My experiences over the years have always been exceptional. Great customer service, wonderful staff throughout the establishment. Professional courteous employees. Took time to explain in detail what was going on, offered a solution, and timely manner on completion. I m super happy I chose this reliable company to fix my vehicle. I just recently got one of my cars service that M2 Auto Repair. They provide excellent customer service, quality parts and had my repaired and back to me quickly. Highly recommend them for your car repair and service.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Don t believe the reviews.On 9/2 I took my car to be checked due to some heating. I already have experience w this shop and it was NOT good at all. But I thought I was related to the first experience and under warranty. The heating wasn t anything major. The car will heat up a bit in the morning. It wasn t heating while stopped or parked. I left my car to be diagnosed and Julian called me saying it was going to $1350 and that the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced. He mentioned the coolant was all over it. He added the thermostat was bad too. After talking to my dad and couple male Coworkers saying $1300 is excessive for that kind of repair I picked up my car. Mind you they charged me $160 for the diagnosis. Today 9/3 , another mechanic checked my car and come to find out the radiator was already replaced and it s in good condition. No need to be replaced since it was NOT leaking at all. You charged me $160 for the diagnosis knowing good and well that was not the issue and you wanted to scam me out of $1350. Since the diagnosis was incorrect and made out on bad faith, I want my $160 back. If I could give ZERO star I would. You crooked scammers.

This "Christian" organization was very unprofessional and they charged me over 500 dollars more than what they originally told me. Looking into legal actions. I only went there because someone recommended them. I wish that I would have went to the dealership instead.

M2 Auto is the best! They are honest and care about quality work and about their customers. We have been using them for years for our car maintenance and repair needs and they have always been reasonable with prices. We recently had to purchase cars for our family and they were extremely helpful and timely with getting us into great/reliable cars!

Got me in within an hour of calling. I have an interlock device, so finding places for service is a hassle. This place got me and worked through lunch to finish my car so I could make it to work on time. Thanks for the professionalism, gentleman!!!

My experience with M2 Auto was great as usual. They worked on every vehicle I've own since I been coming to their shop. I've even had co-workers and friends and family, take their vehicles to M2 auto and they enjoyed their experiences there. M2 Auto will do service and whatever my vehicles needs until I'm laid to rest. Oh yeah I also forgot to mention me and other friends I recommended have purchase vehicles at M2 also. That experience went flaw a great also.

I recently had my car towed there after the starter broke. They were very professional to deal with, and I was able to pick up my car fully repaired the next day. They're quick, do excellent work, and I will absolutely be returning here next time something in my car goes awry.

I've been taking my vehicles to M2 Auto for the past six years and have nothing but good things to say. They have a deep knowledge of the vehicles and access to data bases and diagnostic tools only dealerships usually have. But, unlike a dealership, their pricing can't be matched and their assessments of problems are always honest and not trying for an upsell. They also go to the root of the issue and repair only specific components not replacing large assemblies just to make it simpler for them...and more expensive for you!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I have taken my car in to M2 Auto for oil changes, inspections, and to get my windshield replaced. Edi and the team are always kind, courteous and efficient. They never try to sell anything unnecessary and they ve truly made me believe that an ethical car repair shop can exist. And if you re skeptical just ask about their warranty it s the best you can get anywhere in the U.S.!

I have purchase 6 cars for my 3 kids and myself from M2 Auto and got good deals. 2 of my kids cars were totaled and was paid more for the cars from insurance then I paid. Service is top notch and cheaper than dealers. Our busy family very rarely writes reviews so something needs to be outstanding to prompt us share our experience.We took our Dodge Durango to the Dodge dealer because we had check engine light that indicated a transmission fault. We were told it needed $3,500 of parts and labor to fix it, this was more than we could afford so we search around and a friend recommended M2 Auto. M2 quoted nearly $1,000 less (if they had to replace the parts the dealer said we're faulty). We gave them the go-ahead and they picked up the car from the dealer. A short time after M2s Service Manager Gabriel called to say after they cleared the faults they couldn't see anything wrong with the electronics. It was determined that the issue was a transmission not the electronic controls.In the end M2 came in way less than the dealer and they not only did what they said they would the cost was even less than they had initially quoted.Great job guys. HIGHLY recommended.

