We had a great experience at the Meineke by Bachman Lake here in Dallas. I drove my Blazer in with a broken AC. It was blowing cold only on one side, so at first the repair was going to be a simple part repair with a system recharge. We ended up needing an entire new system. Joe and his experienced mechanic showed me the issues very clearly, and I trusted their word.I paid for half of the repair up front so they could order the full kit and was asked to return first thing the next morning. Knowing how quickly it was going to be heating up here in Dallas, I was happy to show back up at 7:30 the next morning. They estimated it would be 4-6 hours and kept in communication with me the entire time. By 2:00, the Blazer was ready to roll. I headed back up there and settled my bill.As soon as I started the car, the cold air blew on full blast. There have been no issues and it has been a week now. It was a pricey repair but seemed analogous to other estimates online, so I was happy to pay the cost.We will be returning to Joe and his team for any future issues. They are honest and priced fairly!

Always grateful for the service and care I receive when dealing with this shop. The management is friendly and the mechanic is very knowledgeable. They are capable to handle anything from oil changes to engine repairs. I highly recommend them.

The fellas here are super cool and very welcoming! Took my Hyundai Genesis for a new battery and they took care of me pretty quickly as well as provide me with a beefy battery that ll last for quite some time. They use top notch NAPA parts as well! Taking my car back to get the rear shocks on my car fixed soon!10/10 service!

The tall couch shaped white guy working the front desk has a very nasty attitude! He needs some customer service training ASAP! He did not make me feel welcomed there at all. He took forever to check me in like he couldn t read or operate a computer but then had the nerve to ask me do I know my own car tag number and how do I even know that I need my brakes fixed? He then proceeded to make other comments about he needs to be sure I m at the right address because they don t get paid for other meinekes work. I m like well how the hell did I put it in the GPS to get there??? Oh and who wouldn t know their license plate number on a car they bought, insured, and put a specialty tag on? Furthermore, who the hell wants to waste money to replace brake pads for no reason??? What a freaking misogynist idiot!!! Now the guys doing the actual work in the shop were very nice and helpful but I can t see myself ever going back there ever again. I just can t deal the woman hating ignorance from some overgrown glorified cashier!

Worst service ever! Tall white guy in there has the personality of a wall. There were two younger gentlemen(one black& white guy) in there they were very personable I was there a little over a month ago. Went to get an oil change and to get quotes on other services I needed. Tall guy kept coming in everytime they were explaining something and made me feel like he was craming this work down my throat. Anytime I would reject something or ask a question he would just walk off. He clearly hates his job so I got my oil change there but went to Christian Bros got the work done they explained stuff with no interruptions and was about $500 cheaper.

Apart from the oil change, I paid for an engine check and apparently everything was fine. Unfortunately, I had to go three times after my oil change because my car was leaking oil. First time I went back they said some tray was just dirty from the previous service they did, second time they replaced some gasket and told me it was fixed then. A couple of days later my car lost all its oil and broke down. I didn't notice my car leaking oil before I went, yet I am not saying it is their fault but definitely they missed something and now I have to pay really expensive repairs and I have no car. I have to acknowledge that the staff was really friendly though.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was traveling across the country and they were a life saver in getting my car in quickly. I had to leave ASAP and I called them and they got me in and actually seemed to care about my situation. Not only was the problem resolved quickly but the men were SO nice. Such a godsend to have smiling faces and amazing customer service. Those guys know their stuff but most importantly are decent human beings!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Warning . Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to this place. I had my car serviced there on 8/26/22, 17 Caddy CT6. I had breaks/rotors, alignment, two new tires and tires rotated. I was moving to ATL and needed the work done to travel. I thought to save a few 100 bucks, and bring it to a subsidiary shop. When I picked my car up, I immediately heard the brakes making noise, but thought it was because they were new. Once I got on the highway, my car started trembling once I got over 50mph, which it wasn t doing any of this prior to them touched it. Also, a burning smell was coming from them. I called the shop Saturday morning 8/27- no answer, but on Monday I spoke with the manager and he said, take it to a location in ATL, they ll take care of it. I agreed. I went on vacation Aug 30th - Sept 5th. Once I returned, I found a location and took my car today, Sept 7th. The tech reviewed the breaks and noticed there was an issue and would need to replace the rotors and brakes. They replaced them for free. However, allegedly, the Dallas location told the ATL location that they told me that due to one of my rims being bent, the work would not be warranted, so I would need pay for the corrections today. ( mind you earlier in the day 8/7, I called and spoke with the manager on speaker in front of the tech, he replied he s a good man, get him taken care of the tech replied we sure will. ) The rim warranty statement was a complete LIE, they told me the rim was bent, but couldn t see it from an eyes-view, never mentioned anything about a warranty of work. I told them Swell of Cadillac has never told me this, as my car was just there in APRIL and has been the only service shop that has touched my car. Furthermore, if the rim was bent I would ve been feeling a tremble which I hadn t. I believe they bent my rim when the new tech was removing the tire to replace it with the new one. I have requested all service histories for my car to prove this. Fast forward, my car is still not performing as it should after leaving the shop today. Also, the alignment isn't right and it s still eating my tires from the outside end, but remember, I paid for an alignment. ***See pictures*** look at my steering wheel, as it s slightly slanted to the left, if I center it the car slants to the right. ( ATL ONLY WORK ON TGE BREAK AND ROTORS) I will be calling tomorrow to ask for a refund for service, my experience with this entire situation has been horrible. I ve leaned a valid lesson as well. I scheduled an appointment with Cadillac, ATL 9/8 to get my car back to it s proper performance. I hope this can easily be resolved without legal actions, as I don t have time to travel back to Dallas, but for my car and hard earned money I will!

