Let me first start by saying I love a good quickie. I decided last minute to cheat on my regular guy that services me and poked into Kwik Kar.There was a gang of guys working hard to bang out each customer as kwik and efficient as possible. There was one that even serenaded while he changed someone s oil. Added a great ambience to the moment while they completed a thorough inspection under my hood.It was so satisfying that I ll be back for more body work and a possible filter change to make sure my girl smells good. They even quoted me the price prior so I knew what services I was paying for.

I've used this place on and off for at least 15 years. They're always up front and honest. If they find a bad part over and above what you came in for they will bring it into the waiting room and show you. You make the decision to replace. Prices are not outrageous.

This is wear I get efficient care for my vehicle. Oil change. They replaced my window track when it failed a few weeks ago. Excellent service. Keeps you abreast to your next maintenance schedule. Love them. service is still great.

Recently went to get my brakes repaired on my Jeep and the staff was very kind, and polite. The mechanic who did the job was very pleasant to me. I was able to pull up and have my vehicle worked on right away. I even got a brief explanation on how to use my 4-wheel drive from the older gentleman who owns the location [I believe] :) ... Great team of guys.

The absolute best place to take your car. I took my car just wanting brakes and tune up just for the heck of it because we were doing a drive to Houston coming up. The manager guy in the office is so knowledgeable and honest. If you don t need something, he definitely will tell you. He takes his time and his workers do too. I love this shop / honesty all three times I ve took my car. I first started going to them because Walmart didn t want to do my oil change but KwikKar here definitely did. And they ve been #1 for me every since. They don t try to just take your money. It s not 3,4,5 different opinions. You get the managers overall summary #1 place ever. While the car service was good and quick their customer service was lacking. I used the website to book an appointment to make sure I got in and out quickly if it happened to be busy. Upon arriving I said I m here for my 11:00 appointment and the technician laughed at my face saying they don t do appointments . We ll sir, your website and google maps say you do. So either, the appointments don t actually mean anything or that man just laughed in the face of a customer. Not sure I ll be coming back here.

Arrived at 1:15PM on a Thursday, no wait for an oil change. The mechanic, Jared, was very nice and informative. The shop was very very clean and everything had its place. The manager/gentlemen at the front was very nice as well and I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. My first time at this location, but I definitely will be back.

Went in for an oil change, this place is honest and reliable. It s right in front of Walmart, they have a nice clean waiting area and if you need an estimate they give you. Highly recommend if you live in Claremont / Whiterock hills area.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got denied state inspection at 5:27 pm but told by the technician the inspection computer gets shut down at 5:30 on the dot. Then told by guy working the front that he s behind and has other things to do. Save your time and go elsewhere Worst customer service ever!

Way to high on their prices. Just wanted a tune up and they wanted to charge me $350-$400 just to change some spark plugs. Hell no! Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know when someone is trying to rip me off. Nice try though!

I moved to Marks when they opened, following two other mechanics there (Johnny and Dana) after they had moved from a shop that had closed down. Overall, I have dealt with Johnny since 1992, when my sister recommended him to me, and Mark since the shop opened maybe 10 years ago? They are all the same; very, very honest and proud of their work.I have consistently taken my company and personal vehicles there, and recommended them to anyone who asks. Their honest professionalism has kept my vehicles running in top form way past what my poor driving deserves.They are not cheap; instead, they are fair. If you're trying to get something done unprofessionally cheap, don't bother, as they stand behind their work, and they will not do substandard anything if they have to stand behind it. They'll do it right, and if they make a mistake, they'll tell you, and fix it (Johnny made one mistake about 20 years ago, and he told me, and he fixed it).Honest and professional. You can not ask for more.

I went to this location around a month ago to get a 20 point full service oil change on my 25 year old vehicle. I believe the total was over $50.00All of the fluids were supposed to be checked and filled if low, along with other points of inspection.I paid for my service and left. At no time did any staff member or mechanic bring up any concerns about my vehicle or attempt to discuss any issues they noticed during the oil change. When I got home and looked at the invoice, there were several areas of concern listed, one of which being that the sway bar in the rear had no bolts in one side, and they recommended suspension work as well. No one ever bothered to tell me about any of this while we were at the shop. Had someone done so, I would have requested an estimate for the repairs and found out the next step as far as getting them taken care of.My power steering fluid was never filled, and my transmission fluid was never filled. Less than 30 days after having this service done, my car had to be towed twice. The mechanics that do diesel repairs for my company looked at my car and told me that there was no indication of fluid leaks from the power steering system or the transmission.After sitting on the side of the road not once, but twice, with a small child in my car, I will not be receiving services at this location again.I was informed by 3 certified professional mechanics in the last month that the lack of power steering fluid and transmission fluid were again, not due to any leaks, and that they were never replenished during the oil change as I was told they were.The staff that I encountered during this visit were polite and I have no issues at all with them, I just wish someone had raised the other concerns while we were still on site instead of letting us drive away. They lost revenue and a customer because of those reasons.

I have been using ty his location as my only mechanic for years. Johmmy and Dana make you feel like family. The owner, Mark, maker sure that everyone feels at home . They have never over charged me for the work they have done and I have never had to take back my car because it wasn't done correctly. You can't go wrong with this good old fashioned type of service.
