All I can say is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I paid $400 for a windshield and the same day the hail damaged it. My thing is the sunroof or non of the manufactured windows broke, only the the windshield that was replaced. The windshield that they installed looks like a piece of glass that you would put in your home. They wouldn't replace or give me a discount but stated they would "order a higher quality windshield this time". So that tells me they knew that windshield was no good and would break easily. I give them two stars because the service was fast and friendly and the glass looked good. But at the end of the day, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I would have preferred to spend that $400 towards a better quality windshield.

Fast, friendly, will go out the way to help you, I asked if they would put on my wiper arm so I could buy me some new wiper blades and they did it for free,in case some of y'all don't know, the arm is the part that you attach the blades to,mine was bent so I put both of them on my car. Didn't even charge taxes.

Very nice and fast I pulled up and waited about 15 min until they started to work on my car and wait about 25 min and he was finish!! Would recommend everyone to go here. This place is AMAZING!! I was pulled over with car trouble on the highway and out of no where a truck rails past me too close nd bursts m back window. I was so shaken and scared. I'm glad a friend told me to go to his place, I'm new to Texas from Florida and the guys here were so nice. Not to mention more than $250 cheaper than Safelight. No appt. needed I walked just expecting to get a quote and left 30 minutes later with my window fix. THIS AUTO GLASS PLACE IS 100% where I'm telling all my friends and family to go. (PLUS: tlTo all my Ladies, they have a CLEAN RESTROOM!!! Which is rare in these male dominated industries). Thanks L.P. Auto Glass for being so awesome!!

Was recommended this place by a buddy of mine now I will recommend this to everybody I know for the rest my life. The service is amazing the quality is great and the price is unheard of. My back window blew out from heat and the stealerships wanted to charge $1000 to replace it. These guys got me out the door in 45 minutes for just $175. They earned my business for life! Super recommend!

I woke up this morning (Oct. 29th) with my rear window busted out. I did a google search and found this company. I called them and went over the same day. Great customer service on the phone and in person. I m telling all my friends. And my window looks great.Just wonderful and down to earth people.Thank you so much!!!! Great customer service and fast repair. Cheapest price in the DFW area. Other places quoted me $400 plus tax and I only paid $155 here. They scheduled me in for the next morning at 8:30 when I called at 6:00 the night before. Installed a new windshield for my Mini Cooper quickly for a fair price and got me back on the road! Neighborhood and shop looks a little sketchy when you first pull up, but once you get inside, their shop is safe and professional and their staff is knowledgeable. I ll be back next time I get my windshield hit with a big rock!

Safelite quoted me almost $500 to replace a glass side piece on my daughter's car door. I remembered my dad used to always go here when I was young for great deals, so I called them. $150 for a new window or 125 for used. We went around noon on saturday, so they were busy. We still got in and out in about an hour and a half. They even apologized for taking that long, which I was already happy with. We had enough time to go eat lunch and come back, so it was perfect. Best deal in town. They are also very friendly and have a waiting room.Service: Auto side window replacement

Safelite initially had a price of $220 and a week later when I was ready to get my windshield changed their price skyrocketed to $390...in SEVEN DAYS. I won't go into the details but I called around to MANY places and they were all ridiculously expensive but thankfully I came across Low Price Auto Glass on a Google search. I called a Saturday evening and they didn't have the windshield for my car but they said they'd have it by Monday. I went in today and got it changed.As others have said, don't be put off by the location, they are friendly, quick (I don't think I was there for 30 minutes) and professional, A+ in my book and best of all, it was for $175 which I couldn't be happier about.You guys really saved my bacon. Thank you!!!

I m always getting nicks as an over the road truck driver. This is the third time I ve had them replace the windshields in My Freightliner Cascadia. They always do a great job and, the price is very reasonable.

Best discount windshield replacement facility in southeast Dallas County fast reliable service ..i would of rated a 5 but unfortunately the price of $100 windshield replacement that was in place for numerous years has now went up to $165 Pandemic pricing is killing the US economy and causing hunger amongst the hard working citizens of the USA and our vetreans whom put their lives on the line for our freedom.... i seriously believe with in 25 years America will be bankrupt and fall to a commonwealth of Great Britain it adds up that between 1776 and 2076 we will be right back where our ancestors started our Freedom is doomed

Call them first and let them know your year make and model. If they don't have it they will order it for the next day. Come early it's first come first served. Be ready to wait an hour or so. They were fast, professional and the lowest price in town. Satellite quoted me $450 another place $600, low price auto glass got my windshield replaced for $175.

Had a piece of plywood blow through the windshield of my pickup from someone else's trailer... these guys made me wait 30 minutes from the time the tow truck dropped it off to the time I left to replace my front windshield! Awesome people, awesome business, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Four stars due to my recollection they use to be way better than what they are now they stop fixing and repairing a lot of things on older vehicles... But they're still pretty helpful and still will share information and have things to Sell you so you can do the job yourself ?! I sure wish the owner was still around he was very helpful and but I know he's off too bigger and better Things & I'm happy for him the great Man !!!

After my window became shattered, I came in the next day to have my window replaced. Everyone is nice, professional workers. I was blown away from the price of $85 bucks. They did an amazing job fixing my window. Good as new!! I 100% recommend this place!!! Thank you soooo much!!

If you arent going here, you're just throwing away money! For my car, I paid 140 here and it only took about 45-50 minutes compared to the 350+ I was being quoted in other places. they did a great job, were very professional! Loved the experience!

My husband got his windshield replaced here a few years ago, and the cost comparison for a windshield with the emblem on it was crazy. Dodge wanted nearly $600 for a new windshield and my husband paid $110 for the exact one here. So I decided to come here myself after quoting many places for my New Pathfinder. I paid $200-$400 less here for a manufactured windshield. Same quality in repair and window as you could expect at the dealer.

Came in to replace my vent glass in a 2008 Honda Civic. Really fast service, less than 45 minutes, and great customer service! They even took off the tape residue I had that came from covering up the missing window. They are so nice and the price, you can't beat! I called and got a quote from 5 other places, all were $80+ more than what low price auto glass offered me. Will be coming here for all my car glass repairs in the future!

This place is the best! Friendly and very helpful on the phone. The cost over the phone was the same in person. My insurance quoted me over $400, Safelite told me $351.. With these guys I walked out much cheaper at $135! I m always getting cracks and chips, so I will be returning!!

To start off my car parts are expensive that being said the average price for my window (side passenger ) was $250 USD . Until I found this place , I called to order my part was there in 2 hours or less , they installed the window in less than 30 mins . Very satisfied with great service and time efficient care . This is hands down best value if you have a luxury vehicle .

I called the day before and the person I spoke to was very nice. He told me he would order the glass without asking for my name and number. Trust is what he had. I told him I would be there and he had the glass ready like he said. Not many businesses do that these days. I was very impressed with the price and how fast they changed it. Honestly not sure how they price so low but I'll be back for sure.

Would give zero stars!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !Pulled my dash above the radio off and now my key fob and locks will not work. Worked fine prior to getting my windshield fixed. Office says they don't touch the dash when they replace the windshield. So why did they pull the part off and I had to push it back in because it wasn't secure? DO NOT GO HERE

Wow this place has to be the best in not only customer service ..... But also customer care. They definitely took car of a very cold situation at a time when I needed the most. Great price and service. People are very nice and professional, in and out less than 40 mins. If you call in the morning they will get your glass ready by the afternoon. It's really a great place to replace your glass.
