I couldn't be more pleased with the time and work put into my car Linares did an outstanding job from beginning to end when something else that may have needed some work I received a call with the concern I appreciate that the people there really care..Thank you Alfredo Thank you Elias I would highly recommend...great service great prices my number 1 mechanic shop.

I took my truck there in March '22 and it took them 2 weeks to charge me over $2k. The problem still isn't fixed. The guy or owner brushed and rushed me off saying that he would call me. Took it back the second time because it WASN'T FIXED! HE CHARGED ME AGAIN AND RUSHED ME AWAY but charged me for head light bulb $90. My truck is still doing the same thing for the 3rd time 2 days after I pick it up....Now they are saying that it's something else after charging me almost $400 ...this isn't right. But they will fix my car and I'm not paying another dime. Now it's another $400. I'm starting to believe that they are full of it because I'm a woman. But ripping me off is not the way ....If you want your car and want it fixed..DO NOT TAKE IT THERE. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS ALREADY AND NOTHING IS FIXED NOR WORKING PROPERLY.Services: Auto engine tuning, Air conditioning, Oil change

I ve been buying and selling cars as a part time hobby for years and have used a lot of mechanics and this was by far the worst experience I ve ever had. They said they fixed W problem but actually didn t and when I came to confront them about it they told me that they have never seen me before and for me to leave before they call the cops . When I first got there the manager told me that he saw my car on the bmw forums which made me think that they knew that my car wasn t fixed. This place steals money from its customers and I would of left 0 stars if that was an option. Avoid this place like the plague.Service: Engine repair

The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. They had my car for 4 months and didn t fix anything. Said they did but didnt and then when they got caught they lied. The car was never fixed. Do not go here. Save your time and money

I dropped my truck off last Monday, and they met all expectations. Ive seem there work before. My neighbor smashed there front end, and it looked like nothing ever happened to it after they got done. My brother smashed his front end as well, and he had no complaints. There's no bond like a man and his car, or truck. I had my doubts cause it's my baby, but they really couldn't have done a better job. Hope I never have to see them again, but if I ever hit a Porsche again. They'll be my first choose for Auto repair.

Excellent customer service and quality work. Brought my truck in 2x after an accident and the work they did was as if it never happened. Took my other truck for some maintenance done on it and it was prompt and good price.

These guys are FANTASTIC!! I had 2 different problems and both times, my car was ready in 2 hours or less. Disclaimer: I already had the part(s). First time: they were actually fixing someone else's mistake (aka - the other mechanic ). So I had that part (2wks to finally arrive. Bcz I did the legwork). (What a headache with the part and the mechanic-ugh!!) So, I told the mechanic with Linares, about the trouble and they fixed it. Well, come to find out, it was dual trouble (or maybe the first time it really wasn't the problem, so I really, still, had, the original problem), and the second time, I got the part again and the guys fixed it! They FIXED MY CAR . (It was a pcm and fuse box issue on PT Cruiser.) NEXT TIME, I'LL ONLY GO TO A REAL MECHANIC. Thank You Linares

I've been to the shop because it's the only one that can "fix" as much as they do. But every single time I go and they give me the cost of the repair job, I get another call later saying "Oh, we also need to get this done" And increase the amount. It's not that hard to check the problem and figure it all out at one time.

I've had a hard time here. Its taken 3x the amount of time to get my car window motor fixed. They say it will take only an hour and I should just wait. However, 6 hours later, I've taken off from work for this and it's still not done.They are just laughing and enjoying life. Yet eveytime, I look around the corner my car is unassembled and no one is even working on it. Yet Eulesses says its almost done.Its cost 2x what it was supposed too and I'm still here waiting for them to finish. Eulesses has the nerve to say is that all I want to get done when they can't even get this done correctly or in a timely manner.Come to find out the part he said they got didn't work so they needed to start over. Why am I paying $250 for a window motor that doesn't even work? That tells me it's used, probably from a totalled car which means very cheap and they are up charging me on that item multiple times over. Then the part doesn't work so they have to start over. This is horrible. I will never go back or recommend this repair shop.Not at any time does Eulesses acknowledge how ridiculous this is, show effort to hurry up, nor apologize for the back in forth. He provides a $20 discount on which amounts to a 3%discount when I've lost a days wages, all my patience, and the job is not even done yet so...At this point they are holding my car hostage. It's in pieces and no one is working on it. I've already paid. I dont know what more I can do. I have to get out of here and dont even care if they dont finish. I just need to drive it as far a wa as from this place as possible to a reputable shop.

Top notch shop.. They replaced the head gasket on my Sienna van fora great price. Other shops said I needed a whole new engine... Car runs perfectly. Great job guys... Thank you...

Horrible customer service experience. When asked about some details about the work they had previously done on the vehicle's flywheel (came unbolted after a few months of use), the shop's owner got defensive and said to pay up and get out. I would not recommend their service if you want to be informed about the work these people do.

Horrible customer service, I just waste my money for nothing, They're supossted switch one of the sensors on my car And just work for a couple of weeks And again back to the same problem, when I try reach the owner was impossible, he never return my call, besides the staff broke one of my seats, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THOSE GUYS ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE on my life Im totally disappointent, & frustrated

We took our truck and spent over 6 thousand dollars. The work done was not done right. We have it broke down after 2 months of getting it "fixed".

Tow my truck to get it fix. Nothing was done right. I will give them a second chance, or face legal action. Stop ripping people off.

They recommended this workshop to me. They helped me with my jeep, the brakes+rotors, spark plugs, coil boots, tire alignment, and more things... good work and good price. Very friendly too of course I recommend this workshop.Me recomendaron este taller. Me ayudaron con mi jeep, los frenos+rotors, spark plugs, coil boots, tire alignment, y mas cosas buen trabajo y buen precio. Muy amables tambi�n claro que recomiendo este taller.
