miranda was courteous, efficient, and addressed any questions, with quick and accurate responses. If you're in the DFW area and have ever considered MINI, do yourself a favor and pay MINI of Dallas a visit.

We were immediately greeted by Kevin and he was swift to show us the different models while answering our questions. This was our first time looking and considering a Mini, and I m glad we had Kevin to help us with the process. He made the entire process painless and enjoyable. The finance team and everyone behind the scenes got us in and out quickly. Mom is very happy with her purchase and we will be back! At first glance, they appear to be a reputable dealership. I Purchased a jaguar, and had a transported to South Carolina. When he got here the tail light was broken. He assured me they would take care of it, but once again at a sight out of mind, and now they re telling me it s my problem to deal with the transport company. This is not right, they hired the transport company. They should take responsibility. I spent a lot of money on this jaguar. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere when purchasing a high-end car. They certainly will tell you they stand by their product, however, once again, I had a sight out of mind. I do not recommend this company at all. I m going to post every day on this site for the next 365 days in the hopes that they will lose at least one to five deals which will far exceeded the price of a tail light.Tom Mele

These guys are great! Oscar was professional, friendly and helpful, letting me know what my car needs. The waiting area is comfortable and nice and the whole place is clean and welcoming. My Mini only needed scheduled maintenance, but they checked out everything and washed it and it's like driving a new car again.

The service in my mini cooper was great. all services were well explained and done fast. The customers waiting environment is super with a variety of muffins, cookies and drinks available. my adviser Oscar was SUPER nice and he even helped me with some coupons available. It was a great experience and I will go back every time my mini needs any maintenance.

I ve always chosen the Arlington Mini dealer for service due to convenience, but a series of unpleasant experiences led me to the Dallas Mini service dealer. My experience was unmatched. I live at least 30 minutes from Dallas but it s worth driving every mile. They fixed my spoiler issue and I am very pleased with their quality of work.I later discovered my spoiler comes up automatically NOw and it is no longer controlled by the switch and it appears to be in a manual mode.I came back to this service provider because I needed my back glass window replaced and they wanted to charge me approximately $5000 to replace my entire top, because the small window is glass, I shopped around and replaced it for $350.I ll say this lady Mini owners, while I understood their position, I was determined to try. I m glad I tried, because I was able to save a chunk of money, but isn t it typical to be charged much more at the dealership..however this price was astronomical, which is why I had to try.I m not sure how long the sealant will last but so far it s been a good 4 months so we shall see.All that said, use wisdom on any repair. This is a good repair shop, just don t expect to get a break on pricing, and also make sure your vehicle is repaired to your liking!

It was my first time using this dealer/service shop and it was surprisingly not stressful. Usually taking your car to a service center isn t a good thing but they reassured me and explained everything clearly. Ive used Sewell before but Mini of Dallas stands superior. Oscar was very helpful and on the ball. He kept me fully in the loop and the service center guys got everything done quickly and efficiently.
