Drove over some metal wiring, that got wrapped around my tire; caused some issues with the brakes/performance and made an awful noise. Was greeted by Ricardo, who removed it and had me out within 15 minutes, with NO CHARGE! highly recommend these guys. Fast, friendly, and efficient!

Friendly and fast. Stopped in between services as my splash guard became loose and they got my car in immediately and put new screws in free of charge. They will take care of you here!

Went in for a quick tire pressure check, and the mechanic Nacho made it a very pleasant experience. Super polite and friendly right off the bat, great service .

Went about a month ago for an oil change, had to come back to get my car topped off as I didn t have any oil anymore after just a month and gave a call for the issue. Come to find out he only added 2 quarts to my car when I left the place to top it off instead of filling it up this second time. Would not recommend.

Had my truck inspected at this location. The truck didn't pass inspection due to a tint issue which I understand. The problem is that I was not told it did not pass inspection so I assumed all was good to go. I only found out when I couldn't register the car. I then reviewed the paperwork and learned that I had failed. No issue with not passing but a huge problem with not being told that I failed. Just FYIReply to owner: In my review I accepted the results of the inspection and don't argue them. My complaint is that your team did not tell me I had failed the inspection or why I had failed. Please reread my initial review and note that your customer experience is what I am referring to.

I went in with my plastic protector under my car completely coming off and dragging from a bad speed bump scrape, and they took the time to zip tie it back and fix what they could so I could drive home, ALL FREE OF CHARGE!! So grateful for this shop

Open of business is at 8:00 AM. The store manager Tony did not arrive until 8:40 to open the shop, Due to this inconvenience there was a few customers waiting outside as well as employees. An unknown employee stated this is typical of Tony to arrive late. I am a Police officer and had to be at work by 9am. But due to this manager I showed up later then expected.As a supervisor i believe Tony should be at the shop and computers running ready to go by 8am. Kwik Kar is not what it used to be and This manager is terrible if he continues to show up late.Service: Auto maintenance

I went to Kwik Kar last week in an attempt to get an inspection done and I dealt with Fabi�n. He pointed out 2 issues with my car that he said I would need to have repaired before I could get a passing inspection. One of the repairs I understood, but the other... no. Now he wasn't rude, but his tone felt a little condescending at some points during the conversation. His exact words were, "I will not pass you," and his tone was like a school principal's when you get in trouble. I completely understand they have rules and regulations to follow, but it came off like these rules and regulations were from HIM rather than from the state. Maybe I'm wrong, but it kinda felt like a power-type move and it just rubbed me the wrong way.He gave me an estimate of almost $500, but at least 2 other mechanics I went to in the past confirmed that the more expensive repair was not a safety-related issue, just an annoyance for the driver. As a woman, I'm weary about most mechanics because many of them assume you don't know anything and try to take you for a ride. Imagine going in to get a $25 service and being told you have to pay 20 times that price before even getting the actual work done. What especially bothered me is that he didn't even offer a cheaper alternative, so it just felt like he was just trying to get me to spend more than I needed to at the time. I just took his estimate and left... and I don't plan on going back. I went to Inspection Express Lube and had a completely different experience. They're not super fancy, but they were clean, have a comfortable waiting area, and were absolutely ZERO HASSLE! If you live in the Lakewood area, it might be a bit out of the way, but they saved me from this place both last year and this year, so it was totally worth it! As for Kwik Kar, I hope you can train ALL of your employees to be more customer-focused and give better service in the future.

Pat was an awesome person to interact with. They made the pricing clear up front, and fixed my issue quickly. Really appreciate their communication and skill. Will use them for future oil changes and many other issues that may come up in the future

If this gets resolved I will take this down. Also it would seem to me that if one was going to replace a motor/pump for brakes and you would then need to bleed the brakes before releasing the vehicle that you would also check the mounting bolts at the same time and order with the pump/motorTHIS HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED, 5 MONTHS HAS GONE BY WITH NO RESPONSE TO MY PHONE CALLS!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes

Don t ever go get your inspection here it s a waste of time. They will tell their system broke. Every time I go which it s once a year and my husband too they ALWAYS SAY ITS BROKE!!!

This was my first time using this particular location, and I would definitely go back!Everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and courteous. I had planned an hour per my usual experience, and I was in an out in 15 minutes! The waiting area was clean and bright with tasty coffee. If a friend or family member needed an oil change, I would definitely recommend them!Service: Oil change

Danny at Kwik Kar could not have been more helpful, courteous and absolutely pleasant to work with. He put extra time in to figuring out a situation with my license plates as he conducted my yearly car inspection. It was a seamless process and a total joy to work with Danny, he is a truly nice person and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the registration process. Some of the rudest employees I ve ever dealt with. Only one polite guest focused employee in the whole building. Came in to top off my oil and I was waved into the ramp just to be yelled at because there was a customer in front of you said customer wasn t even here. Y all always try to sell me more stuff than I need and oil changes are insanely expensive. Get your crew together!!!

I have just left this shop that I have periodically used for the last 3 years. Went this morning for a state inspection. I passed 3 shops to get here because I know they are always fast and reliable. I m walking inside the shop with one of the other nice gentleman mechanics, when the guy who does the inspections starts yelling at me he can t do mine because my car is a standard transmission. I ask him to explain to me why and begins to mansplain how to drive a standard, which I know, as I just drove the car up there . Then he begins to tell me he has gotten into trouble and refuses to inspect my car. Every other employee walks away as I am trying to get a REAL explanation, I am truly dumbfounded. I then ask them are they really sending business/money out the door and the guy doing the inspections YELLS at me. I can assure you not a single dollar of my money will EVER be spent here again.Service: Auto maintenance
