James has great customer service! I came in for a quick oil change, found them on Groupon, as this is my first time here and it was a total success. They were quick and detailed! They give you this awesome quick report with pictures and all of how you re car is doing. I would recommend

I want to preface this by saying that I virtually never leave bad reviews because I know that sometimes bad days happen, but my situation was so poorly handled that I feel the need to bring it to people's attention. I brought my car in at 8am to have my timing belt replaced and was told it would take about 4 hours. By 5pm that day I still did not have an update on the repair. The following morning I received a call from the shop saying they had not even started my repair but would have it done in a few hours. At 1pm I called because I still had not heard anything and they told me they were not sure they would have it done by the end of the day. Finally at 3pm they told me they could not have it done but that I could pick it up if I needed the vehicle. I picked the car up at 4pm and they had not even started any work on the car whatsoever.I understand that delays happen, but it is absolutely unreasonable for a four hour repair to be strung along across multiple days when people need their vehicles to live. Furthermore, do tell me the repair would be done in a few hours, and to keep telling me it would be done, only to never even start it or update me on the reality of the situation, is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location and I'm extremely disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that I received.

Getting car repairs is never fun but this experience was such a nice experience. I feel they were able to find and repair the issues my car had very quickly and reasonably priced. I will definitely go back for future repair needs. The staff was very nice and helpful also.

I had an appointment for an oil change and it took 1 hour. Then, when I turned on my a/c it smelled like oil/gas. I popped the hood and saw they forgot to put the cap back on The desk staff was friendly though.

I got a Groupon for an oil change here, which was a GREAT deal. I had never been here before, and I was very pleased! They were fast and efficient and had me out quickly. And James at the front desk was stellar! SO friendly and helpful!

A great place to service your car! They did my oil change in a timely matter and was even able to get the right oil filter for my car the same day. They checked my car out and told me my battery was low but didn t shove a new battery from them down my throat like most places would have. I will definitely be back!

Great experience great customer service was always greeted with a big smile james an Dermal were awesome they solved my problem an got me back safely on the road. I highly recommend this location if you want service with a will be going back for all my needs thanks you guys it hard to find people you can trust an hold true to there word .

James the manager was very professional and I appreciate the customer service. I redeemed a voucher for an oil change. They did a general diagnostics of the car and took pictures of things that need to be addressed which was helpful. Will return for my next oil change. Thanks!

We are from Nebraska and were traveling when our brakes started making horrible noises. James at Meineke got us right in and showed us the problem and got the parts and their mechanic put new brakes on right away and got us on our way. Can't say enough good things about James and his crew.

Very good experience, professional staff above all ver honest ,I took my vehicle in for ACaand oil change which total would have been almost 400 Dollars only ended up needing the oil change paid only 79 Dollars because of their honestyHighly recommend this shop for anything you need done 5 Star in My book

I got a coupon in the mail for this place and decided to give it a try. When I showed upat 8:30am (they open at 8:00am according to the flyer) , the door was open but no one seemed to be there. I called the phone number on the flyer twice and listened as the phone just rang and no one picked up and loudly said hello? Is anyone here?? But no one responded. Finally I saw an employee walking around in the service area and waved at him but he ignored me. Moments later, he apparently had to come inside for something and I said hi but before i could ask any questions he said, my manager will be here in a second, and offered no assistance himself whatsoever before walking into an office and closing the door. I waited two more minutes looking for any sort of pricing information in the lobby (none was posted for anything) and then finally I gave up. Not a good look as far as customer service experience is concerned.

I am currently waiting here right now and it s been exactly an hour already for an oil change. This place is super slow. And I was just told that they don t have my oil filter and it s going to be another 15 min. People don t have time to wait over an hour for an oil change. I knew I should have gone somewhere else as soon as I got here. ..I m about to hit 1hr 30 min now. ..Total time - 1 hr 40 minAnd with all that time they couldn t even wipe their dirty hand prints off of my truck. --------------------------In response to the companies message back to me, I called the number and all it did was take me back to the guy that helped me originally. Which he provided no help. The lack of management in this place in crazy.

The guy who is probably the supervisor that helped me was arguably the best and honest mechanic I ve ever met. He knew precisely what he was doing and went above and beyond to make sure my car safely operating again and on reasonable costs as well. I was incredibly satisfied with the service from this Meineke by mockingbird street store.

I'm always impartial on my reviews and it'll be the same here. I had an oil change and coolant flush done. Service was done quickly and Anthony was thorough and very professional. Will I go back? Sure!Now let me explain the four stars. This location can't do alignments and I think they should. There was mud from muddy boots in truck and sweat on the arm rest. I'm the OCD kind and these things are amplified for me. In the end, the work was done well. See you next time.

The best care service experience I had in many years. It was quick and they didn t upsell anything. Fixed the actual heat shield issue I was having and I was out in less than 30 mins. I was having brake troubles on my car and the people at Meineke were very helpful. Glen was so kind and answered my millions of calls. The other mechanic was also very knowledgeable. Overall they provided fantastic service and truly cared about fixing the problem at hand. I recommend coming here for any of your car needs.

The costumer service at Meineke is amazing. The staff is nice, very informative and actually communicate to their customers. They make sure that you get the help that you need in order to get your vehicle back quickly and safely on the road again. I recommend readers of this review go to this location, seriously. The employees you have here go above and beyond the norm. They are very attentive from the initiation call and informative. Give great attention to detail and make sure that they provide accurate diagnostics as well as parts pricing is comparable. I will definitely use them for future issues as well as maintenance needs.