We went for a state inspection. Excited that places have reopened so that we could get our car registration. There isn't not 1 daym thing wrong within my truck. Instead of inspecting the truck, we were told our license plate lights were working BUT the wires need to be fixed. $200. I am very disappointed in this place and it was so sad the look and pause received when the answer was NO.So, guess what we had to do, leave and I went to a reliable, well known shop in another town who had me inspected and sent on my way. Registration was a breeze as well. Shame on companies like this. I learned about your type over 25 years ago. Would never visit again and would never recommend.

Brought vehicle in for pre-purchase inspection. Incredibly thorough inspection, looked at some extra things I was concerned about. Did the inspection in a timely manner and went into a lot of detail giving me the report. I was an out of state buyer of the vehicle I brought to them to look at, and they were very helpful and honest in giving me the assessment. I was impressed!

We had a very bad experience here and I cannot recommend this business.We bought our daughter a used car from this company. The process was long and drawn out over a few weeks and it was very difficult to get a straight answer about the work being done on it and delivery date. Finally, we completed the deal but when our daughter started driving the car it would not accelerate and the power windows would not work. We took the car to a Honda dealership and it found that the engine had been replaced. We then compared the type of engine that was in the car with the type of engine that was advertised to be in the car. The two were different. The problem was that when M M Auto Repair replaced the engine they put in an engine that was not compatible with the computer system in the car, which meant that the computer could not "talk" to the engine and certain functions did not work.Their shop is like a warehouse of used car parts. You never know what parts they put in your car. You can buy one model but get it with parts from their junk cars from a completely different model. Take your hard earned cash somewhere else.I want to warn others about this unscrupulous behavior.

This is one of the worst shops in Dallas to work at very unprofessional when it comes to their employees !! I was told I would get a 20 hour guarantee making 30 a hour Thursday and Friday Were closed due to holidays since I ve decided not to return to the job I don t get my 20 hours this place is a big joke but luckily I was blessed to get a another one paying 1600 a week salary!! So yes I packed my stuff and left they didn t like that one bit

Went in for tune and dpf delete. After work was done, there was diesel smell in the cabin. Brought the car back multiple times, I was told by the manager , it was my sensitivity in diesel smell. Keep in mind, this was not a cheap labor. Reached out to the manufacturer, they insisted it was leaking at the downpipe, but the mechanics there thought other wise and advise me again it was my sensitivity in smelling diesel smoke. Took it to a different shop. They found the leak, at the downpipe. Tightened and secured the bolts, leak fixed. Also found more leaks on the poor welding job they did. A lot of time wasted.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning

Had an issue with my Isuzu. They did the job and fixed it right. They also did some ac work on that truck later. it broke again, so they checked it out and found another leak and fixed it. i paid for that as well, but they didnt charge me for the freon which was very nice of them. over all trust worthy shop.

Best shop to get you in your spot back on highly recommend. Best people, all very welcomed, and knowledgeable about doings. AMAZING service! I had a little detailed work performed on my car and sat in the convenient, clean, and quiet lobby while waiting. The staff is so friendly and courteous! I definitely will be by in the future for more auto work. :)

Edi is the manager and owner and takes good care of you. He will make sure your car is well taken care of and won't over charge for Services. Office staff polite as well . I would recommend this buiness .

Very bad experience here. we come to this place 3 times, 100+ miles in total, cost 120 dollars for inspection. everything is settle down today but the manager said because of mechanical problems he can't sell the car to us. few hours later, after checking his website again we found out he raised the price. totally lie and no honest. don't go shopping here.

Great service technicians. They can fix anything. M2 can do anything the franchise new car dealer service departments can do. Do not hesitate to have them work on your high line import or diesel truck.

I do not recommend it, I took them a truck and they could not fix it, they were guessing and when I called them to ask for information about my truck they only told me lies at the end, 8 months passed because I could recover it without any repair, they only changed parts that did not have to be changed and they wanted me to approve a price of $ 2800 it is abused this workshop they only steal and lie, I did not recommend it
