My 2015 Mercedes Benz ML400 had been giving some problem - check engine light and malfunction indicator for suspension. I normally used to take my car to a mechanic in Irving having very good rating but this time they were not able to figure out how to fix. They tried their best and called me up that Mercedes does not share lots of information about the codes and they not able to figure it out. They suggested me to take it to dealer but instead I brought my car to Louden. Technician at Louden seems very knowledgeable and know different technique to diagnose the problem. Though it took some time for them but they were able to fix the problem. Jonathan takes lots of interest in explaining the problem and how they planning to fix. Detailed explanation of the work performed on car and regular updates he provides helps a lot in getting right visibility . Also he was able to give these pictures which shows the amount of work involved. I had a fantastic experience with Louden when they repaired my car's air conditioning. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they also provided a prompt and effective solution. My car's AC now works better than ever, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were professional, courteous, and provided excellent service. They recently helped me fix a damaged side view mirror just as they were closing for the day!

Had multiple issues with my older Mercedes, dealership estimate was outrageous! Louden made the process seamless, quick and did a beautiful job. Pointed out issues and options I didn't know about and explained in plain, understandable terms. Staff was awesome to work with. Definitely recommend and will use again. Fair pricing.

I have used Louden Motorcars to service and repair my MBs since 2006. Jon and Theresa, as well as the technicians, have been great to work with. I have always received clear and accurate service communication and estimates, and my car is ready when expected. While it is never fun when my car needs an unexpected repair, however Louden has always been able to help. I would recommend this shop and team to anyone looking for a shop in the DFW area to work on their European car. A friend recommend I take my 98 Porsche 993 to Louden, I did and I was very thankful and impressed by Jon, Teresa and their team! I discovered Louden Motorcar Services in 1981 after buying my second gently used Porsche 911S. Great service and advice kept me out of trouble. I am back after a 37-year lapse and a new-to-me Porsche Cayenne Diesel carefully ministered to by Louden. I trust Louden with my vintage Mercedes. Jon and Teresa are pleasant, efficient, and good communicators. Louden's customer room is comfortable while waiting for an oil change. Prices are reasonable. Everyone at Louden is very friendly and knowledgable. Taken my 98 BMW M3 there multiple times over the past 2 years for things like driveshaft replacement, brake caliper rebuild, oil changes, bushing replacements, etc. They always do a great job for a very fair price. I ve never had a bad experience. For years i have taken my 2007 Mercedes CLS550 to Louden Motorcars for service and repairs. Now that I have upgraded to a newer 2014 model, Louden did a vehicle inspection and reassured me of the condition of my new car. The technicians are always very thorough and competent at diagnosing any problems, and Jon is great at explaining all options without the high pressure up selling. Louden Motors has been servicing my 2005 SL500 for the past 6 years. They have always been thorough and helpful in identifying and repairing issues that have come up. Most recently, my convertible hardtop would not raise up and lock into position. They traced and repaired the issue - and washed the car. Customer service at Louden Motorcar Services, Inc. is unbeatable! Theresa and Jon are exceptional!! They go out of their way to make sure my husband and I are treated like family. Another thing that sets Louden Motorcar Services apart is attention to detail. Theresa always has everything perfectly organized and ready to go when we come in. Jon explains each service that is needed and the master technicians work hard to make sure any and all repairs are done right the first time. Jon and the folks over at Louden have worked on my car a few times over the past year. They always do great job. Before doing any work on my car, Jon always calls to explain exactly what is wrong and what my options are.He is very reasonable with price and does everything he can to keep the price down. He also works very quickly. He is very smart and clearly cares about his customers. I can honestly say that I fully trust Jon and the folks at Louden.

Louden has been a long time partner with the Mercedes Club. That is how I met them. I recently had my 1987 560SL in to repair and convert the AC from R134 to R20 and to have a massive power steering fluid leak fixed. They did the work flawlessly and for the price quoted. They are a pleasure to work with and can be trusted with the work they provide. I am a very happy customer.

I started with Louden on a friend's recommend in the late 80s after I bought my first Porsche. Since then it's been a 750 and two 740s, the last of which i bought used and then drove for 14 more years under the care of Louden. Now it's my wife's 2011 335. We keep coming back to Louden for the natural reasons: great work, fair charges and people that actually care.

Louden Motorcar Services provide great quality work at an affordable price! I have owned my 7 series for a few years now and for the past 3 years I have only taken my car to these guys! Chuck knows his customers by name and has been on point detecting each problem that I have encountered with my car. For as long as I own my car,I will be a customer!!! Excellent service. Our car left us stranded; we called Louden explained our situation to Jon, and he was able to see us right away. The maintenance was involved, and we had to order a part. I had an Issue with my BMW 530I replacement of the vanos units affecting my cars performance. With Jon attentiveness in detail of my vehicle he was very knowledgeable and put into simple terms the process that had to be done. Both Chuck and Jon are knowledgeable with BMW vehicles and gave me the peace of my mind that my car was in good hands. I was also brought into their shop and had the opportunity to see my vehicle in the raw and the work that they were doing. Their garage was very clean, I was also introduced to Martin their certified BMW mechanic that gave me great feedback on my car as well as he was very knowledgeable and he even shared to show me his personal BMW 3 series, AMAZING!. Louden has a great team of folks that really are about customer service and guarantee their work. I appreciate what they have have all done for me and I highly recommend their facility. GREAT JOB!!!

The BEST!!! I am going nowhere! This is the best place. Saved me $2500 compared to the Mercedes dealer.Louden saved me $1,600 again this month.I wish I can tell everyone waiting at the service line at Mercedes, try Louden once. Dallas, Ft. Worth residents are very LUCKY to have Louden Motorcar Service . Privately owned and run by two people that work together like your left and right feet. Communication is outstanding, Customer service is 6 star. Their automotive work is Consistent as the day is long. My parents have taken their cars to Louden for years. When my mom's car needed a tune-up recently, I dropped it off at Louden. Chuck showed me around the vehicle, made sure I knew how to check the fluids myself (as it's different than on my vehicle), explained the services he recommended, and did not pressure me to have it all done. He kept me in the loop on the progress. I am satisfied with the service.

My sister Annabel has been a customer for many years. I've returned to Dallas after 8 years and I lucked out having such a wonderful and professional place to bring my Mercedes and my husband's BMW. When I enter, I see Teresa at the desk with her vivacious smile and her continued enthusiasm to help me. She's a loving mom, has the biggest heart for homeless animals, and to me is a" part of the furniture" at Louden Motor Cars! Car issues can be stressful for me and I'd rather be doing something else however, this family owned business makes me feel at home when I go there. Thank you so much Jon for going out without a jacket in the cold and windy day to change the time on my car as I was almost leaving. You showed no hesitation and I really appreciate it. It's those little things that can make someone's life easier. I had forgotten to mention the time change when I arrived. Mr. Louden, I'm so glad I met you.
