We have visited this Meineke for years throughout multiple vehicles - and will continue to do so for the imaginable future. This location has always been extremely communicative, reliable and affordable. Car maintenance and repair can be a very traumatic event but this Meineke always takes care of us.I d like to extend a special thank you to Nate and Chet. We had a tire blow out near closing time but Nate was able to help, despite running late on the clock. My wife and I say THANK YOU to Nate and his late night crew.

Best place I have been to. Everyone, is helpful, nice, understanding, and feels like they are honest with you. Something you don't get much at other places even these days. I'm so glad I went back to Meineke. They truly know how to make life easier for you when it comes to your car, you don't want other problems. They know how to fix it, and they know how to treat you. Thank you all of you, you were the best.

I recently had some car warranty work and additional work done on my 2015 Volkswagen Passat and luckily I located Meineke on Northwest Highway in Dallas I tell you this is a professional organization from top to finish. Everything was done so well and in order and there was constant communication on the status of my Vehicle. The manager Chet is simply awesome. I have decided from this day fourth this will be my new place for all my automotive repair needs. I trust these guys.

We decided to come here to get my car inspected. Alexis was great assisting me on the counter. The one who did my inspection was Kevin. I believe Kevin was having a bad day but he was rude. He failed my inspection due to my tint. The Tint that came standard when I bought the car at Rusty Wallis. Kevin did not have it in him to tell me that he failed my car for ridiculous reasons, instead sent Alexis to tell me I failed due to my tint . Kevin pulled my car up and he couldn t even look me in my eyes because he failed my car for a standard manufacturer tint.Don t go here. You get disrespected and looks Ike they don t want your business anyway.Everyone else was great. Kevin not so much Well I ended up driving to Express Lube and Tune on Garland Road and whoa and behold, my car passed with flying colors.

For it to be my first visit, it was a pleasant informative visit3/16/24 I went on for another oil change super great service. I ended up spending half the day with them getting more work done and they checked on me, entertained me and made me feel like part of the team. I will go back

Don't Walk-Run from this place! Went in to get an inspection for my annual state vehicle registration renewal for $25. They told me it would take about 30 minutes. After an hour, I inquired and I was presented with a diagnostic report (which I hadn't even requested) detailing needed repairs including front suspension ball joints, rear brake pads rotors and alignment, and replacement of an air filter for a total of $1,824.53. I declined and took my car back to where I purchased it at Sewell Lexus. They also did complete diagnostics and NOTHING was wrong with my car! Total SCAM and I am fortunate that they didn't break anything to get the repair business. Shame on you!

Service: New motor, alignment, battery, serpentine belt, air filter, fuel pump, and suspension.I had a motor put in my car and I thought it was going to take about a month. It actually took longer for the motor to arrive than it did for them to replace it. Quick service plus EXCELLENT customer service. Meineke is now my go to for any car service issues I may have. Thanks Meineke!!!

Went for an oil change and a tire rotation. It took over an hour which has never happened else where. I think the Manager checked me in taller white guy. Not friendly at all even knowing I was a new customer. I will say the rest of staff was very friendly. Keep in mind I came in with two low left tires. Guess what I went home with two low left tires. I called them when I got home. They said yes we rotated the tires. Give it a day to reset . I said okay but usually when I put air it resets just after I waited two day went and put air in tires and it reset. They seemed so eager to tell me what I needed fixed on my jeep than just doing what I came in for. No one followed up later about my call. Needless to say they did not rotate my tires.Service: Tire rotations

Excellent customer service for a last minute request without an appointment. The work was done well and finished sooner than predicted. Suggestions for future service needs will bring me back to Meineke.

Went in for a A/C check they found a leak and repaired it and along replacing a couple hoses and the windshield wiper blades not my personal vehicle but I would recommend Meineke to anyone will be taking my personal vehicle there for now on great service and friendly staff they are a big improvement from the previous management that I Dealt with

Update 9/1. I received a refund from the owner. Even though they caused me a lot of grief, he stood by his word and sent me a check in a timely manner. Thank you.Response to Meineke: I have tried to resolve this with your company. I was told, sorry, we're not going to refund anything, not even the core charge. Then on Saturday the vehicle wouldn't start. It had to be towed back to our shop and a diesel mobile mechanic called in. He found that the cables were not put on the batteries properly and were not making a good contact. towing was $895 (it's a large vehicle and it was after hours), and the repair was $448.00. I have also emailed the owner, Robert copies of everything and let the employees know that I was sending the email. I have had no response. I have now spent over $2200 to have 2 new batteries installed. You guys need to make this right. I will update this review after I am reimbursed for my expenses.They took advantage of my employees. Overcharged us, didn't give us credit for the core charge, but kept the batteries, charged over $134 just to swap out a battery. $947 to replace 2 batteries that sell for $179 at Autozone. And they didn't care that they overcharged us. Wouldn't even give us the core charge back.

I brought my 2020 Nissan Ultima in for service and recently had the front end brakes done by another auto service facility. The mechanics at this Meineke showed me how the previous shop had done them incorrectly. They showed me numerous pictures of the different things that needed to be repaired and worked with me to prioritize them. They were extremely professional, thorough, and really a group of good guys that I would actually love to hang out with. Chad took three hours to thoroughly make sure the leaks in my ac system were located and fixed properly. The charges were very reasonable. Seriously, Chad did an amazing job, and being that it's July in Texas, he's basically a hero. When he kept coming to give me updates, I was sure he was about to say the leak couldn't be found and give up, but nope... He was relentless. I had already paid a different mechanic who said it was fixed and clearly wasn't.Also the inside guy was friendly and patient with my impatient child that was with me. I highly recommend this shop, especially for the single ladies who try to avoid car places because of the fear of getting screwed over. My car started smoking while driving in East Dallas. I ended up here. They promised they could fix it by end of the day . Even when the part they ordered showed up broken, they sent their own guy to find another to hold up their end of their promise to get it done. Super awesome. Nice guys. Highly recommend.

I took my Jeep in for the fuel pump to be changed out. The car made it home a broke down they were to send a tow truck to pick up. Car has been sitting waiting. I would never recommend this place for major repairs. It cost my $1025. Every time I called they gave me to different people. This a true complaint.

I stopped in on Friday and asked if they had time to do a inspection there waiting room was full of customers. I was greeted by a manager in training he asked the trainer if they had a slot open. We can get you in it will be about a hour.They managed to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service and that s worth sharing with potential customers. And I ll be back for any other issues with my car.Jim AlonzoMesquite Texas

Took much longer than expected for a tire patch. Also left with said tire filled up way too much. 49 PSI and the max is 35 for my tires.
