My insurance arranged for Massey to pick up my vehicle. They never arrived. When I called, they said they could not come because it was in a parking garage even though I assured them that it was NOT and even offered to move it to another area away from the nearby garage.. they just said "sorry we can't help you". They never called to tell me they weren't coming and refused to help me when I did call. I would definitely recommend against using this service

Would not recommend. As a tow truck business, They should be able to except credit card payment by the driver or over the phone. It took the tow truck driver 5 minutes to pull our rig out and then charge $1,900.00. Is this what America has come to....

I just wanted to say thank you to Massey s Towing and the driver Chris for helping me out yesterday. I needed a tow from Oak Cliff to Farmers Branch and they were there in no time and also the cheapest I found but professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Horrible driver. You know the kind of driver who has a bigger vehicle and just slowly drifts into your ledger to "merge" even when there is no space, relying on others to just back off for the bigger truck? Yeah, that's this guy on I-35 in the middle of morning traffic. Ironic that the tow truck is the one likely to cause accidents.

One of the worst experiences I have ever in the truck maintenance. I asked to know how much and the owner asked about $300 and plus for the small cracks shown on the picture. And I say too much and he wanted to charge me for 30 minutes because someone came and looked at it. When I went to take my truck the guy already started it. I have no choice and let them do it.To my surprise the office is full of bibles quotes and the characters of the owner is quite rude and I bet he never read anything from the Bible. Shameful to see this kind of behavior while showing unbelievable disregard to fellow human being.

Was really pleased with the excellent work I received by Aaron the tow truck driver. Pulled me out out of the mud. Didn't tear up any of my equipment.

Very friendly and fast service. We had two blown out tires on our 18-wheeler and they went to help our driver with two new tires and rims during Dallas afternoon rush hour. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm not from texas, didn't really know anyone there, but these guys were fast to come out, and reasonable in the charges. Getting towed sucks, but this wasn't too bad. Definitely knew their stuff.

Good price for towing and a great services. Did lack a little on the communication side, but to be fair they made it up by giving my driver a ride to the hotel. 10 out 10 will definitely use again. Thanks guys !

My truck's air dryer and air compressor for breaks went out . Got it to Masseys they got me right in. Had me rolling the next day. Can't ask for a better service and kept me informed . DO NOT USE THIS TOWING OR SHOP! WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!My truck was stranded on the side of I75, Massey's towed us to their shop and were to give us a call when they figure out what was wrong with the truck and to let us know what needed to be done for the approval. They called us after whole day to let us know that the drive shaft was broken, and it needed to be repaired and that they already sent it to be repaired, they wanted to over charge us for that. We found out later at another shop that it wasn't broken at all. They didn't allow our driver to come to the truck to take his belongings and didn't communicate with us at all. We had to tow our truck to another shop and got it repaired there in one they. The truck was at Massey's for almost 2 weeks as they didn't want to put back on our drive shaft that wasn't broken at all. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Will never use this company again. They tell you one price . I pay for it, they give me a receipt. Then I look at my credit card statement they charged MORE ! I called there to have this corrected the guy I talked to was very rude. If you need any towing service in DFW area call Hester's they are much much better and they don't try to rip you off.

We had to have a damaged 53' trailer recovered and Sean showed up in a timely manner. The recovery was not easy due to the landing gear being sheared off but,Sean took his time and made sure we safely recovered the trailer and got it to a secure section of our yard. He was kind, curious and patient. Please give that man a raise.

Horrible experience. They towed a customer's vehicle to my shop & the driver wrecked the customer's car into my garage door. I told the tow truck driver multiple times to STOP letting the car off the tow truck because it was too close to my garage door but he insisted he was fine. I don't often feel the need to write google reviews like this but for almost 3 weeks now i've been told a manager would call me.. nothing but rude responses, multiple times hanging up on me & no one wanting to own up to this issue. Beware beware beware.

I had a flat on a company trailer and these guys were recommended. Let me tell ya. The guy said he was 15 minutes away and made earlier. And changed the tire in minutes. Fastest I have ever had a tire change done. Amazing!! Beautiful black Dually with gold decals. Recommend to anyoneService: TiresService: Tires

Very quick service on the towing got to me in 15 minutes. But I don't recommend getting mechanical work done here you might end getting towed somewhere else over all they are decent people, the owner will try to help you out however he can

These people suck! Rocks flew out of one of their trucks and they took no responsibility for damage to my vehicle. Don t do business with these people!!

