Mercedes Keys Programming were outstanding; they arrived promptly to resolve my problem, showed consideration for it, and were mindful of my budget. I'm at a loss for words highly recommend!

Posting here for transparency so no one else gets blindsided. I called this place and provided my year, make and model of my car and asked for a quote for new key/reprogram/labor. They told me it's $39 for the technician to come out and starting price is $300. The technician came out and charged me a total of $1,200 to fix my key fob, reprogram it and labor. The Mercedes dealership charges a total of $535 for a NEW key, reprogram it and labor. The technician lost the back cover of my key and taped it with black tape. Would not recommend this place. They were not honest and transparent with a quote. Not sure how you get to $1,200 from $300. Will report them to the BBB.

Person quoted me 1200.00 for 2 ml350 keys. More than what dealer quoted. Please stay away from the service. It took the driver 7 hours to come and then gimme the quote.The owner called me and took the corrective action. Please my the customer services fir getting back to me quickly after stating the prices above.
