This guy will just take your money and ignore you. Paid him 300 for some work. He ended up getting evicted from his shop, my show car ended up on the street. He hadn't even touched it. I had to take it home. He never communicated with me after that. Gave him every opportunity to make it right.... just got ignored. Save your money and headaches.... Go somewhere else.=========UPDATE 3/30/24==========It's only fair i update this post with the resolution.The day after the post, Felix Flores Jr. Contacted me and promised to make good on our deal. I insisted he return my money, but he insisted he could fix this and make it right. He told me he would not charge me the rest of the balance as long as I allowed him to make good on his promises. I agreed.Delivered the car over to him that Saturday. Picked up the car today (1 week later). Fixed and painted. He did not charge the balance.I've done business with Felix before, he the one who painted my car. He always made good on his promises, but lacked communication. This time around it just went too far so i made the post.I appreciate the good service and resolution Felix. Car looks great.

Please stay away from Felix at all cost. I paid this clown $9600 for a candy paint job that looks like a $500 job. My front fenders had bolts missing. Door jams was horrible. After picking my car up I returned it within a month for clearcoat issues and let me tell you, it looked better before he did any work on it. It was abandoned at another guys shop sitting outside of a gate with my windows down and my trunk wide open and keys in the ignition. I have all texts and pics to back my claim. When I picked my car up there was another guy from okc picking his car up as well for similar issues. People, warning comes before destruction. Stay far away!

Still waiting for my truck to be finished.Shouldn't have paid him in full but he claimed he was short on cash...Now into a 7th month promise of being finished.Busted my rear gate lens.Smashed my bumper and left tail light.Stained my new headliner.Broke my new window side trim.And finally I'm sure the the engine is now ruined because they have ruined a brand new battery before it went in..Service: Painting

This guy will SCAM you!!!! Save your time and money and don t take your car to him. He responds to text and calls at first when he receives the money. Once money is received he will stop responding and will not answer calls. He got me for over $6k and on top of that he did a horrible job.So now will be taking him to court. This guy stays scamming people. Just look at the reviews I m not the first and I m sure won t be the last.

Man, I didn't know felixakalonestar was doing everyone wrong. I gave him my truck and paid upfront to this guy back in May and had to beg for him to finish. Finally got it back yesterday. People are talking and reaching out to me about my experience. Man, he's doing folks dirtier than he did me. And, I thought my truck was with him for a long time. Good luck to all u! Look at what I got for paying up front! He wouldn't return texts, calls and when I picked up my truck, he wouldn't even come out. I saw him from my rear view mirror as I attempted to start my truck, go into the paint room. Looking at my now, I know why.Don't use this company, unless of course, u don't wanna see ur ride for a half year and then need to take it to somewhere else to deal with orange peel. Didn't even paint my bed and my headlights don't work now. Good luck to u guys that still have ur ride with them. Orange peel look all over the truck. There are runs in it, like they rushed it. And, I was hyping him up to people and was going send all kinds of referrals. Forget that. He blocked me on Facebook. And, all I wanted was what he promised. "I got u" is what he said. I feel blessed to have came by this collision center after my car accident. Felix provided a very fast and accurate estimate for my car repairs. His responsiveness and extensive knowledge in his field are impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will undoubtedly choose their services again in the future. Having visited various shops before, I just really wish I had come straight here from the beginning. Save yourself time and make this your first stop.

BEWARE! While Felix did good work on our vehicle, integrity and honesty are way more important.In early July I paid Felix $900 in the form of a check, which he deposited via mobile deposit. A month later, I had a negative balance in my checking account and found out that Felix took that same check he had already mobile deposited and attempted to cash it at a check cashing place. The security people from my bank said he altered the date on the check and tried to cash it, but it was rejected.I reached out to Felix 4 times via phone and text over the course of 5 days asking for an explanation and giving him the benefit of the doubt, and he did not reply.Almost a week to the day, he again took that same check to a check cashing place and tried to cash it one more time. I had to pay my bank $32.50 to put a stop payment on a check that had already been paid and I also had to close my checking account to protect myself from his further attempts at thievery.I gave him numerous opportunities to explain himself and was open to the suggestion that perhaps an employee had stolen the check or maybe there was some confusion, but when he never responded to my inquiries and attempted to do the same thing twice, I had no choice but to put this information here to protect others.

In July of 2021 I took my vehicle in for hail damage repair. It took over three months for the repair to be done and during this time this company took it upon themselves to use my vehicle as a work/personal vehicle. Using to transport parts and charging over 400.00 worth of toll tags as well as leaving the interior dirty. I have reached out to Felix about this and even though he has acknowledge he owes these fees he still has not made this right. Please think twice before using this company and if you do please check your mileage before and after you drop off your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Felix hooked me up with a fast collision repair on my subaru impreza sport. He even helped with my deductible and worked with my insurance which was amazing because I didn't have rental reimbursement on my insurance policy and had to pay for that. He came through pretty accurately on his time estimate too (5-6 days). Thanks Felix!

Glad I took my car for the SECOND time with them, I would definitely recommend Felix lone star collision to anyone. He will give you a reasonable price with a great work to back that up!

Be careful. Will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Will only reply to text message or call back when he needs your money to pay his rent. I was told 2 months and took 6 months. The color of parts of the car did not match. I was friendly and understanding through out the process. I thought that this company is honorable. I can t say about the others experience but with mine, it was not so good. He didn t keep his word with me after shaking my hand. Do some research, maybe better to go somewhere else.

This is a great shop with a great staff! They ll beat any price and do great efficient work. They are the best in town hands down!! I can t see or mention any complications with Lonestar collision!!
