Most amazing service ever! I had an issue with no difficulties Mr. Michael Manor without question gave me gave and helped me. He's awesome, positive, cheerful vibe made more like started my day great. Won't leave the technicians behind thank you for your great work and awesome customer service as well! Worst Service Ever!Asked to speak to upper management and did not let me talked to him and just gave me an email.1. They gave me an estimate for a water pump change2. After 2 hours of dropping vehicle they called me they needed more fix ups.3. I declined the services and they immediately declined the work that has already been agreed and signed the docs.4. I asked for an explanation and they were switching things around.5 overall they dropped down my vehicle and parked it outside and asked me to leave the facility and that they were not going to service me.6. I went in person and they immediately told me to leave the facility and they will not service me.This is the worst service and customer service ever received.Do not recommend this place at all!It almost seems that if the manager gives you a quote and the mechanic does not want to do the job they will decline the services even after you already signed the paperwork!

I had a great an experience as usual at Midas. Came inside Michael had great customer services. He was very helpful with my service. I appreciate the offers they offer as a Team and how they work together to get the job done. #GREAT SERVICE!

store manager Lance will literally go the extra mile for you! I was having a battery issue that fortunately turned out to be a very simple fix, but I called the store and explained to Lance what was going on and how I'd have to get it towed there (which would've super sucked bc I live 5min away) and he said "don't do that!" he pulled up to me after close, on his own time, in the rain, and took care of me in no time right in my parking lot. these Midas guys will take care of you when everyone n everything else has disappointed you!

2013 Pathfinder needed a lot of work, cane over to our nearest Midas and they took care of all of our needs. Lance the manager was absolutely a Saint! The mechanics in the bays were super fast and efficient and met you with a smile. I hardly ever write a review but after the service we had I had to rave about the amazing job this team did!!! Thank you

First off! Most friendliest service at Midas Ive been too.Nice and clean waiting area tooMy service tech Matthew was very quick 20 minutes and full of smiles :) and front desk Logan was very helpful also.Thanks for being a blessing Midas with your Midas touch !

Was quoted $720 to replace rear brake pads and rotors at Driver s Edge and took our car to Midas and was told we were only needed brake pads. Midas did the repairs for only $179.00!!! I highly recommend taking your vehicles here as they are honest and trustworthy.

Micheal at this location took care of me and my old car. Ford Crown vic needs some work and they handled it with the gentleness she needed. I didn't have an appointment and he was able to get me in. Very thankful for them plus walmart was fulled up at 730am.

They were very kind and accommodating. A quick oil change before work (I work nearby- within walking distance). The whole process was very straightforward, and they did a free inspection of related parts. I found out that there's a few different things wrong with my car, and they called me before doing anything. I was a bit taken surprised that they didn't just go ahead so they could charge me anyways- that's just my experience with these sorts of things. I will definitely be coming back next time I need some help. It just makes sense.

Absolutely Amazing work! I brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara to this location and was worried! I explained the issue to Martin at the front desk and he brought in Lance !! Lance is incredibly knowledgeable about vehicles and performed above and beyond! Jesus was also his right hand man and I also want to say the other staff members made sure I was hydrated and relaxed! You hear a lot about the bad things but this by far has been the best experience! You will not be disappointed coming here!

came in at 8:45 am to get my tire rotated. they only had 2 customers waiting. older guy at the office said why don t you get your oil changed along with your rotation? i said i just got it done so no thank you. he said it s the same price. i asked how much. he said $55.99 for a tire rotation. can t tell if he was overcharging me cause he didn t want to do it or because i was a woman. the worst place i ve ever been to