Wouldn t do just brakes said I had to get brakes and rotors. I just had my rotors done within a year. My brakes weren t even bad I just wanted them changed for safety since we will be moving from Garland to Nebraska.

I took my car in for an oil change and diagnostic test. My check engine light was on and a different shop could not locate the problem. Needless the say not only did they locate the problem but repaired it at a very good price. I will be taking my other vehicles here.Allen

The workers were so helpful and nice! I had originally gotten a quote from the dealer for my brakes and it was significantly cheaper here. Would highly recommend using this location, they made the process quick and easy!

I have taken my car here 4 times and each time they have found something else wrong with it, I m $3000 into repairs, first I had my turbo replaced and then a line replaced that was supposedly where my coolant was leaking, check engine light was still on so I took it back and then my valve cover needed replaced and drove it for a week and coolant was still leaking so I took it back and they said radiator was leaking so I had that replaced and they said my Cadillac converter needs to be replaced and now a week later my car is still leaking coolant. Will not be coming back to this place, just wanted everyone to beware this place. I feel scammed and out of pocket after over $3000 in repairs! 2016 Chevy Cruze

If you own a Dodge, you know they are one of the worst cars to do your own maintenance, and how the company designed the cars/SUVs leaves you scratching your head.Pete and DJ are rock stars. I needed to replace my shocks/struts, which is typically a full-day job as you have to take apart the trunk area of a Dodge Journey. They got the work done in four hours. Three weeks and 450 miles later, everything is working perfectly. Also, the cost was half that of the local Dodge Dealer. I'll definitely be back.

Amazed at the customer service I got while my car was in the shop for a few days! The entire staff was amazing, and very helpful. I am so happy with the entire process! They were very transparent in pricing and even providing photos of what needed to be replaced (as I don t know very much about cars lol). Will definitely be back!

The tech who helped me, Joe, was very personable. Outside of doing an oil change he also checked a leak underneath my vehicle which turned out to just be condensation from the A/C, he explained it in such a way that it made sense and didn't make me paranoid about the safety of my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back for more routine matinence in the future.Service: Oil change

One manager tells you one price then the owner doesn t honor and call you a liar. Very professional individuals. I really loved this oil place because it was semi quick and you could get an appointment the same day. This was my second time going in and it took a while but I wasn t mad about it because I understand. BUT my problem was that half way into the oil change the mechanic working on my car came in (mind you I was the only person sitting in the waiting room and looked at me) and asked me if I bought that oil filter I was confused and said excuse me he repeated it again and I said no and he walked out. I had already been there before and they re the ones who changed my oil and oil filter. What did they do for him to ask me that question. It was weird and I don t feel comfortable going back at all.I also would love to point out the long message I received when if anyone else has had a complain it s give us a call . Very very weird. The guy behind the counter I loved him he was very kind but that s the only reason I give this place 1 star.

Terrible experience. I had my car towed to their location and they told me that the car battery wires needed to be replaced. I came to pick it up the next day and the car was able to start. I started driving the car towards my home, only for the car to break down 5 blocks down. Tried calling them but they didnt even pick up the phone. I had to get the car towed again to a different mechanic shop and ended up spending double the amount fixing issues with the car they caused. It turns out that they had done the job in such a hurry that it damaged the alternator of the car and it needed to be replaced.This is no longer a trustable mechanic shop. I've seen better meineke franchises in the past but I will never be visiting a meineke franchise again.

Horrible experience. They replaced a thermostat on my Lincoln with a cheap part that was not within the specs for my car and caused the engine light to come on. The cost to repair is $734 at a reputable shop. They never made a repair on the car that worked correctly.
