Mayo is AWESOME! He was very professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was provided detailed instructions for drop-off and next steps. Other shops quoted a month on my repair, it took him and team 2 weeks!! Mayo s Body Shop is the best auto repair shop in Dallas. Fair pricing, but more importantly, great customer service!

BEST REPAIR SHOP IN DALLAS!! My car turned out perfectly. Mayo and his staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Gave me a great price and walked me through the entire estimate. Went on a referral and would recommend this shop to anyone.

Truly incredible. Second time here and both times they have provided quick fixes (one for a car door hinge and one for power steering fluid). Both times they asked for no cash at all. Much better than any mechanic I've been to ever

Mayo s Body Shop is one of the few shops still conducting business the right way. They took in my car almost an hour after close and worked with me on my quote to make it affordable. The job was completed in a timely manner and communication was excellent throughout. The few minor issues I had were addressed immediately. Went to Mayo s on a recommendation and I am very glad I did! I was recently in a car accident and needed cosmetic repairs. Mayo was very responsive and flexible working with me and my insurance company. I would definitely recommend Mayo and will be going to him for any future work!

Mayo did a phenomenal job on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. My car got hit in a parking lot and required a bumper replacement. I had just moved to the area from Florida a week prior, and had no background in local body shops. Mayo and his team were extremely professional, honest and responsive. My car looks like new and I will definitely be going back if my car ever needs additional body work.

Have had many company vehicles here for body work. Fabulous, meticulous work by these guys! I have never had one problem. I have even seen fiberglass boat repairs they have done perfectly. Very friendly and helpful team here! Mr Mayo and his sons helped me fix my front bumper temporarily, one day when I drove there. It was dangling and just needed to be out back in place while I figured out what to do permanently. And then they are also helping me order, paint and replace my rear bumper as well as a scratch on the side. I appreciate the accomodation, friendliness and decent price I got for the fix! Will recommend.

They re very professional and delivered exactly what they said they would. I was even amazed how quick they were able to do the work. Had an odd job (needed help getting the hardtop off a new to me Wrangler). Mayo was super helpful and got the job done quickly. To top it off my battery died on the way out and the guys also helped jump my car. Great guys at Mayo s!
