If I could less stars I would. Asked if they had 2 tires with at least 50 percent life left, they said they had some really good ones and would cost 120. I said alright put them on, my bad I trusted them, was dealing with things on the phone, messed up and didn't check then till I was down the street, tires are already down to the wear marks, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, Think it's against the law to sell ties that wouldn't pass inspection. What's this world coming to. Go somewhere else, straight talk, take a walk to somewhere else.

Don t go this tire shop. When you talk in English he said what is this language and he makes fun you. Then Pakistani guy Ask are you from Pakistan? And talk very rudely. He take it out two tire from drill and fix from drill. And after one hour our tire is come out from HWY. We are glad we are all safe. Don t go this tire shop.

Bought tire a week ago and pressure light remained on. Took it back to them and they said I needed to replace the sensor. Brought it to discount tire to replace sensor and was told my tires don't have one and tire that I just purchased was in bad condition. Terrible to take advantage of people who doesn't know better. Stay away from this shady business

Great place to come for friendly people and great service I visited on 09/11/23 with my fianc� so we can get two tires replaced and they kept me updated through the whole process and had really good prices compared to the competition and even put air in my spare tire for free

worst tires ever. anytime i get a tire from them it goes flat within 2 weeks they constantly sell bad tires. never again

Shady shady shady. Just know, if they fill your tires up to 50 psi it's because they know it has a hole and you will come back and get a plug

The past few weeks I came here to get things fixed on my car due to me hitting a pothole. They told me everything that needed to fixed, so I bought the parts. The last time i was there, they fixed my strut on the driver side. 30 seconds of me leaving, my tire fell off while driving on the road. Got it towed back to them and they told me my wheel studs broke and I only had 3 lugnuts. I asked them why did not inform me of the 3 lugnuts like the informed me of everything else! They stated I thought you knew! I let them know as a mechanic and ppl that work on cars they could have and should have told me because I could have lost my life over this. They proceed to tell me that they were not responsible and they couldn t do anything to fix it unless I pay for it to get fixed. I went off on every last one of them for that because had it been their child, it would ve been a different story. They fixed it the next day and made me pay for it although i shouldnt have. I HIGHLY DO RECOMMEND!!! All they care about is making a buck and not your overall safety!

We purchased two used tires and I went back and forth about not wanting some of the tires he showed. He kept showing me tires that were either patched or nearly bald. I understand that purchasing used tires always come with risks, however these are not USED these are THROUGH. we shortly went to Discount tire and was told these tires are at the end of their life. Meaning they are very bad tires. The customer service is so bad he tried to charge us an additional $5 to rotate the tires. Everyone knows tire rotations are FREE. This man is a scam artist, he preys upon people who don t know anything about cars. It s my mistake for not using my first mind by leaving. I tried to give them the benefit so all I ended up with was doubt!

Got 2 front tires replaced June 21st. A week into the tires being replaced they started having issues. Just 2 weeks ago I had to get my passenger tire replaced completely, the entire tire was trashed. Not on my accord either, the tire just completely gave out on me. Now today I have to get that driver side tire replaced. It once again gave out on me. Do not recommend these guys be any means.. disgusted

Had a flat pretty close to here on a Sunday, got a used tire. It was a little expensive for a used tire, but they were able to get me back on the road. Good guys.

Got a tire replaced and it wasn't balanced. Led to intense vibration that forced a lug nut off and now my dash rattles nonstop. Would not be surprised if there was other damage done. Went there and the guy said I'll tell you what, you go to auto zone and buy a new lug nut and I'll put it on for free. They did acknowledge that the tire was not balanced but that is offset by the fact that I asked if they balance the tires both over the phone and then in person when getting the tire. Trying to save money actually cost me more than a new tire

I went here last year and I bought very good used tires for somewhere around $100. They lasted me very well for around a year (and I drive a lot!!!!!!). There was also the 30 day guarantee with those. They were quick as well.Yesterday, I went back there and decided to get 4 new tires for my car. They did it all within 15 minutes. ( I was the last customer for the day). I really appreciated their help and good prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good people.

My wife went to get her tires replaced. They replaced them. BUT they didn't tighten the lugs correctly. Her tire fell while driving and cause major damage to the car. She is also pregnant, fortunately nothing happened to them. She called back and some guy stated that the lug nuts must of been loosen by someone else.Do not do business with them at all!

Tire prices good, don't get alignment done, I went there several times to get warranty work done and he is never there.

While this place looked a little rough from the outside, Danny was incredibly kind and helpful. He spent an inordinate amount of time to help us out of a tight spot and I really appreciated it. He was also quite busy, it was a happening place! I was impressed by his knowledge and insight. Good service and quality.

They did not want to give me a guarantee of balance, because I did not return the same day. I went a week later, but it no longer applied. After I run my car all week shaking, they wanted me to pay them again. I went to another tireshop and it was excellent. 0 star

On my way to work this morning for the first time my new cars dash lite up like a Christmas tree just to let me know my tires needed air. I first called and when they answered was very polite. I drove down to M&M and they checked all my tires w/ no charge, in the rain. In the future if I need any tire work, they will be my go to. Great customer service.

Got there before 8 pm and he refused to sale me a tire until morning because he was lazy to stay maybe 2 or 3 extra minutes it literally takes less then ten minutes to change a tire don t do business here they are bad business people

Idk who is posting 5 star reviews on this place, but they must be fake. I needed to replace my 2 front tires, my usual place didn't have the size that I needed used, so I came here. The tires they replaced mine with were FAR worse than the ones they took off. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he exchanged them, but only had one tire that was in decent shape. No refunds. Only exchanges I was told. So, I still ended up with one horrible tire. The guy who removed the bad tires that his coworker just put on, had enough nerve to tell me that it only needed a patch, not realizing that these were the tires that they just sold me! They totally tried to take advantage because I'm a woman. On top of all that, 2 employees tried to approach me for a phone number while I was waiting! Horrible customer service!UPDATE: I WENT TO ANOTHER TIRE SHOP AND NOT ONLY WERE THE TIRES THEY PUT ON IN HORRIBLE SHAPE, BUT THE WRONG SIZE AS WELL

The mechanic is is great. I highly recommend him. He gives you great prices for fantastic work. He walked me thru each detail of what he was doing. Also gave me a warranty. I will definitely be going back when needed.

SCAMMERS!! My 19 year old daughter had car emergency and needed a new tire while traveling through Texas. They charged her $450 for 1 (yes just 1 new tire)!!! We told her to find the closest shop for her safety not expecting for her to be taken advantage of. We live in Colorado and we not able to help her, just sad she chose a business that lacks integrity and honesty and instead is GREEDY at the expense of a young lady that has no other options but to get back on the road.

Very friendly when your a pretty woman, out of 4 only one was working but they all seemed very attentive to my daughter's outfit. Way to much caffeine or other stimulants......Did a great job on my tire.

I am a tire distributor in Dallas. I sell tires to tire shops. I have sold literally tens of millions of dollars of tires to shops all over texas. When i get my tires done, m&m is the place i go, and they are the only shop i trust to do a correct job.His shop may not look like much, but it is run by a great crew who's service is second to none.Today when i needed a couple tires changed i was in and out in 20 minutes without having to get out of my car.I cannot recommend them enough.
