Llanos Body Shop took amazing care of my vehicle and provided me with A++++ customer service. I would highly recommend their services because the turn around time was very minimal and worth the wait. They have plenty of staff to handle their workloads. My vehicle was left in pristine condition and I couldn't be any happier. Also, they took the initiative to wash and detail the car before returning it to me. THANK YOU GUYS FOR the amazing work!!

I took my Kia Sportage to have the outside driver's side door handle fixed today and Gabriel did a great job. He was so nice and fixed it in about 10 or 15 min. and gave me a great price. I recommend this shop 100%!

Got in a wreck recently and this spot was close to my house so I took it here. The convenience of it being close and the customer service made this experience by far my best car repair experience I have ever had.I was given realistic timeframes for when the work would be done, continuous updates on all insurance things like the supplement requests, photos of the damage, and they always answered the phone.When my car was ready it was washed inside and out.I will definitely return for all future car repair needs!Service: Body & Trim

I wrecked my car in an accident. All the other body shops I went told me that the car is not repairable anymore, and considered totaled except Llanos. They are very knowledgeable, and nice especially Gustavo explained every detail of what needs to be done, and was very helpful with the pricing. Overall, excellent work, great experience!!

Gustavo and the team were phenomenal! Needed some repairs on a fender and bumper and the car came back looking better than new. They even replaced and replicated some pin-striping perfectly. Gustavo dealt with insurance flawlessly which made the whole process way less stressful. Hands down the best shop I ve worked with.

They did a fantastic job repairing my car! It looks amazing and you would never know there had been damage. Gustavo was fantastic and even took care of having my vehicle towed from another shop to theirs. I highly recommend this shop!

We use Llanos twice before for minor fender damage; then we had major damage on the left rear side after side swiping a metal pole! My truck set up there for a week and a half. They did not give me one phone call to update the status. All they had to do was give my insurance company a quote for labor and they did not do that as my truck set up there for a week and a half.
