This is the best car place in the area. David is very trustworthy and is always there to help out with whatever you need, be it simple an oil change or more substantial issues. Most recently they attached a replacement under-car splash shield for me free of charge, I just had to bring in the part. As a point of comparison, the dealership claimed it would be a $400 repair. It s hard to say how much time, effort and money I ve saved over the last several years of coming to this place.

We came in with my whole front bumper hanging off. Bernie fixed it within 30 minutes and I didn t even think it could be fixed. He didn t charge us. I have a 24 hour drive back to Los Angeles and if it wasn t for Bernie and Kwik Kar I would ve been stuck here for days. Endless appreciation for them I cannot even describe. So lucky I ended up here to get help, you cannot go wrong with this place (I would leave 10 star review if I could).Service: Body & Trim

Getting an inspection can be time consuming. Not here. I get my truck inspected here every year without any problems. Last year they let me go next door to get a bulb so I would pass. This year, an employee greeted me in the parking lot and started the inspection immediately. Fastest inspection ever!

Today I went in for an oil change along with other concerns I had about my vehicle and David and Danny were amazing. They were so explicit about some concerns they had and they were so easy to talk to. Very friendly as well. I highly recommend this shop .

Got oil on the door handle of my car and on the steering wheel. Also left some on the hood. Not to mention they lied about my vehicles maintenance manual and upsold me on service I didn t need. Terrible place. And another thing. They refused to give me a physical receipt which means I had to give them a ton of personal information.

Bernie was literally AMAZING!! He helped us out when our car was falling apart, and immediately jumped in to help us out and was able to fix it quickly. Kwik Kar Lube & Tune was incredible. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me fix my car. The service was top-notch, and I felt like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this car place to anyone looking for a great auto care experience.

I went thru to get my car inspected for general stuff and also wanted to get all fluids checked miss debbie and david went all way out and helped me with great curteosy and excellent customer service. Will go back for all my car needs.

Worst nightmare!!! I thought since this was in North Dallas near University Park it would be the best. That couldn't have been further from the truth! I got a simple oil change it was $114. But I was on my lunch hour and short on time, I was getting my car ready for a short trip the next morning. I drove straight home after work, the next morning I was all packed up and ready to go and I turned my car on and the engine light came on and the oil light came on! I immediately check my oil and guess what? Not a drop of oil!!! I took it to the nearest station and they told me I was very lucky I did not blow my engine! When I tried to call Kwik Kar, it went straight to a recording. They could have completely destroyed my car, I could have been stranded on the side of the road, in 110 degree heat! When I finally got in touch with the area manager I was promised a refund and they would pay for me to take my car to the dealership to have it checked out to make sure there was no further damage. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OR THE APPROVAL TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP!! So now I'm out over $200 for 2 oil changes, I had to cancel my trip, and I still don't know how badly they damaged my car! NEVER EVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE! they charged me $175 for a diagnostics check and he went to his boss and tried to whisper that he can t find out what s wrong with my car. After being confronted, they tried to deny that he said it. So now I m out of $175 and I still don t know for sure what s wrong with my car and I have to take my car to people who actually know what they are doing for a second opinion

I went in for an oil change. There were no lines so it was fast. Until I had to pay $85 and found out they don t take my coupon code that I found online. Will not go there anymore.

I've been taking my car to them for 3 years now for my oil change, engine flush, inspection stickers and more and They always do a Great Job and are Friendly as well as Courteous. They will continue to be my go to, for my Car Needs, So My Fur Babies can ride in a safe Vehicle.

Reading the comments (for example from Dustin Felderhoff) I feel compelled to talk about my amazing experience.I came in today wanting a state inspection. Bernie and Alex approached me with a friendly smile and answered all my questions. When I was worried about not passing they actually checked my car out and gave professional advice on what repairs I might need to pass. They offered to do the repairs for a lower cost than other shops. They did not try to upsell me on anything. They were personable, professional, and hard working. Bernie and Alex were able to get me on my way in less than hour, save me money on repairs and we even talked about cars. Bernie knew everything about my Corvette C5 and I just cannot describe how thankful I am to have found a shop I can trust. Anyone who had a bad experience probably had a bad attitude to begin with. I highly recommend Kwik Kar on spring valley. Thanks guys! Looking forward to using Kwik Kar again.

I've been to this Kwik Kar (Spring Valley, East of Coit) once... yesterday... and had a very poor experience. I stopped in to get an oil change and inspection on a 2009 Silverado. The inspection went fine, passed. Happy with the gentleman that did the inspection - good customer service, nice guy. But the guy that did the oil change tried to sell me on three new hoses because of leaks. He showed me the hoses and they were, in fact, sweating - his story was believable... However, I don't ever see any oil or fluid where I park... So, a bit skeptical. He priced the replacement of those three hoses at $800+ all in. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, so I took the truck to a reputable mechanic (4.4 stars on Google) in Addison today. The mechanic told me that the sweating on those hoses was normal for a truck my age and that there's no reason for replacement.But... that's not the part that I'm writing about. The mechanic discovered that the oil change that I paid for at Kwik Kar on Spring Valley, East of Coit yesterday did not happen. The filter had not been changed and the oil still dirty. It appears that the only thing they did change was the sticker on my windshield!I'm glad I took my truck elsewhere before agreeing to a needless repair. I, of course, won't be going back to this Kwik Kar or recommending it.

This Experience exceeded my expectations! I am pleased & I will be back ! I want to applaud & brag on your team ! First Eddie nailed it on the phone when I called inquiring about pricing ! Upon my arrival for my synthetic oil change for my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport the team sprung into action.... Ricky below in the pit & David under the hood ! Eddie was overseeing the process!David surprised me when I saw him looking under my hood with his flashlight & then I observed him inspecting around my tires ! I have never witnessed this ! David came in & invited me outside where he showed me my engine belt full of cracks ! I agreed to replace the belt ! Eddie had to order a tool for your team to accomplish the task ! Bravo ! Great Job ! Great Team Work ! Fantastic Experience! Thank you for having such a wonderful Team !!! David & Ricky & Eddie !!!!

I had to get a new catalytic converter for my car. Bernie did the work while I waited. These people go out of their way to get things right and make you a regular customer. I highly recommend them. Owner managed and operated. My visit was 1.13.23

I m so appreciative of the team at this Kwik Kar! There were issues with my service at another location, and Eddy was able to get a good idea of the problem just from what I told him over the phone. It put me at ease to speak with someone knowledgeable and able to come to my rescue on a Sunday when other shops are closed. I would not have been able to make my drive back to Houston without this fantastic crew!

I have been visiting this Kwik Kar location for several years now. They have always been very knowledgeable and reliable. I am a single mom with good education and logical thinking, as a professional analyst. Initially, I was very careful where to go for my car services and repairs. So far, these guys proved their expertise and professionalism on so many occasions! I can totally trust them with my car for everything. - from annual inspections, to filter changes, engine light going ON... I was there yesterday and had my ignition coils changed on one of my valves. I was pleasantly surprised of the good quality of work and relatively low prices! Thank you, Kwik Kar team! BEST OF LUCK in doing business the honest way!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Great experience with this location. Had a stripped canister the team kept me informed about and was able to get me taken care of despite it being a non standard issue. While sitting and waiting I noticed that the folks running this place are super honest. An older lady came in to get an oil change and must have been mixed up as she had recently had an oil change and did not realize it. Instead of changing and charging they recommended that she come back in about 3,000 miles. Additionally, I saw them recommend extra services and at most of these places like this they push everything. I noticed here that they only where recommending services that actually needed. This will be my new oil change place for now on!