Went to do field service, installing cam bearings in a Cummins head, on the engine. It had spun one, and wasn't usable without line-boring and an oversized bearing. We had a head at the shop ready to go, and they purchased it. That tells me they take no chances on an iffy possible fix of lock-titing a loose bushing.Went back a couple of days later, to cut another Cummins block for shims.

Excellent service when we needed it the most. Called many companies that claimed to offer 24 hr services, But really don't. Nathan arrived quickly and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company!

Call them to jumpstart one of my work vehicles and as a business owner myself would not expect that they would gouge clients so I did not ask how much. Took them 5 minutes to jump start my truck and they charged me $375. Terrible terrible service

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here but I have nothing but good words to say about these guys. My truck broke down and needed to be towed. I was going to have them tow it to a different shop but when talking with them on the phone I wa told they could tow me for 450 if I brought it to them or 650 if I took it where I wa going to go. The other shop quoted me a way higher price and did not have a wrecker service. So I went with Massey's and was not disappointed. The truck was onsite not even 30 minutes after hanging up with them. The heavy hual driver was very professional and drove mwith my rig and loaded trailer flawlessly. When I arrived at the shop I spoke with the man I had spoken with on the phone and he told me the same quote he did on the phone. They immediately got my rig and trailer unhooked an the tractor into the shop to get the clutch replaced. Great place great group of guysService: Transmission

If your an owner operator go to TAT Express. Masseys is a rip off. My truck was there a week they said they finished them I get a call saying they never started. Then the owner told me to take my truck elsewhere after sitting there a week. They are liars and cheats. They only want swift and Werner trucks. You know the major companies with Endless wallets and no questions. Every time I asked a question I got an attitude. They charged me for a diagnostic but never did I receive paperwork about the diagnostic. Horrible.

CLOWNS!!! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!! COULD NOT INSTALL AN AIR DRYER PROPERLY. When confronted acted like 3 year olds. Unprofessional and unethical. Take you hard earned money SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Use Mobile Mechanix in Garland instead if you want service/ fair price and professionalism!!!!Ha you are the scammers. I told your mechanic before he left it didn t sound right.Nice Try unprofessional and incompetent!!!Childish clowns get your facts straight too. The owner worked with me personally after a tough towing experience. Mechanic was very knowledgeable. One of the drivers Juan, took me to lunch. He was a remarkable person, hard working, and honorable. This is a well run establishment, through and through.

They towed my truck to there shop where they told me they could fix it. Then called me told me they could not repair. Charged me for there time that they didn t repair then charged me to tow to another shop that fixed it in a hour. The second shop say they switched my fuel line around the wrong way that cost me 1700 with them and 500 with the shop that switched my lines back. On top of the guy running the shop keep getting smart with me after he had got my money and hadn t towed my truck. They tow good mechanic work and people skills suck.Service: Engine repair

BEWARE!!!! CROOKS Called them and told them I needed bracket for s cam welded on my trailer, told them I could pick the part up as my driver was going past utility trailers. They said they had the part. They said they would get him in and get it done that day.. Sat there for 4 hour then they closed. They did not start until 9:30 the next day and somehow after 3 hours they billed us for 6 hours labor for a 2 hour job and part of that was $150 an hour to go get the parts as they did not have the right one, even though we sent them a picture. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have been doing this for 40 years and this is the 1st time I have ever left a negative review for any repairs I have had done on the road and I have 8 trucks. OWNER IS A CROOK!!!!!

Would not return calls. Then was told to come get truck they didn't know what was wrong. When calling to make arrangements to pick up truck ,was told it runs. Went to Texas to pick up, asked what they did for $1700. Was told they diagnosed it and put two batteries in. Asked why it took 5 hours to diagnose batteries. They said would have to talk to mechanic who was not available. After spending over 30 minutes with no answer tried to pay. They would only accept cash. We are a towing service out of Longview tx. Our driver got 2 blow outs in i30 in dallas. Masseys showed up very fast, did excellent service and didn't charge an arm and leg. They were very professional, all the way from the dispatcher to the driver. Glad to know that there are wrecker services out there that still care and enjoy their jobs.
