I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Lindberg Collision family. They gave me a 2 week eta on getting my car back and they did exactly that. When I picked up my car it had been vacuumed inside and completely washed on the outside. I felt as if I got a brand new car again. They made me feel at home and made the process super easy with fair pricing. The building is also family friendly. I highly recommend this place

I am so incredibly thankful for the entire team who took the time to work on my vehicle at Linberg Collision. After having had my vehicle stolen and damaged twice, they were so helpful in not only repairing the damage within a reasonable time, but also with being fully honest and transparent with me in regards to what to expect from both them and from my insurance. Like many of you, my car was involved in a car accident. When provided the list of repair shops that the insurance company supported, I literally picked at random loosely guided by proximity. Typically, I am the type that conducts deep research into reviews/comments. I did none of that due to TIME. Little did I know that I hit the JACKPOT on collision centers. From the first call to the drop off to the pick up--truly impressive customer service. Absolutely seamless. If you are on the unfortunate journey (like me) of needing collision services, do NOT pick at random--pick Lindberg Collision. You will thank me.

Amazing customer service. Quick and to the point answers. Very professional. I went through All State for my claim. Lindberg made sure the rental was taken care of and they communicated everything beautifully with Enterprise. From reception to inspection of the vehicle, perfect.

Top notch experience with my recent car body damage. Very professional customer service and work quality was excellent! From the estimate process to scheduling and work completion they handled everything perfectly. The quality of work is the best I ve ever seen in any body work I ve had done. Lindberg collisions did an excellent job of repairing my car repairs after I was involved in an accident. They demonstrated tremendous patience when dealing with the insurance company we had to deal with and were excellent at communicating with me the progress of the repairs and any additional information. Tracy and his team delivered superb quality and customer care. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.

Great experience at Lindberg Collision. I brought my Escalade in to get my rear bumper repaired. I was using the insurance company of the party that hit my vehicle. Everything went very smooth. Shannon and Tracy were super friendly and thorough. I brought my vehicle in on Monday evening and was driving out Friday afternoon. I m very particular when it comes to my vehicles and I m totally satisfied with the service, the repairs and especially the timeliness of Lindberg Collision. I will be back should I need any work done on any of my vehicles.

These guys went above and beyond. We had a great experience getting the car repaired from hail damage by the folks at Lindberg in June. My son was back in college in August and noticed a loose inside door panel while driving his car in College Station, Tx. When I called to ask Tracy Lindberg if he had a recommendation of someone down there who could fix it, he said he would check around and find someone there he felt he could trust. After finding the repair shop in CS in less than a day, Tracy also covered the entire cost of reinstalling the loose panel. This is an example of the kind of great, long term service you get from the folks at Lindberg.

SECOND POST 2020I want to write a new review separate than this but Google wont let me to do that so here is my second review with a new different collision issue.I had to take my car back to Lindberg because another person hit my car. Fortunately Lindberg and their staff did a great job once again in fixing my bumper and painting it. It's like new again and definitely they are and will be my first option if I had another issue with my car or future car. I keep recommended them with my family and friends. great job once again.FIRST POST 2019I had an area of my car re-paint and I choose them base on the reviews I was on Google and I am glad I went to do business with them. The owner and the rest of the staff took excellent care of my car and the job came so great that you can not even tell that the car was repaired. Also, the job was quote to be done on 5 days and they finished it on 3 and my car is like new again. Definitely will keep them in mind in case I need them again or as a referral to other people.Service: Painting

Excellent experience with Tracy and Shannon. They went above and beyond to repair my Truck to its original state after it was stolen. Additionally, I was unable to pick up the truck for an extended period of time after the repairs were completed and they were wonderfully accommodating and understanding in holding the truck until I could get back to DFW. Integrity, excellent customer service, and the utmost professionalism. Their dedication to the customer experience is second to none. Highly recommend

This location really is centrally located. The service is top notch ! Early in the season hail storms created good sized damage to the upper panels on my Jeep. Tracy made conformation and the the finish is like new again ! I waited for the high volume of hail damage claims to subside soo impressed that I brought my truck here. I chose Uber for transportation when I left and came back to finish detailed truck.

Lindbergh Collision did a great job repairing my car and they did it in a fraction of the time every other place I tried said it would take. They also made the process as painless as possible - even getting me a great deal on a rental that I was able to drop off at their place when my car was ready. I couldn t recommend them more.

I'm don't remember if I gave these guys a review or not so I'll try and make it short and sweet. In short these guys are one of the best if not best at what they do. After a collision they did the repairs and put forth a 110% effort to make my truck like it once was. What I got might have been delayed a couple of times but in the end it was truly worth the wait. The truck has since undergone a metamorphic change that's still continuing and is now become a test bed of sorts for a couple of manufacturers that want to expand their products. The latest venture includes replacement of the front bumper with an off road Baja style front bumper made for a Ford f150 that's requiring extensive mods to adapt to a Dodge ram truck. The company supplied the bumper and so it's almost a perfect fit except it must be adapted for my particular year ram. I will post photos once done but if not for Lindbergh's work to fix the damage this wouldn't have happened so big shot and thank you. I will let y'all see as soon as we get done with initial mods! The bumper actually bolts on with minimal work on the bolt holes though. So what was thought impossible has proven possible!

This place was recommended to me after my daughter was in a car accident and we needed to have the vehicle repaired. The process was quick and after getting the vehicle back the car looked almost brand new again. When my daughter saw it she couldn t believe how good it looked. This is my new place to go to if I ever need a body shop. My expectations were exceeded.

Lindberg Collision is the best in town by far! I was involved in a hit-and-run and my insurance offered me two shops in my area to take the vehicle to.I checked their ratings and Lindberg was a perfect 5.0 and the other was only 3.5. I made my appointment same day and they were so nice to me and took great care of me. Had me in a rental in minutes and had my car in the shop right after.Tracey through in some free services and touch-ups on my paint and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. You couldn't ask for nicer people to look after your vehicle. He and Shannon are so kind and they make you feel like family.I had a hassle-free experience and got my car back looking better than before. Do yourself a favor and seek them out for any body work and/or mechanical work that you may need after a collision. They'll take great care of you.I'm certainly a customer for life now and I'm planning on taking my girlfriend's car here for her birthday in August to touch up some scuffs on her car. 5/5 every time, would recommend to everyone!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot thank the people at Linberg collision enough. From front staff to manager they kept me well informed on any updates on my vehicle. From drop off to pick up their staff was more than willing to bend over backwards to make sure I felt at ease throughout the process. My vehicle now looks and feels a lot younger now. Very satisfied customer. I will return if the unfortunate thing happens again.

We had great service from beginning to end. It s never fun to have your car in the shop for hail damage, but the staff at Lindberg walked us through ever step of the process. Great communication. Great work on the car. Went the extra mille to make sure we were happy. Cannot recommend them enough. For as long as we are in Dallas, we will be coming back to Lindberg.

Tracy and Shannon are awesome!!! The level of customer service is unmatched and they go above and beyond to make your experience as smooth as possible. I was referred to them when a friend of mine got her vehicle fixed at their shop after a collision. I had the choice of picking the place to get repairs done on my vehicle and I noticed Lindberg was on the list, so I decided to give them a try and I wasn t disappointed. Called in the morning to set an appointment to start repairs on my Jeep. Shannon was very nice on the phone and asked if I could bring it in same morning so they can do a quick walk through. I was there in 10 minutes. Did a walk through with Tracy. They were genuine, professional, and made me feel taken care of while they get everything repaired for me. I m scheduled to drop off in 10 days and I already know it s going to be a good experience.
